‘Black males raped mother at gunpoint in front of her children and husband’
REPORT: An Indianapolis man already serving time in prison has been sentenced to an additional 104 years.
21-year-old Ryan Clark was sentenced Wednesday for his involvement in a home invasion and assault of a family on Sept. 18, 2013.
Clark was previously sentenced to 40 years in the Indiana Department of Correction for his involvement in a murder of a gas station clerk and two robberies one week after the home invasion on Sept. 25, 2013.
Clark was convicted in December for 21 charges in the the home invasion case, including rape, criminal deviate conduct, robbery, criminal confinement, carjacking and robbery. In total, he was convicted of 19 felonies in the case.
Clark and his co-defendent Shayne Thompson entered a family’s home on Sept. 18, 2013 and robbed a family. The mother was sexually assaulted at gunpoint in front of her husband and three children.
“At the age of 19, Ryan Clark committed crimes that will in all likelihood result in his entire adult life spent in prison,” said Terry Curry, Marion County prosecutor. “This sentence is an appropriate reaction to a week of unimaginable violence perpetrated by Clark and Shayne Thompson, including the assault and robbery of a family in their own home followed just days later by the senseless killing of Evalide Ndyiae.”
Judge ignored warnings, freed ‘slasher’
New York Post: The career criminal charged with slashing a woman on her way to work in Chelsea was on the streets because a judge ignored warnings that he’s a “high risk” defendant and sprung him without bail on an earlier assault, The Post has learned.
Kari Bazemore is also suspected in yet another attack on a Bronx woman after Manhattan Judge Laurie Peterson set him free on Dec. 31.
“She screwed up big time,” a court source said of Peterson, who has a reputation among courthouse regulars for being smart and fair. “Was her head in the sand that day or something?”
Bazemore, 41, who has more than 30 prior arrests, appeared before the Mayor de Blasio-appointed jurist on charges he slugged a woman in Greenwich Village as she walked with her husband on Dec. 30.
He was established as a “high risk” of flight — a key factor for judges in setting bail — by the New York City Criminal Justice Agency, which evaluates all defendants before their arraignments.
The nonprofit determined Bazemore was likely to skip his next court date and “not recommended for ROR [release on his own recognizance],” documents state.
Agency reps interviewed Bazemore and gave him an abysmal score of negative-6 on his CJA assessment — the lowest being negative-10, according to the report.
He lost points for not have a working phone, not knowing anyone who could appear at his arraignment and having prior warrants.
Manhattan Assistant District Attorney Ashley Foote — who asked for $1,000 bail — also said during his arraignment that he had “three misdemeanor convictions” and had failed to appear in court once before.
She told the judge that Bazemore admitted to cops that, “I pulled my hand out of my pocket and it landed on her face. She fell to the ground and I got scared.”
Poll Finds 37% Of Americans Believe Israel Has Too Much Influence Over US Politics
The real figure must be much higher but rational people in America fear saying anything negative about Jews to a stranger.
REPORT: WASHINGTON — Poll results released last month show that Americans are sharply divided over the influence of Israel on U.S. politics, and those divisions often fall along party lines.
On Dec. 4, The Brookings Institution, a highly influential Washington-based think tank, released the results of a study of American attitudes toward Israel and the Middle East. The report comes after a year in which Israel’s influence on America’s governance and foreign policy received heightened scrutiny, especially following a controversial speech to a joint session of Congress by Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu on March 3. AIPAC, the powerful Israeli lobbying group, also faced increased criticism.
The bulk of the poll was based on the opinions of 875 randomly selected Americans, but the study’s author, Shibley Telhami, a nonresident senior fellow at Brookings’ Project on U.S. Relations with the Islamic World, also polled an additional 863 additional Americans who self-identify as Evangelical or Born-again Christians to determine how their attitudes differed from the average.
When asked “How Much Influence Does the Israeli Government Have in American Politics?” 37 percent, or just over 1 in 3 Americans, feel Israel has too much influence. Eighteen percent say Israel should have even more influence over our government, while the largest group, at 44 percent, feels Israel wields an appropriate level of influence.
