Jews Find East Asians More Of A Challenge Than The Goyim

When the Anti-Defamation League conducted its unprecedented public opinion poll in the spring of 2014, in which we surveyed 100 countries and 53,100 individuals on their attitudes toward Jews, the most surprising finding was the one that showed that 51 percent of South Koreans held anti-Semitic views.
This was the highest anti-Semitic rating by far of any non-Muslim Asian country, more than doubling the rates of China and Japan.
We did seek to understand those numbers, meeting with South Korean officials who assured us that the numbers must reflect a misunderstanding of the questions being asked (polling was, of course, conducted in Korean). But since we felt confident about our numbers elsewhere in the world, we left the South Korea numbers as they were, while continuing to wonder whether there was some cultural misunderstanding.
We still do not pretend to know all the answers to this conundrum, but recent developments stemming from a merger battle between Samsung Group’s Lee family and activist investor Paul Singer have revealed levels of anti-Semitism in the Korean business and media communities that we were told never existed.
Let’s be clear. The takeover struggle between Elliott Associates and Samsung over a merger of two Samsung companies is a business matter that is beyond the scope or interest of ADL. Clearly, strong interests were at work on both sides and powerful emotions were part of the struggle. (The merger was approved by shareholders last week.)
What was of concern to us, however, was the injection of anti-Semitism into the battle. Three Korean publications ran stories attacking Jews who they said were behind the effort to block the Samsung merger. One, the SISA Journal, published an article quoting both a former South Korean diplomat and a U.S. educated Korean lawyer about how Jews control Wall Street. Meanwhile, Samsung C and T depicted Elliot’s founder Paul Singer in cartoons as a vulture-like figure, seeking to take money away from the poor.

Here is a letter by a Jewish academic to the New York Times in 1987:

To the Editor:
I write to commend and comment on your March 12 news article on recent Japanese anti-Semitism.
First, Japanese anti-Semitism has a long history. It stretches back to the 1870’s, when Christian missionaries introduced the Japanese to an image of the Jews as a venal and despised people. This image was reinforced by Western literary works like ”The Merchant of Venice,” the first of Shakespeare’s plays to be translated into Japanese.
The notorious ”Protocols of the Elders of Zion,” which the historian Norman Cohn has called ”a warrant for genocide,” provides the basis for much Japanese anti-Semitic writing. This includes the currently popular books of Masami Uno (”If You Understand Judea, You Can Understand the World” and ”If You Understand Judea, You Can Understand Japan”), the starting point for your report. The ”Protocols” was first translated into Japanese in 1924 and continues to be reissued, most recently by the Shin-Jinbutsu Oraisha publishing company this year.
Second, anti-Semitism has greater intellectual currency and respectability in Japan than in perhaps any other industrialized society. In January 1986, an anti-Semitic novel titled ”Passover” by a Japanese woman residing in Los Angeles won the 94th Akutagawa Prize, Japan’s most prestigious literary award. It was awarded by a jury of Japan’s most respected novelists and critics, headed by the Roman Catholic novelist Shusaku Endo.
Third, it should be pointed out that the Japanese have also produced voluminous legitimate scholarship on Jewish history and culture. In 1979, the annual meeting of Japanese Germanists took up the topic of ”German-Jewish Symbiosis,” with papers on the work of Heine, Kafka, Elias Canetti and others. There was even a paper on Yiddish language and literature delivered by a Japanese Yiddishist.
The works of Elie Wiesel, Isaac Bashevis Singer, Martin Buber, Gershom Scholem and virtually every other significant Jewish author have been translated into Japanese. The work of Masanori Miyazawa should also be noted in this context. A professor of history at Doshisha Women’s University in Kyoto, Masanori Miyazawa has analyzed in books and articles the long and perverse history of Japanese anti-Semitism, and has been an outspoken critic of it.
Finally, although Shichihei Yamamoto, author of ”The Japanese and the Jews,” whom you quote, is probably correct that, taken alone, anti-Semitic books in Japan are more annoying than dangerous, their popularity is disturbing in the context of recent events. Only last September, Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone alleged that blacks and Hispanics were lowering the level of intelligence in the United States, and Masayuki Fujio, Minister of Education, was sacked the same month for strident defense of pre-World War II Japanese behavior in Korea and China. Furthermore, Japan has been re-editing its high-school history textbooks to delete any suggestion of Japanese culpability for that war.
In this context, Japanese anti-Semitism reveals itself as but one manifestation of widespread racist thinking that has permeated the highest levels of Japanese Government and business bureaucracy. What emerges is a self-image of the Japanese as a pure race, superior to other mongrelized peoples, but unjustly persecuted by them. We know from bitter experience the potential consequences of this state of affairs, and everything possible should be done by all people of good will to reverse it before this annoyance has real political repercussions.

