When Is Tisha B’Av For Goyim?

I’m pretty broken up by the destruction of the temples approximately 2600 and 2000 years ago, so don’t expect much posting from me today. It’s hard to post when your eyes are filled with tears, you’re wearing sackcloth and ashes, you’re fasting, and you’re sitting on the floor.

Chaim Amalek: “Just as Jewish people mark the fall of the second temple on the “Ninth of Av” with mournful solemnity on the Jewish calender, so too will White people one day come to mark the fall of their race in America on the Third of October every year. It was on October 3, 1965 that the White Anglo-Saxon Protestant president Lyndon B. Johnson signed into law the 1965 Immigration Reform Act — championed by the powerful Roman Catholic Senator Edward M. Kennedy — that threw open America’s borders to the Third World.”

* So another Bible college product named Tiffany has converted to Orthodox Judaism and then after making it a full year as a frum Jew, has given it all up.

Chaim Amalek: “In general, and with acknowledgement of the occasional exception, if you were born into Christianity that is where you should stay. Had I been born a Gentile there is no way that I, fully appraised of what Jewish Orthodoxy was about would have ever thought to convert to Judaism. Christians have it easy.”

Miriam: “It seems to happen quite often. Of the women I have known to complete gerus, rarely have I seem any remain frum or at least become very liberal in their “observance”. It’s made me stop believing in the magical/special experience or in the whole “gaining an extra soul”. I really believe some people who never intended in their hearts to be 100% observant just remain goyishe, even with a worthless piece of paper, as worthless as their lack observance. Gerus used to be as fast as one day in the past, now people say it should be so long, as to weed out those who are not sincere. It’s almost like reverse psychology. The harder it becomes, the more someone desires it. Once they have it, they just go back to the old ways. It is an increasing phenomenon.”

“I am reminded of the time I heard a rabbi speak about the time he refused to go to the wedding of one of his students and his converted fiance. Right after her mikvah immersion, on Shabbos she was on the phone talking to all her girlfriends about the wedding in her little skinny jeans. So….some people just never really intended to be Jewish, it was all am act. Those are the ones I don’t need to consult a rabbi about to know.”

Former Daily Show writer Wyatt Cenac Represents His Black People

Black and Jewish writers are often not shy about representing their people’s interests in the media.

I have an Orthodox Jewish friend who writes and produces TV and he says he gets asked to approve jokes about Jews on a show to make sure they don’t go too far.

From Deadline.com:

Fox News was already on Stewart’s case over the offensive impression. In response, Stewart was planning a segment entitled “everything I do is racist.” When Cenac heard this, he raised his objection over the whole bit in an email to the Daily Show staff.

“I was the one black writer there. It was this thing where it’s like, when you’re the one — whether you want to or not — you’re speaking for everybody. I felt like I had to speak for all the minorities, because there’s nobody speaking for them,” Cenac told Maron.

When Cenac emphasized his reservations again during a writers meeting, Stewart blew his lid:

“He got incredibly defensive. I remember he was like, ‘What are you trying to say? There’s a tone in your voice.’ I was like, ‘There’s no tone. It bothered me.’ … And then he got upset. He stood up and he was just like, ‘Fuck off. I’m done with you.’ And he just started screaming that to me, and he screamed it a few times. … ‘Fuck off! I’m done with you.’ And he stormed out. I didn’t know if I had been fired,” remembered Cenac.

Following the incident, Cenac had an emotional breakdown.

Added Cenac, “I represent my people, and I try to represent them the best that I can. I gotta be honest if something seems questionable, because if not, then I don’t want to be in a position where I am being untrue not just to myself but to my culture, because that’s exploitative.”

COMMENTS:

* Are we supposed to care about this overly sensitive ‘writer’? Ok, he’s had his 15 minutes, now he can shut the f*** up. It must be horrible carrying the weight of the entire black community on your shoulders. As a black woman, dude, I don’t need you to look out for me. Get a grip…..and, a job that won’t hurt your ‘feelings’.

* “In May 2014, Cenac sparked controversy during an appearance on This American Life by joking about the speech patterns of people with Down syndrome.”

Guess it’s okay to make fun of people who have trouble representing their group.

* Wow. Being a writer is still a job. Sounds like he is just over sensitive and mad because Jon wasn’t his friend but his boss. Newsflash: being a writer is still a job and your not always friends with your boss.

* Toughen up cupcake.

* Cenac also had a run in with Norm MacDonald – another guy who is regarded as extremely nice. Maybe the problem lies with Cenac? Sounds like the guy is just walking around with a chip on his shoulder.

