JC’s Girls’ False Gospel of Pleasure?

I must admit that I am really enjoying watching these Christian evangelists to sex workers tear each other apart.

Thank you Jesus.

From MySpace, a profile calling itself the real JCs Girls publishes this David Stewart blog post:

JC’s Girls’ website presents no Gospel message; yet they claim a desire to influence people for Christ.  They may fool naive and foolish believers elsewhere; BUT not a Bible-Believing, Christ-honoring Christian!  JC’s Girls are of the Devil!

Says Heather Veitch…

"We pattern our ministry after the very ministry of Jesus by actually going to the people who need him … Our desire is for people to see that Christianity is anything but boring and restrictive. In Christ, we are free to experience adventure, pleasure, forgiveness, hope and peace."

SOURCE: World Net Daily; ‘Porn Again’ for the Kingdom of God; December 4th, 2005)

There’s a new one … PLEASURE!  Ms. Veitch is a false prophet!  She states that the purpose of her ministry is to open people’s eyes "to see that Christianity is anything but boring and restrictive."  EXCUSE ME?  Christianity is extremely RESTRICTIVE!!!  Jesus even condemned lusting in Matthew 5:28.  What are you talking about Ms. Veitch???  Christianity restricts what a person can wear, where they go, how they live, how they talk, what they do, who they choose as friends, etc.  You see, unsaved Modernists like JC’s Girls have a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof (2nd Timothy 3:5).  These girls aren’t preaching the Biblical Gospel, they’re propagating a false gospel which does not require repentance.  The Law of God is not presented to lost sinners.  This is becoming one of the biggest heresies in America today… Just ask Jesus into your heart and you’ll go to Heaven.  No Sir!  You’d better first realize that you are a hellbound sinner, GUILTY, under the condemnation of God’s Law.  Romans 3:19 states, "Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God."  Public stripping is a lewd, vile, and horrible sin!!!

Ms. Veitch states that In Christ, we are free to experience … pleasure.  But she fails to explain her statement.  NO ONE has the freedom to enjoy the pleasures of sin!  In Christ, we are free to enjoy the pleasures of sex ONLY within the bounds of marriage (Hebrews 13:4).  You’ll never see this taught on JC’s Girls’ website.  By the vague manner in which they make their statements, a person could easily conclude that it’s ok to work as a stripper and commit fornication while being a Christian.  Also, carefully notice that JC’s Girls apparently makes no attempt to rescue strippers from their demonic lifestyle.  Instead, they offer to BE THERE for them in a time of need.  Is this what John the Baptist did concerning sinners?  Did John tell Herod, "Hey, I’m not going to judge you, I’m here for you if you need me."  No Sir!.  John the Baptist ended up getting his head chopped off… "for John had said unto Herod, It is not lawful for thee to have thy brother’s wife" (Mark 6:18).  The early church in Acts was persecuted, many to death, for preaching the truth.

In sharp contrast, we see apostate groups today, who claim to be Christian, but are actually of the Devil.  They do not preach against the sins of men.  They do not show people God’s Law.  They do not speak out against the evils of our day.  What JC’s Girls ought to be doing is exposing the sins of immodest clothing and stripping, as they preach the Gospel message.  But you say, "Then the strippers would never come to Christ."  Exactly!  This is the big lie of the Devil today–that we have to trim the Gospel message of any mention of sin, to attract sinners.  Folks, those people aren’t coming to Christ then, they’re coming to self-righteousness.  Satan wants us to tell people to trust Jesus, but don’t ever show them their wickedness from the Bible (to help them understand WHY they need Christ in the first place).  The tragic result is false conversions.  There can be NO salvation without the Law.  Something is very wrong with people who refuse to come to Christ unless all mention of sin, condemnation, judgment, and Hell are avoided.  JC’s Girls won’t touch these issues because it’s offensive.  Romans 5:15 states, "But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many."  Tragically, most people today want the free gift, but few realize that they’ve offended God.  Salvation involves both the offence and the free gift.  The Law of God shows us our condemned condition (i.e., how we have offended God by our sins), and our NEED for redemption.  Then the Law points us to Christ, who offer’s the free gift of eternal life through His shed blood.  Jesus simply asks us to trust upon Him, to take away our sins through His blood sacrifice (1st Peter 1:18-19).

JC’s Girls, and other apostate Modernists, only offer the free gift to people; but the issue of sin isn’t addressed, so there is NO salvation.

Monday’s Must-See Event–The Train Wreck Tour

Mickey Kaus blogs from New Hampshire: "The reporters I talk to are looking forward to the final pre-election joint Bill and Hillary Clinton rally Monday evening with the same lascivious delight you might encounter before a Britney Spears/Amy Winehouse double bill. Everyone expects it to be a gruesome night for the Clintons; their aides have been lashing out at the press uncharmingly. Anything could happen!"