* Blacks and jews have this in common. For jews, to be without their sense of persecution is equivalent to having one of those dreams in which one imagines themselves as appearing in public without their pants on. Stripped of their sense of being uniquely persecuted, both jews and blacks feel naked. They have no defense and having no defense, they have no offensive weapon with which to manipulate the society they live in. Finding this situation intolerable they lash out blindly at any white who persecutes them by denying them the right to feel persecuted.

Both imagine themselves to be superior beings in the white world in which they find themselves and deeply resent any suggestion that they must engage in manual labor or gritty productive work which produces a tangible product. Seemingly every black I have known has claimed to be the descendent of some imagined African “royalty”. I’ve never met a jewish man who wasn’t ruled by his mother’s injunction to avoid, of all things, working with his hands.

They are drawn together by their common interest in avoiding labor and in their effort to enslave the white race. Every jewish-conceived and supported social program enacted in the last fifty years which redistributes wealth from the white middle class to poor blacks attests to the truth of these claims.

* It is not that Blacks have a great amount of absolute political power, but they drive public policy way above what they merit: school policy; housing policy; policing; hiring; etc., all done largely in service to caring for chronic non-achievers.

We are having 50 yr. anniversaries of the civil rights era, and you’d think we’ve gone backwards from all the anxiety and hand wringing we get from that quarter. I can’t imagine things ever getting better. With the signal achievement of the moon landing, we got a “Whitey on the Moon” lament. It has pretty much been a non-stop repeat of that sentiment ever since.

* White people need their own “victim narrative” if you will to reclaim moral superiority-nay, moral equality at least.

I only fear the rivers of blood this would require.

* Black pols may not dominate, but “the black problem” does dominate. If you doubt that, try repeating what you just said at your next staff meeting or in front of the HR people. You’re fired in an hour.

Blacks have been given a form of the heckler’s veto over public discourse.

* Jews are even more sufferistic, but they are richer and more sucessful than others.

It’s really black dominance in pop music and sports that really does the trick.

Suppose white Americans bought slaves from Bolivia instead of from Africa.

Do you think whites would care much about short, unfunky, and unathletic Bolivian-Americans bitching about their problems?

* Could this be part of the reason that the Black Caucus shows so little interest in measures that might actually reduce black failure, e.g., more and better vocational training combined with measures like immigration control and restrictions on imports from low-wage countries like China that might increase the demand for African American labor?

* It’s only dysfunction in the context of white norms. What so many clueless whites refer to as “blacks behaving badly” is really just “blacks behaving typically”. Look at the behavior of Africans in Africa.

* This is also one of the reasons the far left doesn’t like Israel–they’re whiter than the Palestinians, and get judged by the ‘white’ yardstick when it comes to repression (you don’t see the Left forming huge groups to go after, say, East Timor.)

Of course, the Israelis have the neocons and Jewish center-left going to bat for them.

But Russia gets screwed twice–they’re white, and anti-gay. We hear a lot about Russia making propounding gay rights illegal, but little about African countries making actually being gay illegal, as in killing people found having gay sex.

Fred Reed: Ann Coulter and the Manufacture of Pedophilia

* About the age of consent in Mexico, we must remember that law is not just what is on the books. It is a complex interplay of the statutes and practice, such as what is commonly done in the courts in any jurisdiction, the attitudes of police and prosecutors towards different crimes, procedural law, case law, corruption, and so on, and the end result may indeed be that in many cases, men who have relations with girls as young as 12 do not go to prison.