* Was Stewart’s imitation of Cain accurate or not? When he imitates Southern white politicians with a broad Southern accent is that also offensive?

* So comedy is funny when it generalizes and lampoons groups other than your own? You get to dictate the place that comes from and join in the fun in that case. But, of course, not your group. Your group is off limits. The lesson here is that we now know why Wyatt Cenac is not funny. He doesn’t understand comedy.

* How many time has Jon Stewart done accents of leaders and groups of people (jewish people included). I could seriously see the skit in question being done about G.W. Bush with an accent and no one bating a fucking eye.

* Cenac had the career opportunity of a lifetime and blew it. Now he hosts a standup comedy show, one night a week, in a hotel in Brooklyn, according to his own website. Stewart may be a difficult boss but who of us has not had to take s##t from one of those when we were trying to get ahead?

* After hearing about Cenac’s own Down Syndrome voice joke, it’s tough to look at his statement as anything but hypocrisy and an attempt at getting some publicity for himself off of Stewart’s final run. Looking at the comments below, it’s sad to see how sensitive the world has become… I guarantee: everyone who feels hurt, or thinks Stewart did something wrong with this bit, has also laughed at a joke at some point in their lives that would offend someone else somewhere in the world. Hypocrites – just like your pal, Cenac…

* Stewart uses the same sort of identity politics against his enemies, but isn’t man-enough to take it when it’s dished out to him. Typical liberal hypocrite.

The P.C. crowd is eating itself, and it’s kind of fun to watch.

* Wyatt said that he viewed Stewart as a father figure. This sounds more like an employee who wanted attention from someone they admired but were angry with because they didn’t have the relationship they wanted. So any attention is good….even negative attention. Throughout the interview, Wyatt came off as a child. Hurt feelings, father issues, expectations of his employer. And he’s no saint himself having made fun of people with Down’s Syndrome by using a funny voice. And what shitty timing to ruin Jon’s last two weeks. Wyatt Cenac is a child.

Steve Sailer: Sportscaster Colin Cowherd Fired for Citing HateStats

Steve Sailer writes: Uh oh, he cited HateStats.

Here’s what Cowherd said in his follow-up:

“For the record, I used the Dominican Republic because they furnish baseball with so many great players. But they do rank 122nd out of 144 countries in primary education according to the World Economic Forum Global Competitive Report.”

Big mistake. You don’t get fired for being wrong, you get fired for being right.

Here’s an article I found from ten years ago on DR’s levels of educational achievement:

SANTO DOMINGO.- Only 50% of the students who enter the first grade in the Dominican Republic reach to complete just four years, 22% complete the eight year elementary cycle and only 10% finish secondary schooling, figures which place Dominican Republic among the countries with the highest school dropout rates.

By the way, here’s Jason Malloy’s meta-analysis on the handful of IQ studies of Dominicans.

But knowing HateStats, must less mentioning them, is unforgivable. And so he’s gone.

It added, “Colin’s on-air response today addressed the importance of making sure his opinions are fact-based and responsible for all people.”

But not too fact-based.

My favorite Dominican ballplayer of all time was L.A. Dodgers 1980s slugger Pedro Guerrero, who got acquitted on a cocaine distribution charge in 2000 by reason of stupidity. The AP reported:

A former major league hitter was acquitted of drug conspiracy charges Tuesday, after his attorney argued that his low IQ prevented him from understanding that he had agreed to a drug deal.

Federal prosecutors argued that Pedro Guerrero, formerly of the Los Angeles Dodgers and St. Louis Cardinals, told an undercover agent and an informant that he would guarantee payment for a $200,000 cocaine shipment.

But Guerrero’s lawyer, Milton Hirsch, told the jury that the four-time National League All-Star and co-MVP of the 1981 World Series was duped by his friend, Adan “Tony” Cruz.

“He really never understood that he was being asked to involve himself in a drug deal,” Hirsch said.

The jury acquitted Guerrero after four hours of deliberation.

Guerrero, 43, retired from baseball in 1992. Hirsch said he dropped out of sixth grade in his native Dominican Republic, and has an IQ of 70, Hirsch said. The Miami resident can not perform simple tasks, such as writing a check or making a bed, and receives a small weekly allowance from his wife, Hirsch said.

Comments to Steve Sailer:

* I heard John Kruk tell a story about Pedro Guerrero about a decade ago on the radio. He said it was common during Saturday afternoon home games to see a player from the road team make it to first base with an obvious hangover from a late night before the game. Kruk said Pedro would get to first base and he would still be drunk. He must have been an incredible hitter.