Almost half of Democrats, 49 percent, feel Israel has too much influence over U.S. politics, while a slight majority of Republicans, 52 percent, are comfortable with Israel’s current level of influence. Among Evangelical Christians, meanwhile, 39 percent believe Israel has too little influence and 38 percent are satisfied with the country’s level of influence.
Telhami also asked respondents about their views on the conflict between apartheid Israel and occupied Palestine. Twenty-nine percent of Americans reported that they are “very concerned” about recent events in Israel and Palestine, while 38 percent are “somewhat concerned.” When asked who is to blame for strife in the region, the most popular answer, 31 percent, was the lack of a peace process, “while 26% equally blame continued Israeli occupation and settlement, expansion in the West Bank, and Palestinian extremists.”
The Hajnal Line Has Fallen
* The hajnal line has fallen. Our civilization is end.
In the future when all the envy against us will be forgotten maybe some whites, if our kin last, will start to tell their sons the history just like our fathers used to do with Romans and Greeks.
The history of how Hernan Cortes took an empire of millions with 500 men and 16 canons (less than the crew of any XVII warship).
The history of how Newton looked at the Kepler’s Laws and saw the physical truth.
The history of how Englishmen shipped themselves through the world and created the wider empire of all time.
The history of men who ruled the power of the nature to create the hellfire what is a nuke, and to reach the stars.
And the history of how some of these men betrayed their blood… and how they sold their nations and children to satisfy all sorts of feminine desires of kin cuck and gender equality.
I’m really sad about what we have lost.
* That’s why miscegenation with inferior races (but I repeat myself) is so important to our enemies. Whites will no longer exist if they have their way.
* If Whites lose their color identity, so do browns and blacks. So many blacks/browns/whatever are supposedly proud of their black (whatever) heritage, yet somehow believe that producing mixed breed progeny will only eliminate Whites. They don’t realize that they are also helping to eliminate their own race/color.
* “If our buildings, our highways, and our railroads should be wrecked, we could rebuild them. If our cities should be destroyed, out of the very ruins we could erect newer and greater ones. Even if our armed might should be crushed, we could rear sons who would redeem our power. But if the blood of our White race should become corrupted and mingled with the blood of Africa, then the present greatness of the United States of America would be destroyed and all hope for civilization would be as impossible for a Negroid America as would be redemption and restoration of the Whiteman’s blood which had been mixed with that of the Negro.”
Senator Theodore G. Bilbo, of Mississippi in 1947
* Over the Christmas break, my 9 year-old and I watched The Return of the King as a substitute for the anti-White Star Wars film. He loved it. Those are great, White-positive films.
Aragorn’s speech at the last battle:
A day may come when the courage of men fails,
when we forsake our friends
and break all bonds of fellowship;
but it is not this day.
An hour of wolves and shattered shields,
when the age of men comes crashing down;
but it is not this day!
This day we fight!
By all that you hold dear on this good Earth,
I bid you stand, Men of the West!

These are Arabs, for fuck’s sake. They’re good at exactly three things: Tea, flatbread and gang rape (both on a societal and personal level). The entire rest of their progress as a people– Socially, technologically, politically, etc– is due to outside influence provided by outsiders, who are motivated by altruism or profit. They learn nothing. They invent nothing. Talk to anyone who’s been to their countries; they maintain nothing either. The rich emirates aren’t open sewers because they need to keep the foreigners invested, and Ulrich from Credit Suisse ain’t gonna cut a check if his hotel room has fleas in the bed.
They are dangerous and destructive. Too much so for their own good; their inability to restrain themselves plus Western leaders’ self imposed blindness, has allowed them great gains. But the magic of the Internet has made it impossible to conceal their barbarity from the rest of humanity. Type ‘Cologne, Germany’ into DuckDuckGo (eat a dick, Google) and you’ll see what I mean.
Fifty years ago, we would never have heard of Rotherham, Beslan (Remember that shit?) or any of the rest. Now we do. And we see populations in Europe standing up against this stuff, voting for new governments, and taking direct action against “refugee” centers.