For starters, the FEDERAL age of consent is Mexico is indeed 12:

* My Mexican co-worker once said, “Mexican men like their girls young”. This was in response to me telling her that when my ex and I stumbled into an hispanic neighborhood in San Antonio Texas, I saw a few pregnant girls who looked about 12. They were with men 10 and 15 years older. But, they all looked to be happy enough. What do you think those girls would be doing otherwise? Rocket Science?

Thing you have to bear in mind, in Mexico laws are widely disregarded to a much greater degree than in the US and other developed countries, so what is on the books is often somewhat irrelevant. In a way its a libertarian paradise.

* I read the arrest reports almost everyday here in Manatee County, Florida and whatever the law may say in Mexico the custom and practice of Mexican men here does seem to indicate that having sex with underage girls ( often their girlfriends daughters) is not seen as ‘forbidden’ if we go by the number arrested for the offense. The problem these unreconstructed paedo’s have is that these young Mexican-American girls have been going to American schools and they no longer accept Mexican custom and practice and they will tell either mom or a police detective.

That’s the bad side of Mexican culture. There is a good side to it as well. Americans might learn from Mexico how to have pride in your national heritage even if its accomplishments are small. You do not see Mexican mestizos, whites or Indians trashing their culture. They are pretty comfortable in their skins no matter the color and do not adopt ridiculous made up names to set themselves apart. The language is Spanish and so are the names so far as I can tell.

* I have accidentally stepped in many a parking-lot-diaper-bomb living in Southwest Texas. I have kids, and I changed their diapers in the back of my suv like many, but I always found a way to throw the diapers in the trash- double bagged so people wouldn’t gag on the smell. It must be all those darn Japanese and Canadiens leaving human feces traps around here.

As for the cultural pedophilia, you’re wrong, dude. Long before I ever read an HBD blog, I was well indoctrinated in the public school dogma of “not noticing” and anti-racism. Regardless, my friends and I at ages 11,12, 13, and 14 discussed the constant cat-calling from middle-aged Mexican men. * MEXICO CITY, Aug 13 2007 (IPS) – The child pornography and commercial sexual exploitation industry enjoys total impunity in the Mexican capital, according to a report by the Mexico City Human Rights Commission.

The “special report on commercial sexual exploitation of children in the Federal District” confirms that there are at least 20 spots in Mexico City where these illegal activities flourish, under the protection of corrupt elements in the police force.

Although there are no figures on the extent of the phenomenon in the capital, an estimated 16,000 girls and boys are victims of sexual exploitation in this country of 108 million people.

Emilio Álvarez Icaza, head of the local Human Rights Commission, complained about the lack of strategies to clamp down on the problem.

“The state is largely absent in the question of commercial sexual exploitation of children,” Álvarez Icaza recently told the press. “We have compiled all of the reports that we requested, and in essence what we found is that there are no specific programmes or actions at the local level.”

* Teen pregnancy in Mexico is rising, and some of those affected are very young. According to the 2012 national health survey, for every 1,000 women who give birth, 37 are adolescents between the ages of 12 and 19. That’s up from a rate of 30 in 2006.

Eleven thousand births were registered to girls between 12 and 14 in 2011.

What is worrisome about pregnancies at such a young age, particularly when the father is an adult, is that “the only explanation is sexual abuse,” says Juan Martín Pérez García, executive director of REDIM, the Network for the Rights of Children in Mexico.

Mothers who are particularly young face increased risks in pregnancy: Nearly 14 percent of maternal deaths in 2009 were girls aged 12 to 15, according to Save the Children, an international nonprofit that is among those leading the calls for change. Laws governing the age of consent or legal marriage vary widely across the country, from 18 to as young as 12 years old. (Jalisco state only recently raised its age of consent to 15 from 12.)

Complicating abuse cases, it’s often unclear which of numerous local, state, and federal agencies bear responsibility for investigating a crime and ensuring care for an abused child. Crime reporting in Mexico is dismally low, and that holds true for abuse cases. Fears that the government may take a child away also prevent many families from speaking up.