* Come on everybody knows baseball is the least cerebral team sport of them all unless you call track and field and swimming teams sports because of the relays.

The most cerebral part is when pitchers and catchers study the batters to determine how to pitch to them. Good batters will study the pitchers if they want a decent career which it seems like last year’s sensation Yasiel Puig does not.

* It’s funny how you can tell the things they all take for granted by the things most quickly punished. I mean, no one ever gets in trouble for asserting European basketball players just can’t manage the complexity of the game, or that blacks just aren’t athletic–at least the Narrative System would freeze, briefly, trying to process it before shaking its head abruptly and assuming the posture.
It’s like the quote you like about how Marxian tactics are really about humiliation, and no one gets in trouble for saying two plus two equals five. No one really gets in trouble for being wrong.

* They got Larry Krueger of the SF Giants radio home about ten years ago for the following gems….“brain-dead Caribbean hitters hacking at slop nightly.” and, “They’re not ‘walking’ off the Island”.

No wonder the sports guys are the most politically correct!

* Steve Sailer wrote in 2005:

Nonetheless, the easiest way to get people mad at you is by telling the truth, and the unhinged response to Krueger’s “gaffe” stems from the fact that Latin players have long benefited from what I called “Baseball’s Hidden Ethnic Bias.” In my 2003 article, I pointed out that because baseball executives long didn’t understand the run-producing value of walks, “the Anglo white-dominated baseball establishment had actually tended for decades to discriminate irrationally against Americans and in favor of more free-swinging Latin hitters, who on average weren’t quite as productive as their batting averages indicated.”

This bias has been mitigated somewhat by the recent rise of Bill James-inspired general managers who correctly emphasize on-base percentage over batting average, like Billy Beane of the Oakland Athletics and J.P. Ricciardi of the Toronto Blue Jays (who was criticized for dumping highly paid Latin players like the Raul Mondesi and signing cheaper American whites who were better at getting on base). I pointed out:

Although they are slowly improving, Hispanic players are on average less likely to accept walks than whites or African-Americans. “It’s not easy for a Latin player to take 100 walks,” said Sammy Sosa early in his famous 1998 season.

In 2002, Hispanics had a combined batting average of .264, while everyone else together hit .260. On the other hand, the Hispanic “walk average” was 0.060, while the non-Hispanics’ bases on balls ratio was 0.069, a significant 14 percent higher, leaving the non-Latinos with a five point better on-base percentage.

The patience gap has declined somewhat, from 16 percent in 1992 and 19 percent in 1982, probably because Latinos have largely closed the power gap. Twenty years ago, non-Hispanics hit home runs 42 percent more often than Hispanics, but that difference was only 4 percent last year. [More]

Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen weighed in, demanding Krueger be punished more. Guillen is particularly sensitive about aspersions on Caribbean players’ plate discipline because he himself was famously bad at laying off pitches out of the strike zone. His career on-base percentage was a terrible .287.

The San Francisco Giants were the first big league team to seriously tap the mother lode of baseball talent, the sugar cane fields of the eastern Dominican Republic, where black immigrants from Jamaica settled a few generations ago. Besides Hall-of-Famer Juan Marichal, the Giants featured the first all brother outfield in history in 1963, with Felipe (now the manager), Matty, and Jesus Alou.

All three Alou brothers exhibited poor plate discipline. In a combined 47 seasons in the big leagues, none of them ever managed to get 50 walks in one season. Still, Felipe was a good hitter, with some power, and Matty put up gaudy enough batting averages to make up for his lack of homers and lack of walks.

But the only reason Jesus Alou could have stuck around for 15 seasons was because general managers back then evaluated players more by their batting averages (Jesus had a solid-looking career average of .280) and “how they looked in a uniform” rather than their on-base percentage (Jose had an awful .305) and slugging average (a lousy .353 for Jose, who was a slower than average outfielder and miserable base stealer), which dysfunctionally favored Latin ballplayers.

At 6′-2″ and 195, Jesus looked like a terrific baseball player, but for his career, he was only 87% as good as the average hitter, which makes him, among below-average fielders, one of the worst hitters to hang around for 15 years. Today, Billy Beane of Oakland would have immediately traded Jesus for a pudgy-looking college educated white ballplayer who could refrain from swinging at bad pitches.

(Felipe’s son Moises is playing for his father this season at age 38, and he remains a strong hitter. Moises’ plate discipline is better than that of the previous generation of Alous, although it’s not great for a power hitter. Moises peaked at 84 walks when he hit 38 homers in 2000.)