Fortunately, we have an advantage. There is no new America across an ocean we can run to . One thing that wasn’t mentioned about Cortes: He burned his ships when he got to Mexico. He was fighting people who thought the best way to worship the gods was to rip your still beating heart out of your chest– motivation is important in that situation, so here’s one:
Win or die, motherfucker.
* Is Cologne a worse affront because those were savage attacks, many probably filmed, while Rotherdam could be waved away as just another case of mudsharking, however aggravated by the girls’ young ages?
* It’s at least funnier because they just invited these poor, sad refugees into their home, beaming with happiness and goodness, whereafter the guests thrashed the place and molested the hostess. Welcome to Merkel Europa!
* The big trouble with Germans is that sixty years of non-stop brainwashing on ‘the Nazis’ has destroyed their sense of self-respect and crippled them with guilt. These are two seriously enervating syndromes.
Then again you can’t undo the genetic heritage of the Teutonic Knights in a few generations.
* My brother in law was in Sweden last summer and he said all they talked about was the Immigrant problem and most were pissed as hell. The problem is that the political class everywhere is traitorious.
* Yes, I have close friends and family in Sweden and everyone is quietly fuming about the situation. And this includes liberal and progressive people who’d be happy to accept a reasonable number of legit refugees (i.e. women, children and families fleeing immediate doom), but aren’t so thrilled about the massive wave of young male economic migrants whose only ‘contribution’ so far is to turn their neighborhoods into war zones and no-go areas. The only reason people aren’t speaking out en masse is because their government harshly condemns it. But when their fear of authority is superseded by their fear of immigrant terrorism, something will snap. And then…civil war?
* From a Red Ice interview with E. Michael Jones describing how Germans were neutered:
Jones: The controllers knew that and understood it very well, and used it to their advantage to take control of large segments of the population. I’m interested in particular in Germany. I lived in Germany for about three years; I was an English teacher there during a really tumultuous period. It was during the time of the Bader-Meinhof gang in Germany. And what you saw at this time was a huge sexualization of the German culture. There was kind of a wave of soft core porn films that got produced at this time in Germany with very specifically German themes. Like all the women, when they were wearing clothes they were always wearing [German], you know, the traditional costume of southern Germany, you know, Catholic Germany as a matter of fact; and the men would wear lederhosen, things like that.
–
Palmgren: So it was like a taunt against their cultural heritage really there?
–
Jones: It was an attempt to ridicule, okay, the traditional German – Catholic Germany. That’s one aspect of it. But it was also – there’s another whole group – there were films like – they had titles like [German], but there was another whole group of films called [German] Report, The Schoolgirl Report, and they had about 37 of them. It just got ridiculous they had so many of them. And I remember them. I remember the ads for them; I never went to see these films when I was teaching in Germany, but I remember the ads for them. I went back and looked at them half expecting them to be like, you know, this is catering to dirty old men who want to look at naked young women. But it turned out it’s the opposite. What this was was an attempt to sexualize schoolgirls and encourage masturbation amongst schoolgirls. Now, this is right out of Wilhelm Reich’s book. Now, I can’t believe this is coincidence especially when one of the directors of one of these films turns out – he was interned in England during the war and ended up working for MI5. Now, I can’t believe this is coincidence. I think what happened is across the board what you saw the situation in Germany was that basically at this time they did a survey and found that 60 percent of the entire German population between the ages of 20 and 30 would put a member of the Bader Meinhof gang up in their apartment for the night if they were asked. Now, this is a huge amount of sympathy for what was a clearly violent revolutionary movement. And I think what happened is that the psychological warfare people in both the United States and Germany collaborated to come up with these porno films as a way of distracting the entire population. And I think that they were tremendously successful, tremendously successful because the whole thing just dried up, and now Germany is basically a bunch of sexualized, you know, consumers. That’s pretty much what it is…It has just become so engrained in the German psyche and the result is Germans become more and more docile the more sexualized they become
–
Palmgren: When you think about it, it’s brilliant and to that extent you’ve got to give them that, because it’s a subversive mechanism that ultimately about control, but it is designed so that the people will walk into it, not only voluntarily, they will scream and grab for it because they think it’s something that is actually going to set them free.