* Fred, your knee jerk reaction to defend Mexico’s “honor”, especially when it comes to foreigners breaking American law, is interesting. The easiest reply to Fred would be to ask, “What’s the Mexican statute as to hanging bodies from bridges, or the decapitation of college students?” – but rhetorical questions rarely make the point.

I think that what has happened here is an argument over the comparison of apples and oranges. Ms Coulter calls all of the illegal immigrants from Mexico, “Mexican”. This makes sense, as I don’t recall any illegal immigration coming from Greenland or Burma. Ms. Coulter doesn’t bother differentiating between Mexican, or Honduran, or El Salvadoran, or any other point(s) south, and it is perfectly acceptable and reasonable that she not do so. If it comes FROM Mexico, it is Mexican. This is a hard concept?

Fred, your defense of Mexican rapists by showing us Mexican rape statutes is really phony (I refuse to use the word “disingenuous”). It would be more accurate to show us the statutes on rape from Honduras, and Guatemala, and El Salvador, and Columbia, etc. And not the statutes that protect rich white women either, but the statutes that cover the class of people that are moving north, i.e. the Peons. In the jungles of Central America, when you reach the level of destitution that the Central American working class enjoys, the only penalty that matters is a big brother or father or uncle with a 12 gauge. Can you imagine the joy that must come over the sexual animals from the south as they reach the US and find that American women are totally unprotected – especially the younger ones. I imagine it must be like an 8 year-old walking into a Candy Store with a brand new 5$ bill. Wow, and after you have raped a woman (even to death) the police will protect YOU! Now, how can you beat that?

* Reed is still being deliberately obtuse, i.e., lying. And after doubling down on his mis-statements the way he has, lying is the only appropriate term.

Using legal terms from Anglo-American law that her readers could easily interpret, Ann Coulter asserted that in Mexico it is legal under certain circumstances for a male to have sexual intercourse with a thirteen year old girl; a situation that most of us north of the border find repugnant. All the sources that I’ve been able to find confirm Coulter’s assertion.

Our frail Reed responds with a high school debating trick; citing Mexican law regarding rape, which is totally irrelevant to what Coulter wrote and misleading in the extreme. Now our frail Reed doubles down, citing more Mexican rape law and going so far as to cite undocumented conversations with unnamed “friends” in support of his now obviously false and absurd position. This is a pathetic display of hebephrenic ineptitude.

* Earth to Fred–it may be different where you live, but Mexico and Central America have massive amounts of sex with tweens, and pregnancies too. And when they come to the US, old habits don’t die rapidly. BTW, 80% of girls/women crossing the southern border illegally have been raped.
Luckily, white liberals in places like Chicago (where I lived and practiced law for many years) are only too happy to ignore or at best hand out suspended sentences for such offenses, assuming that the defendant hasn’t jumped bail and headed back to Mexico or the southwest….

* Laws or no laws, the problem is Mexicans are not a very law-conscious people.

Laws are only as good as the people who follow them.

So, Mexican laws can state age of consent at 21.

There are too many practiced cases where it is 12.

Similarly in black areas and even ‘white trash’ areas in the US, laws don’t go very far.

The only real law in Baltimore and Detroit is that of the jungle.

In contrast, the laws of another society may be lax but there could be a lot of social discipline because people are mindful and conscientious.

I remember waiting for a bus in grad school (mebbe 26) and looking up the street, seeing a very hot woman a few hundred feet away. * 15 year-old Latino rapes and murders 8 year-old white girl

The source said the boy lured Madyson to his third-floor apartment at the Tannery Arts Center at 1050 River St. on Sunday afternoon with promises of ice cream, then subdued her from behind, sexually assaulted her and strangled her before dumping her body in a recycling bin in a first-floor garage of the complex.

* This is anecdotal but my sister spent six months volunteering at an orphanage in Mexico. She said that every one of the kids had been molested and the level was so severe that they couldn’t leave the 12 year olds alone with the 5 year olds for even a minute because they would start molesting them as soon as you left the room.