A reader writes: 0pt;”>It’s the “John Rocker” incident of the this decade, but it’s getting surprisingly little play outside of Northern California.

Bay Area sportscaster Larry Krueger made the above-referenced comments about Latino baseball players with low batting averages and on-base percentages due to poor judgment about the strike zone.

Felipe Alou, manager of the Giants, and his son Moises have declared an ethnic “no fly” zone over KNBR, the Giants flagship station that employs Krueger – so already the crawling has started, the apologies that aren’t being accepted and the usual sort of thing that inevitably follows an incident like this.

And truth to tell, Krueger’s comments certainly indicate a lack of discretion on his part. He might have made the same point with less inflammatory language. But he also must have the balls of a burglar to say such things in the Bay Area.

But while liberals had a field day with Rocker, I imagine that the relative obscurity about this story is the ultra-liberal SF Bay Area deciding “This doesn’t happen in OUR family” and waiting for the story to go away. Then too, Rocker was a ballplayer and Krueger is himself a member of the media. The news media inevitably protects its own to a greater extent than it protects those whom they cover.

And like Rocker’s comments, Krueger’s have more than a little grain of truth to them. I don’t think that there’s much doubt that if one examined the ratio of walks per plate appearances of Latino versus non-Latino ballplayers, you’d see the Latino ballplayers drawing noticeably fewer walks. Observers of the game – in both the Caribbean leagues and the American major leagues – have politely noted this for some time.

It’s said that Latino hitters are free swingers because they are anxious to impress major league scouts with their hitting prowess. The expression is, “You can’t walk your way off the island”.

But I’m not so sure. I imagine that major league scouts are savvy enough to appreciate a smart hitter who displays patience at the plate, draws his share of walks, and fattens his on-base percentage.

I imagine that the reason why Latino ballplayers swing the bat so readily is more due to the flamboyance with which Latino culture displays itself. Manny Sanguillen, a very good-hitting All Star catcher for the Pirates during the 1970’s, was once asked why he ALWAYS swung at the first pitch, and he replied happily, “Because it makes me feel good”.

Obviously, there have been some great Latino bad-ball hitters (Roberto Clemente possibly being the best example from the past), just as there have been some great non-Latino bad-ball hitters (Yogi Berra).

But mediocre hitters of all backgrounds (there’s a reason why .220 is referred to as the “Mendoza line”; that expression was coined after good-hit, no field shortstop, Mario Mendoza) could probably use a little more patience at home plate.

But I don’t imagine that any of this is going to be discussed intelligently now that the latest auto de fe has started.

* I wanted to link to Garrett Morris doing the “Baseball been bery bery good to me!” character on the old SNL but apparently that’s been expunged from the national memory.

Btw another recent pc-related dust-up: black former Daily Show writer and performer Wyatt Cenac recounted on Marc Maron’s podcast how Jon Stewart attacked him for expressing his discomfort with Stewart’s possibly-too-black-sounding Herman Cain impression. Both the recounted incident and the present concern over it are rather instructive and amusing.

Looking back at Stewart’s Cain impersonation, it’s actually fairly reserved and white-sounding. Ironically, Cenac is on the same page as the Fox News crowd on this issue, though he would never align himself with them.

* Colin Cowherd has pushed the envelope before…I suspect ESPN wanted to tarnish his image because he is leaving them behind. They gave him the rope to hang himself on Friday. He made the statement about Dominicans on Thursday, but he did himself in on Friday trying to explain his statement and backing up his comment on Dominicans with additional hate facts to prove his comments about Dominicans was true…ESPN encouraged him to try and explain his statement , knowing it would only make him look worse…instead of apologizing ESPN encouraged him to explain himself in public, knowing that speaking facts on the radio today will end your career.

Being fired for “racist” comments will not help his ratings at FOX. ESPN was clever to destroy Colin’s reputation a week after he announced he was leaving ESPN, he should have left the next day. ESPN accomplished two goals, putting fear into anyone who tries to leave for Fox and they gain some pokey man points to boost their liberal cred amongst the leftists media, further punishing those who may go against the narrative. The executive at ESPN get off on demonstrating the power they have over the talent.

* Mike Ditka once said Redskin defensive end Dexter Manley had the IQ of a grapefruit. People laughed back then because Manley was obviously stupid. It turned out it he literally could not read. The thing of it is he graduated from high school and played football at Oklahoma State.

Baseball has never pretended its players were college athletes or even high school graduates. The ironic thing is very few baseball players are dominant when they first arrive in the major leagues. It takes seasoning and experience before they start winning batting titles or Cy Young awards.