It’s 1 a.m. and I Can’t Sleep

First Creepy Video. Second Creepy Video.

They were recorded at 1 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 6.

Khunrum emails: "Luke…Have you checked your jowls lately. You are morphing into Sidney Greenstreet. I don’t believe you have chronic fatigue system (whatever the hell that is), I think you’re just lazy. Why don’t you take a brisk walk everyday. One to three miles. You’ll feel and look much better. Luke, you’re a hypochondriac. Btw, during those rare instances when you get some boom boom, do you take your leg braces off? How about the mouth guard, in or out?"

I keep the leg braces on and the mouth guard in. Is that weird? I also like to play Dennis Prager lectures in the background. I know he loves being there for me during my most intimate moments. It’s what ethical monotheism is all about.

Pray For The Porn Stars

Shelley Lubben writes:

I need you to pray for myself and my team at AVN Porn Convention. We are one of the only ministries who will reach out to porn stars as well as pass out truth tracts to porn fans to educate them on the TRUTH about porn. Other ministries and organizations are putting us down for standing up for truth and I need your prayers as it’s going to take a lot of boldness and wisdom to stand up for what is right and to do it in love.

My heart is to reach porn stars with the amazing love of Christ but at the same time to educate the hundreds of thousands of porn fans who will be there. They need to KNOW that those who act in porn movies are ALSO somebody’s daughter or son. They need to know they are contributing to the destruction of women and men every time they view porn and it’s important they know the TRUTH! No, it is NOT wrong to pass out truth tracts! I have no idea why other organizations and ministries would put us down for that. Jesus told the truth.

Other ministries and organizations have also publicly put me down for wanting security but folks, I simply asked for some help for the female volunteers who will pass out truth tracts to fans. I think it’s wrong other ministries publicly put us down for wanting security for volunteers. Of course I am going to pursue wisdom when it comes to the world’s LARGEST gathering of porn fans. The female volunteers should not be alone when walking around the hotels near the convention. I hate the jealousy and strife that comes with these conventions and it’s the MAIN reason I didn’t go last year! But this year I am going and nothing is going to stop me from doing what God has called me to do. So please pray for peace and unity among ministries and organizations involved.

I also need prayer for protection for my family as well as the volunteers and their family. We also need wisdom and especially humility for me. I want to walk in the AVN Porn Convention with the Spirit of Wisdom, the Spirit of Humility with the Spirit of Love AND the Spirit of Truth.

CBS News Sexpot Lara Logan

Tabloid Baby reports:

CBS’ 34D Lara flaunts what Katie Couric cannot

That Lara Logan is the kind of "chief foreign correspondent" we like. She’s got a Marvel Comics name, an exotic accent and doesn’t have a mug like Christina Amanpour. And now the sexy CBS newsgal, star of the Katie Couric evening news show, and former bikini model known in the British tabs as "34D Lara," is making news for landing an exclusive interview with Pakistan president Pervez Musharraf for tonight’s 60 Minutes.

Lara has worked hard to pretend to try to escape the sex kitten image and her swimsuit modelling past, so it’s ver-r-r-r-ry interesting that in a nod to all the perv-ez among her fanbase, she and the CBS publicity machine included in the latest "how I got that scoop" story that Lara was "vacationing on a beach near her South African hometown when she received a message on her BlackBerry telling her of the (Bhutto) attack in Rawalpindi," and that when she arrived in Pakistan for the major news coup, "her suitcase with bikinis and other beachwear made it to Islamabad; the suitcase with the rest of her clothes did not."

Sorry. Did you miss that?

"Her suitcase with bikinis
and other beachwear
made it to Islamabad."

Now, that’s Tabloid 101! And that’s a shot across the bow. Who needs a Burberry when you travel on assignment with a suitcase full of bikinis? And, as we’ve been advising in our free consultation to CBS News since the days Katie Couric (left) was first being considered for the Evening News gig, who needs Katie when you’ve got a real, fearless, experienced globetrotting 21st century superstar sexpot reporter with such a great future behind her?

Found! The 34D Lara Logan swimsuit photos

After a long search, the Tabloid Baby staff has dug up some of the photos that explain why every story written about CBS News chief foreign correspondent Lara Logan includes a description of her as a "former swimsuit model"– and, most important, why the globe trotting sex symbol is known in the British tabloids as "34D Lara."

These photos were supposedly taken during her days as "student and part-time model," and though her superiors and colleagues take pains to remind us that the 36-year-old South African is a courageous, experienced and knowledgeable journalist, it should pointed out that the photos were first mentioned slyly by Lara herself during an interview when her career was still in a need of traction on the uphill climb, and that despite any objections on the grounds of sexism, the "swimsuit issue" is actually kept alive by CBS Nes publicists and again, Lara herself, as it was in yesterday’s publicity blitz publicity blitz, that pointed out that when she arrived in Pakistan over the weekend for an exclusive interview with president Pervez Musharraf, "her suitcase with bikinis and other beachwear made it to Islamabad; the suitcase with the rest of her clothes did not."