* Whatever the situation in Mexico, mass immigration of low-skilled males leads to large quantities of sexual violence against children because of the skewed gender ratio both directly and through the increased demand for cheap prostitution leading to gangs supplying that demand.

Supplying the demand for cheap prostitution caused by mass immigration is and was the biggest driver behind the UK’s Pakistani grooming gangs and it is the same *everywhere*. The media just lie about it.

The only big difference from place to place is some ethnic groups get the girls from back home while some prey on girls from the native population.

(The men are low paid relative to the local average income and are often sending some of it home as well which is why the prostitutes need to be too cheap to be voluntary – hence why the gangs who supply the demand use slaves and children. If they were all oil workers on 100 grand a year there’d be enough volunteers to supply the demand.)

Fred is citing Mexican state rape statutes. The readers are properly citing the statutory rape statutes.

When the young woman and the family consents, it’s legal for any aged man to have sex with a Mexican girl over twelve years of age.

This is so well known, I really think any gringo male asking this question in Mexico would be greeted with smirks.

As many commentators have noted, however, it doesn’t end there…. Sex, and marriage, well below this age is common in many areas.

* I didn’t think the pedophilia stuff was even the most controversial part of Coulter’s book. She had some real salacious passages on the popularity of donkey shows and donkey sex in general down there. She goes into pretty graphic detail describing the shows and writes about how donkey shows are a national pastime and a rite of passage of sorts in Mexico.

* If it’s a contest between Ann Coulter’s credibility or Fred Reed’s – are you kidding me? It’s no contest.
Ann wins hands down.
Her book “Adios America!” is well-researched, contains copious notes, and is actually well-reasoned.
Fred? By his own admission, he took a few minutes to Google, and shot from the hip. This is Fred’s style and actually part of his appeal on many topics – in an earlier era, he would have been the entertaining big-mouth in the general store spouting off on issues of the day.
Ann’s style is caustic and, if you are on the same wavelength, humorous. Her language is deliberately inflammatory. From her throw away one-liners, critics initially assume she must not be serious, and therefore can’t have spent a lot of time researching.
But the facts? She actually marshals them well. Watch interviews with Ann defending her book. She responds well to attacks on her reasoning; her critics end up disparaging her motives for daring to bring up the facts, i.e. only a racist would focus on such things. From previous books, Ann knows her critics lie in wait to call her out on any picayune factoid not properly footnoted. She is way over Fred’s level, as well as most of her critics, on this score.
She doesn’t pretend to play fair. She is like a good lawyer presenting her side of the case. In that way, she’s like Fred. But in this case, she’s the better lawyer.

I think she does a good job of summing up GOP connivance on illegal immigration. The targets of her wrath certainly won’t be happy, but what do you expect?

On a more (less?) somber note, what the hell is wrong with Scandinavians? Was the fight culled out of them so thoroughly by the loss of their sterner viking brothers to adventures afar that today they LITERALLY welcome their civilization’s cucking on a mass scale?

Darwin said survival was genetic directive #1. How would he explain this? I’m open to the possibility of covert biowarfare or an unknown natural parasite infecting and damaging the minds of northern european weak whytes.

Left-Wing Jew Tony Tabatznik Leads War On Whites & Israel

* The biggest funder of anti white groups is actually Tony Tabatznik, an English/South African guy who founded and sold for hundreds of millions a generic drug company, then started a second one and sold it too.

His front is the Bertha Foundation. While Soros has along list of random and sometimes laudable causes, Bertha only supports far left and anti white groups.

I found out about when when I wondered who was funding the Center for Constitutional Rights, which as you can see from their website provides legal support across the anti white spectrum, from BlackLivesMatter rioters to the BDS anti Israel crowd.

* It looks like he signed the statement of Jews for Justice for Palestinians.

His name appears on a similar petition signed by South African Jews.

He’s a patron of the London Jewish Cultural Centre.

Baltimore’s Murder Spree

* A couple of years prior to the Rodney King riots, police in Los Angeles, and a few other nearby cities, were being browbeaten by local city leaders regarding two or three suicide deaths of black perps while in police custody.