* Cowherd mostly towed the leftist PC line.

He was particularly firm in holding the inflexible position of the homosexualists. He was a vocal member of the chorus at ESPN shouting down the Indiana religious freedom law, (and ultimately using the hint of potential boycott of the NCAA basketball tournament as leverage to pressure the governor to disappear the law.)

He is reaping the whirlwind. May it teach him a lesson.

* I doubt that the people listening to sports radio care about any of this. Normal people know that ESPN is run by hooting lunatics. Every few months they fire someone for heresy. If you think ESPN is playing some sort of long game then you have not been paying attention. This is just another day at the asylum.

* Regarding Pinebush. People are so naive. A Jewish run school district gets sued for “antisemitism” and some Jews get awarded $4 million.

And of course, no one at Pinebush was in on it. Just Jews hating other Jews.

No wonder the insurance company refused to pay.

* I dunno if baseball is just fast-twitch theater. There are players who exhibit massive skill but seem brain dead in all other areas. Besides Guerrero, there’s Jose Canseco, Lenny Dykstra, and Mark McGwire. And yeah, having great eyesight like Ted Williams helps, in hitting.

But there seems a whole bunch of guys who live by deception, in catching, pitching, and average hitting. Rod Carew, the late Tony Gwynn, Phil Niekro, all come to mind.

I think the key is, that players with higher IQs can compensate for the erosion of physical ability in the late twenties and early thirties, prolonging careers and making enormous amounts of money. Some of that is steroids, sure. Others are deceptive pitches, massive charts on player tendencies, experience judging balls in various stadiums at various times of day, and so on. Certainly coaching/managing has embraced huge shifts defensively, meaning lots of stat interpretation. Shifts are not anything new, supposedly there were shifts in the 1870s, though they vary in frequency over the decades.

Certainly top flight performers like Clayton Kershaw, Madison Bumgarner, Mike Trout, and Albert Pujols all behave like knowing opponents tendencies is important because they all cop to carrying around notebooks jotting said tendencies down after games.

* But Howard Cosell kept his job with MNF after using “little monkey” to refer to individual black players after each completed plays requiring speed and evasiveness. Three times over the course of that show, he used the expression. For one, the last, he apologized as the heat in the kitchen had grown hot. If HC hadn’t been a liberal Jew, wonder if he’d have kept his job.

* ESPN gives courage award to a man who has no use for his balls but fires a man who has use of his balls.

What a world we live in.

* Dominicans say stuff like this about Haitians all the time.

* Can you blame them? What people need to feel better about themselves is to have somebody who is even more screwed up than they are close by for reinforcing confidence. Haitians fit that bill. You can see it from space, literally. I won’t begrudge the Dominicans their disdain, while still not begrudging Americans their disdain for Dominicans.

* Dominican Republic and Haiti are the only two countries on that tiny little island. You can see why they’d be obsessed with each other. Probably they had lots of Haitians screwing things up and decided to deport them.

* Dominicans in the DR discriminate against Black Haitian bodies, so Colin Cowherd should be hailed as a hero by Social Justice Warriors and the Black lives matter movement for putting out negative hate stats on those evil colorist Dominicans.

* Giants defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul, who’s of Haitian ancestry, blew off an index finger with fireworks on July 4th.

* A sports writer buddy relayed a story about pedro to me.pedro was bragging about a starlet he had bedded the night before as part of a three way with another guy.he started going into how while they were fooling around the guy started blowing him.my sportswriter buddy was surprised because he had always thought him to be a Mas macho womanizer and said “wow pedro I can’t believe you’re gay!” to which Guerrero responded “woa woa woa I’m not gay, I said he was sucking my dick.”

* That’s not an example of stupidity but the Latin American “who, whom” concept of sexuality.

* Hunter Thompson described a similar attitude among Hell’s Angels in his book about them. They didn’t regard being paid to accept oral sex from homosexuals as any reflection on their heterosexuality. hHe quotes one as saying, “The day they can call me queer is when I let one of these f—s suck on me for less than a tenner.”

America’s Real Race War

From Chateau Heartiste:

U.S. agencies still collect crime data by race. That will end soon, because the data is unfriendly to the Equalist Narrative and is falling into the hands of the Rebel Alliance. For now, a rich trove of anti-antiracism Realtalk is yours for the hatebrowsing at various government websites.

From the 2013 FBI Crime Report:

interracegraph

Although blacks only constitute 12% of the total US population, they murder nearly as many whites as the number of whites murdered by other whites, who are 64% of the total US population.