What Has Happened To The Seventh-Day Adventist Church Since My Dad Left?

Here’s a pdf document of a 2005 report in Adventism Today.

I grew up with the author — Arthur Patrick — and his family. His wife was my third grade teacher. When I first learned to read, I would borrow books from her. I was voracious. Their son Leighton was in my class at Avondale College Primary School.

What’s Going On?

Chaim Amalek emails:

It looks like you have taken someone’s advice to heart and have been reconfiguring your web site simply to generate monetizable traffic. True? The risk you are taking is that while this might work a bit in the short term, in the longer term by giving your site the appearance of one of those useless spambot web addresses that typically are a typo removed from better known sites, it degrades the value of the Luke Ford brand, even as you are trying to go the video route. (Speaking of which, invest a bit of cash into a better cam, a stand to put it on – it needs to be eye level with you! – and better lighting. What you are presently doing looks like crap. Perhaps some ex of yours will take pity and show you how to do this.)

Are you generating enough cash to pay your bills? If you are that hard up for cash, why not bite the bullet and try to get work as an office temp, or sit for the postal exam? You are white, can write, and could always lie about your age, and this need not be forever ( you could tell yourself). It is far later in your life than you think.

Hillary Dropping Out?

Matt Drudge reports:

Facing a double-digit defeat in New Hampshire, a sudden collapse in national polls and an expected fund-raising drought, Senator Hillary Clinton is preparing for a tough decision: Does she get out of the race? And when?!

"She can’t take multiple double-digit losses in New Hampshire, South Carolina and Nevada," laments one top campaign insider to the DRUDGE REPORT. "If she gets too badly embarrassed, it will really harm her. She doesn’t want the Clinton brand to be damaged with back-to-back-to-back defeats."

Meanwhile, Democrat hopeful John Edwards has confided to senior staff that he is staying in the race because Hillary "could soon be out."

"Her money is going to dry up," Edwards confided, a top source said Monday morning.

MORE

Key players in Clinton’s inner circle are said to be split. James Carville is urging her to fight it out through at least February and Super Tuesday, where she has a shot at thwarting Barack Obama in a big state.

"She did not work this hard to get out after one state! All this talk is nonsense," said one top adviser.

But others close to the former first lady now see no possible road to victory, sources claim.

Jewish views: Tales of two newspapers

Carlin Romano writes in the Philadelphia Daily News:

Jewish newspapering remains alive and well.

As 2008 begins, the Exponent, which hasn’t missed an issue since debuting in 1887, comes off its 120th anniversary year in the black, with a circulation of about 50,000. The Manhattan-based Forward, having celebrated its own 110th anniversary as a Yiddish paper last year, continues as two weeklies: the Yiddish version, with a circulation "well under" 10,000, and the English-language version begun in 1990.

The latter enjoys a circulation of 33,380, a devoted following among opinion-makers, and a mission, quips Goldberg, 58, "to teach Americans how to be Jewish."

The Exponent, according to Tobin, didn’t have to teach its readers much of anything.

Sitting in his Arch Street office, Tobin, 53, explains that the Exponent, founded by Philadelphia businessmen, spoke to a community whose "leadership was already very much part of America, part of Philadelphia, sort of feeling its oats." Unlike the Forward, notes Tobin, executive editor of his paper for more than nine years, "the Exponent has always been in English."

Those early differences help explain enduring ones.

"This is the newspaper of record for the Jewish community of this region," continues Tobin, a native New Yorker. "Generations of people have had their births, engagements, weddings and obituaries published in our newspaper. . . . That’s important."

Regional Jewish newspapers in the Exponent’s league include the Baltimore Jewish Times. Chicago and Miami don’t support a comparable paper despite Jewish communities larger than Philadelphia’s, which numbers more than 200,000 as well as 100 synagogues and schools in its five-county area, according to Tobin.

Even other elite regionals, says Tobin, "are not as old, and don’t have as powerful a hold on their communities." Thanks to plentiful ads, the Exponent frequently runs more than 70 tabloid pages long.

It’s About Standards

Rabbi Yaakov Menken writes:

I was as surprised as anyone to see “Gentile Lubavitcher refused conversion” in the Jerusalem Post. While it may be true that the belief that a deceased individual is the Messiah is foreign to normative Judaism, it is quite a step further to say that this belief alone disqualifies a potential convert.

…the Lubavitcher movement aligns itself with Orthodox Judaism, and supports the growth of Orthodoxy in the Holy Land. If the Court was interested in pandering to its chosen clientele, this is the last thing they would have done.