In disgust, the police in assorted cities organized a “secret strike” in LA and some surrounding areas. The basic strategy was, when it came to high crime areas, the police would be slow to arrive to altercations, slow to detain, and resistant to making an arrest on anything but the most egregious crimes.

Subsequently, those areas went ballistic with street crime by blacks. Black shootings and murders went through the roof. The climax being the Rodney King riots. and if you noticed, the police were also pretty laid back during that fiasco.

As Baltimore’s incompetent mayor, and affirmative action prosecuting attorney willfully indulged in alienating their entire police force by cow towing to the professional negro industrial complex, I knew “black bodies” would be piling up in Baltimore this summer.

While the rioting, looting, and racial pogroms by the more feeble-minded blacks annoyed me, my annoyance was mitigated by what I knew was going to happen to the perps and their enablers come this summer, and everyone has performed wonderfully, as predicted.

* So, approximately 70 Baltimore residents (almost, if not all, black) have died because of the lying anti-police race war perpetrated by Obama, Holder, Coates, and the MSM.

Will any of these despicable racists apologize for their part in creating this pile of dead black bodies?

* One of President Obama’s favorite mantras when promoting his latest gun-grab: “If there’s even one thing we can do, if there’s just one life we can save—we’ve got an obligation to try.”

Mr. President, here are TWO things we could do that would save lives, black lives in particular. Let’s give them a try!

1.) Promote stop and frisk programs in every drug-and crime-ridden neighborhood in America. That has a proven track record for saving black lives.

2.) Every time you give a speech on the justifiable anger of blacks and the need to retrain the police, take an extra moment, put on your earnest voice, and plead with black people to comply with police officers’ instructions and stop resisting arrest. Just do what the officer says, even if you don’t like his attitude. If he is out of line you can file suit at a later date. This would have saved the lives of Michael Brown, Freddy Gray, Eric Garner, Sandra Bland, and Samuel DuBose.

* San Diego has more than twice Baltimore’s population, and had 2.7 homicides in the average month (32 total in 2014). Baltimoreans are thus about 34 times more murderous per capita than San Diegans.

Japan, with a population of 126 million, averages 37 murders per month, making Baltamoreans about 185 times more murderous than Japanese.

* San Diego is also more conservative, due to Navy (active duty and retired), Midwesterner and Hispanic influences. Add in all the scientists in La Jolla and the platinum triangle and you see that there is a lot of social capital. All of the above tended to favor families and stability.

The city and suburbs are an unusual cultural island in SoCal given how distinct they are even from Orange County on the far side of north county’s Camp Pendleton, let alone Los Angeles well up the freeway.

* The city of San Diego has no zip codes where Blacks are even a plurality, let alone a majority. San Diego was not as popular a California destination for the Great Black Migration out of the South as was Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Oakland. White San Diego residents dodged a bullet big time.

* I don’t blame the cops a bit. Damned if you do, damned if you don’t. Let the city burn.

As a kid we visited some friends of my parents at a nice restaurant on the water in Baltimore. I kept remarking that, wow, golly gee, Baltimore is such a nice town. None of the adults at the table actually lived in the city, but they were all in the know. They all just shook their heads and said, “No. No it isn’t.” As the sky grew ever blacker, so did the ballooning crowd out under the lights along the water. A rowdy bunch indeed. We left shortly after and never returned. This was during G.H.W. Bush’s presidency.

* A very intelligent police officer I know wrote this analysis of the shooting of Samuel DuBose by University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing:

I don’t remember where I snagged it but the entire video of the incident in decent resolution is available for download. I watched it using VLC player which allows you to watch the video frame-by-frame. While some details might not matter to non-LE, there were several red flags that are significant.

First, the driver initially fails to yield to emergency lights. The officer has to use several siren blasts to get the vehicle to stop. Stop was initiated on a busier street. The driver makes two turns and ends up on a more remote street out of sight of the more populated area. The
officer seems to be aware that this isn’t right and advises his dispatcher “slow to stop” and reports the street name that the non-yielding car is now on. That initial failure to yield is a huge danger sign and any credible officer knows this.