This website is running a tally of black-on-white and white-on-black murders in the year 2014. The numbers currently stand at 348 BoW murders to 4 WoB murders.

What about all categories of violent interracial crime?

But in fact, white-on-black crime is a statistical rarity. According to data from the National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS), an estimated 320,082 whites were victims of black violence in 2010, while 62,593 blacks were victims of white violence. That same year, according to the Census Bureau, the white and black populations in the U.S. were 196,817,552 and 37,685,848, respectively. Whites therefore committed acts of interracial violence at a rate of 32 per 100,000, while the black rate was 849 per 100,000. In other words, the “average” black was statistically 26.5 times more likely to commit criminal violence against a white, than vice versa. Moreover, blacks who committed violent crimes chose white victims 47.7% of the time, whereas whites who committed violent crimes targeted black victims only 3.9% of the time.

FBI stats show that blacks are 50 times more likely to commit a violent crime against whites than vice versa.

John Derbyshire combs National Crime Victimization Survey data and does the math, finding that any given black was almost fifteen times more likely to have killed a white in 2013 than any given white was to have killed a black.

Derbyshire also responds to slithery reptilian leftoid critics who claim that the disproportionate black-on-white crime rates are simply a consequence of population ratios and nothing else.

The argument here is that blacks move among whites much more than whites move among blacks. We encounter blacks much less frequently than they encounter us, so of course we commit fewer crimes against them! If we moved among blacks more, we’d commit more crimes against them!

The Devil’s in the Diversity

LINK: I was reading a post at the Amerika blog on a new Danish survey evaluating the, by now, well catalogued pathologies of diversity. The findings of which tend to mirror those of liberal Robert Putnam who found that “People living in ethnically diverse settings appear to `hunker down,` that is, to pull in like a turtle.” That’s a well advised response given diversity’s tendency to shoot first and scream racist later.

The findings from both papers suggest that diversity tends to erode social capital and civic cohesion. That perspectives tend to harden into distinct contours where tribal divisions are manifest. And the more people view institutions as non-responsive (or even hostile) to their own implicit affiliation, the less involved with and supportive of those institutions they become. They ultimately withdraw to a viscerally defensible perimeter. This being perfectly intuitive to anyone even vaguely honest with themselves, and an insight that could be gleaned just as easily by venturing into the urban outdoors for an hour.

Though neither of these studies address, to the extent I have seen, the most malign aspect of our diversity submersion. That is not the effects on society at-large or its institutions. Nor the prosaic observation that proximity + diversity = furrowed brows. But rather its profoundly corrosive effect on relations within group. Contrary to popular narrative, diversity hasn’t put whites at the throats of oppressed “minorities.” It has put them at the throat of each other.

Diversity shuts down dialogue and cleaves irreparable fissures between otherwise amiable acquaintances. Venture onto any forum that hosts such discussions and note the venom dripping off fangs. Its prime vintage reserved for in-group apostates. Conservatives (broadly applied) regarding their counterparts as traitorous lunatics, with liberals reciprocally seething at their evil bigoted brethren. You want hate distilled to pure essence? Here is where it may be found in abundance. The irony of goggle-eyed vein-bursting liberals deploying that term as a bete noir seems wholly lost in the purple-faced apoplexy. I hate you so much, you hater is really quite an amusing sentiment if given a moment’s consideration.

Though amusement is hardly the end-result. Most of these bitter skirmishers are neighbors, co-workers, or even kin. They live, laugh, and love together. They are all children of the same endowment and stewards for what will be mutually bequeathed to their own. That both have come to view the other as little more than moral filth is quite a diverse accomplishment. And one that seems fairly intractable at this point.

Unlike others, whites police in-group. This means cultural felons are largely those alike. The right feels a moral responsibility to endure while the left is equally committed to merge. Both despise the other for their profane resistance. In a homogenous society these debates would be over tax policy and bouncy-ball. Instead they are existential. And friends otherwise become implacable enemies. This is the real fruit of diversity. It’s a detail the devil doesn’t mention.

Once A Girl Crosses The Rubicock, It’s All Over

Comment: “… if you want a girl that didn’t sleep around, you must be either her first boyfriend or her second boyfriend. After that, the dam breaks and it might as well be 45 men. There are plenty of girls who hold out, some guy pops their cherry and by the next year they fucked two dozen men.”

CH: “So many women, after having drunk enough truth serum, will eventually confess to “wild times” in their lives, when they went cock crazy, usually after a break-up or, as PWN notes, after a long dry spell followed by a drought-busting dicking. Once the chaste girl’s sugar walls are chafed by her third ride on the cock carousel, all her self-control flies out the window. She’s primed for regularly scheduled poundings, especially if she’s left her early 20s behind and still single.”