I suspect that this gets his nearest backup moving that way because that officer is on-scene by the time the wrecked vehicle has come to rest. What may be radio traffic sending a backup takes place later but the backup had to be very close or already on his/her way. If that is the dispatcher sending a second unit, it means that even the dispatch realized the dangers associated with “slow to stop.”

Once stopped, the driver is plainly and repeated evasive. The officer had already run the tag, knows it’s registered to a female but the driver claims it’s his. The driver asks twice about the reason for the stop. The first time, the officer clearly explains the reason. When it surfaces a second time, it reeks of someone trying to take control of the situation and put the officer off.

The driver continues to be evasive about his driver’s license and, more importantly, his identity. People who don’t want you to know who they are generally have warrants.

The officer asks the driver to take off his seatbelt and then opens the car door. The driver closes the door and reaches for the ignition and starts the car. There is only one reason for this — flight. As the car starts, the officer very clearly reaches into the vehicle towards the ignition.

A struggle ensues. The officer’s support hand is never on the gun. It is in the car the whole time. It does appear that the officer is moved forward. I can’t tell if it’s after the shot is fired but there is a driveway in the background during the struggle and when the officer stands back up, he is no longer aligned with it.

After watching this video frame-by-frame, I can’t see how this warrants a murder charge. The most, I mean the barest most that could be criminal would be to claim that the gun unintentionally discharged during the struggle for control of the vehicle. I am not saying this is the case, but even if we consider the hypothetical, it warrants an involuntary manslaughter at the most.

At no time does the officer claim that the gun fired accidentally. His first coherent statement is “I thought he was going to run me over.” The officer’s post-fight is pretty damn good. His radio traffic is coherent and he isn’t spinning out of control.

I know he’s a politician but the DA and his pompous statements are nothing short of disgusting.

* “Also Steve did Unz put a gun to the head of your next kitchen remodel and threaten to pull the trigger if you mention the #cuckservative brouhaha? I notice that your not noticing it is pretty telling, like when SCOTUS decided that the 14th Amendment secretly gave a right for two men to claim they’re married and you couldn’t be bothered to write a word about it.”

Maybe he isn’t that interested in it and/or doesn’t think he has much to add. I have not noticed any change in the nature or quality of Steve’s output since he set up shop under Unz’s masthead. I don’t agree with some of Ron Unz’s opinions, but he is certainly not a doctrinaire thinker and I see no evidence that he has placed any limits on Steve’s territory.

* If the Democrats really wanted to throw a curveball at the American electorate they’d have Dore Gold run for the White House. Having the Connecticut-born Director-General of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs run for President would be just irresistible to rapture-ready Republican voters. They’d switch their votes just to hasten the second coming. Glen Beck would have a good cry and advise his fans to do the same. The GOP presidential candidate may even concede the race just to avoid accusations of anti-Semitism and of being soft on Iran.

* I really wish someone would ask Hillary about the UVA rape hysteria, and if it is ever okay to assume a woman is lying about a rape. Make her say it. If she says, no, women very rarely lie about rape so one should never assume, then ask her why she has stayed married to a rapist from multiple accusers. Why is she a rape apologist?

* Medi-Cal will be the battleground in California politics for the next 20 years. By that time DiFi and Babs will be moldering in their graves. It will subsume everything. Thanks to Obamacare, roughly 1/3 of Californians now get their coverage free through the state and they are all Democrats and vibrant people of color. There will be relentless pressure to tax people who currently pay for their health insurance (white people) to subsidize Medi-Cal patients so they can have the same access to providers and medical care as the other 2/3 of the population. In effect, Medi-Cal will be the back door to single payer. By forcing providers to accept it, there will be no reason for people to not take it because they will have the same level of care while paying nothing. It will crowd out the other health plans and become the only viable health plan left.

* Something else Tom Wolfe anticipated in Bonfire of the Vanities. His white assistant district attorneys look at the demographic tide in The Bronx and realize there’s no future for them at the highest level of the department, because, by the time they’re senior enough, the borough will be run by nonwhites.