The Comedic Theory Of History

LINK:

I have long considered a Comedic Theory of History. The animating concept is the most outrageous comedy of a few years’ past becomes the serious current events of our times. Think of Groucho singing in Duck Soup, “no one’s allowed to smoke or tell a dirty joke…’ certainly matches up with modern PC. Cleavon Little in Blazing Saddles taking himself hostage, which not only came true but actually shut down one of the largest cities on Earth with the entire OJ Simpson circus. Now you can look back to Life of Brian and the Jewish wannabe terrorist demanding to be called Loretta, and God help you if you don’t take it seriously!

This is mental illness. Commander Strangeways is not a woman, he is some fucking oddball who had his dick cut off. No physician I, but no mental illness is improved with indulgence and encouragement. Now this poor wretched de-nutted creature is being lauded for his/it’s ‘bravery’, if that doesn’t make you vaguely nauseous what will? Once men like Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain or John Basilone or Nick Rowe were thought to be brave by this country.

Gay Norms Are Destroying Straight Marriage

From Chateau Heartiste:

The thing which worries me about gay marriage is that the norms surrounding gay long-term relationships will be imported into the concept of marriage.

(The above is a media write-up of a study that found that in a study of 566 gay couples, only 45 percent had made the promise to be sexually monogamous. This is an example of a different moral norm surrounding gay long-term relationships.)

(In the above link is a NYTimes piece arguing that homosexual marriage could modernise (that is import different norms into) marriage as an institution.), specifically; “The traditional American marriage is in crisis, and we need insight,” he said, citing the fresh perspective gay couples bring to matrimony. “If innovation in marriage is going to occur, it will be spearheaded by homosexual marriages.”

The importation of a moral norm like the one above surrounding gay long-term relationships would destroy the institution of marriage for heterosexuals who wish to pursue a long-term mating strategy.

I don’t know many men who would sign up to an institution where the partners are expected/morally obliged to be emotionally faithful but not sexually faithful. It is much easier for women to get casual sex than men, so any man signing himself up to that deal would be signing himself up for cuckoldry and cuckoldry is the absolute worst thing that can happen to a man pursuing a long-term mating strategy, (and it is the evolved moral norms surrounding the long-term mating strategy which marriage as a cultural institution is/was developed around/for.)

Of course, if people became more knowledgeable about evo-bio/evo-psych and instead started calling marriage essentially what it is, the social-codification of the long-term mating strategy in humans, then this concern wouldn’t really matter. (No worrying about importing norms anti-thetical to the reproductive interests of one party in the relationship and subsequently which disincentivises the pursuit of the strategy from that party as its definition is strictly evo-bio/evo-psych.)

(On a side note, the reason I’ve given above is also why I think a lot of religious people are against gay marriage, they fear that it will change the institution and expose them to cuckoldry. This wouldn’t be the first time that religious norms have been developed to prevent cuckoldry/ensure paternal certainty;

See link.

Of course, I doubt these fears will be allayed as doing so would go against the feminist establishment’s desire to create a matriarchial/matrilineal cad society where all men are cuckolds (if they aren’t cads that is), but that’s a whole different issue.)

…I’m going to propose several assumptions that will be used in a hypothetical. We need not debate these assumptions as I am just using them to illuminate a particular form of logic that would occur when deciding a legal case. These assumptions and the hypothetical will also be used to illuminate the existence of a moral system behind laws which the law attempts to divine (or which Judges at least attempt to) but which doesn’t always map directly onto that moral system.

Assumption 1) Marriage exists as the social codification of the long-term mating strategy in humans.

Assumption 2) The long-term mating strategy in humans consists of men exchanging their own exclusive physical investment for a woman’s exclusive sexual investment. If the man diverts his physical investment to another woman, this is at a cost to the original woman he promised it too. Likewise if a woman directs her sexual investment to another man this is at a cost to the original man that she promised it to.

Assumption 3) Cuckoldry, that is the diversion of a woman’s sexual investment to one man while she is in a long-term relationship with another man is the worst thing that can possibly happen to that man who is in a long-term relationship with her. In a system where cuckoldry is rampant, male monogamy is not expected to evolve or exist, ergo the male long-term mating strategy is not expected to evolve or exist.

Here is a hypothetical for you dealing with the penumbra.
Let’s say we live in a legal system that protects the long-term mating interests of both a man and woman in a long-term mating relationship. Let’s say this society calls this long-term mating relationship, marriage. Let’s say that the underlying justification for this ‘marriage law’ is the evolutionary principles surrounding mating.

Let’s then also say that a group to which this ‘marriage law’ does not apply, suddenly want to be included within the same legal construct.

A married couple in this society want to get divorced. The woman has been adulterous, so the man wants to retract his physical investment in her, which means no providing resources or protection to her. Given that this legal system protects his long-term mating interests, and given that the underlying justification for this protection is the evolutionary principles surrounding mating, the judge allows him to retract his physical investment to the woman.

Now let’s say that the group to which this ‘marriage law’ does not apply is Gay Men. And let’s say that Gay marriage is passed and they are suddenly allowed to marry.

And let’s say that the justification for this allowance into the institution is ‘equality’.

Now let’s also say that because these are gay men we are dealing with, that they do not have the same mating psychologies as heterosexual men and so are perfectly okay with sexual non-monogamy. There is no rule proscribing sex with others outside the marriage within gay long-term relationships.

Now here is an instance in the penumbra. A gay couple has married, but they want to get divorced. One of them has been adulterous. However, it is argued in court that the norms surrounding gay long-term relationships do not proscribe adultery. Should this adultery factor into the division of assets, the supply of alimony? The exchange of physical investment from one of the men to the other? Is there even an exchange of physical investment? If the underlying basis of ‘marriage law’ are the evolutionary principles surrounding mating, how do you integrate a group of people whose mating behaviours violate those very principles into a system that has been designed to protect the interests conceived of via those principles? It doesn’t make sense to say that in a gay couple one partner can cuckold the other partner. So how can you apply a rule that retracts the physical investment from one party to another, when the basis for the existence of that rule, cuckoldry, doesn’t occur?

It’s plausible that an exception could be made. Kind of like the whole, we have freedom of speech except you can’t yell fire in a crowded theatre type kind of exception. The law does this all the time. For instance a statue against cruelty to animals might exclude mice, rats, and pigeons from the definition of animal for the purposes of the statute, as a way to allow lab experimentation or pest removal, even though we all know that they are still animals in reality.

But it’s also plausible that because the basis for the anti-cuckoldry rule does not occur in gay couples, that the rule won’t be applied, and it will be left at that.

What then happens if another married couple come along, a heterosexual couple, and they want to divorce? The woman has been adulterous and so the man argues that he should be allowed retract his physical investment to the woman, i.e. no giving her assets he paid for, no giving her alimony due to there being anti-cuckoldry laws. But the woman is clever. She knows that gay married couples don’t have the anti-cuckoldry law applied to them, and she knows that gay marriage is to be treated as equal to heterosexual marriage, and so she argues that since anti-cuckoldry laws aren’t applied in gay marriage, then they shouldn’t be applied in heterosexual marriage as the two forms of marriage are equal. They are the same. Indeed, it is a conceptual error to even consider them two separate forms of marriage. There is only one form of marriage and thus by establishing that a gay couple divorcing don’t have anti-cuckoldry laws applied in their divorce, a heterosexual couple divorcing shouldn’t have anti-cuckoldry laws applied in a divorce either.

Now all of a sudden, this institution, which has protected the long-term mating interests of men and women for centuries, has suddenly undermined a vital protection to the long-term mating interests of one of the parties by treating two separate categories, which have separate moral rules surrounding them, as if they were the same category. If you equalise the categories, then you need to equalise the rules surrounding the categories to make them equal.

Now it is possible that the categories could be equalised, and they decide to just throw an exception in in those instances where it would be unjust to allow equal treatment, as a way to resolve the issue and allow gays and heterosexuals to marry while retaining the different moral rules for each category.

But it’s also possible they won’t. And heterosexual men’s mating interests will be crushed within the crucible of rigorous logic…

Now ask yourself, the people on the left pushing gay marriage. Do they have a history of trying to erode and dismantle the nuclear family, do they have a history of trying to erode and dismantle anti-cuckoldry laws and norms, do they have a history of trying to erode and dismantle Patriarchy? To answer the question is to illuminate their agenda with respect to gay marriage and the plausible direction that such equality will take.

When Girls Drop The ‘Creep’ Bomb

From Chateau Heartiste: “You won’t always be able to predict what a girl will say to you, but you can predict how you’ll respond when she throws a monkey wrench into your laid-best plans: Unflustered, because you know this is how women are, how they have been for millennia, and how it is your job as a man to joyously pluck and eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and women. If you don’t pluck it, some other man will. Or, tragically, it will rot and fall to the ground, to be eaten by scavenging house cats.”