–
Jones: Absolutely. I think that’s the genius, the evil genius.
Integration & Cohesion Can’t Exist
REPORT: For years, policymakers have attempted to create communities where a diverse group of residents not only live close to one other but also interact freely – in other words, neighborhoods that are both integrated and socially cohesive.
But that might be a lost cause, a Michigan State University sociologist argues in a new study.
As reported in the American Journal of Community Psychology, Zachary Neal found that neighborhood integration and cohesion cannot co-exist.
“Is a better world possible? Unfortunately, these findings show it may not be possible to simultaneously create communities that are both fully integrated and fully cohesive,” Neal said. “In essence, when it comes to neighborhood desegregation and social cohesion, you can’t have your cake and eat it too.”
The reason has to do with how people form relationships. Neal said people usually develop relationships with others who are close rather than far away, and similar rather than different from themselves (be it through race, religion, social class, etc.).
Neal ran computer modeling of different fictional neighborhoods and, after millions of trials, consistently found the same thing: The more integrated a neighborhood is, the less socially cohesive it becomes, and vice versa.
“These trends are so strong, it’s unlikely policy can change it,” Neal said.
He said policymakers should instead try to find the right balance between integration and cohesion, which may differ from community to community.
Neal said he started the project because past research had failed to turn up a city that is both truly integrated and cohesive – from the United States to the United Kingdom to Asia. But it’s not from lack of effort, he said.
“It’s not that local leaders and policymakers aren’t trying hard enough,” Neal said. “Rather, we now think it’s because the goals of integration and cohesion are just not compatible with each other.”
German Feminists: Forget Rapist Migrants, They’re Already Marginalised
Breitbart: In the wake of the wave of organised sexual assaults perpetrated against German women on New Year’s Eve, many commentators have been patiently waiting for the feminist reaction to this grotesque display of male violence. Well, it seems to have arrived, but not in the way you might imagine.
“No one is talking about the fact that this is happening to women every day,” claimed Tanja, an activist who organised a protest outside the ‘Multi Kulti’ centre in the Colonel neighbourhood of Mülheim, just a few kilometres from the station where the attacks occurred.
“People are insisting on making this a political story, trying to shift the focus on pro or anti refugees. But in fact, no one is listening to what we have to say – the women – who suffered from this violence in the streets on a daily basis long before refugees even came here,” the activist told DW yesterday.
Tanja said the “Multi Kulti” centre was a great place for people of all culture to get together: Turks, Syrians and other migrants and Germans. From her feminist perspective, the real problem causing German women to suffer is “German-born” men and the long standing western rape culture, which they uphold.
“Because refugees are now a burning topic, the media all of a sudden report about these events, but what nobody wants to admit is that these things happen all the time.
“I’m sorry to break this to you, but German-born men also harass and rape”, she exclaimed.
The activist explained that she had several close friends who were at the central station while the attacks took place. “Even they told me that they don’t want the debate to become a refugee topic again. This is yet again to talk over our heads, to ignore our reality”, she said.
“Sure, politicians are trying to hijack this attack for their own purposes. Some of them want to create refugees quotas, others want to increase the amount of asylum seekers – and these poles also exist among the German public”, she claimed.
Adding: “And it’s a positive thing at the end of the day that you get these opinions which balance each other. But you know who is forgotten at the end of the day. Women themselves. The ones who will experience this also after the media hype is over.”
The reaction of the Feminist establishment media here in the UK has been equally misconceived and mealy mouthed.
NYT: Jewish Deportee on Persecution, Past and Present
I can understand why a healthy nation would not want citizens who are so ambivalent, when not downright hostile to it. Every nation has the right to the attitude — love it here or leave.
Members of tribes, including Jews, have a different relationship to the nation state than Anglos and Nordics. If you are tribal, your primary loyalty is to your tribe and everyone else is likely to fail to live up to your standards. That’s basic social identity theory. If you strongly belong to one group, you’ll shape reality so that your group is the best and other groups suck.
There’s nothing about surviving a genocide, such as the Holocaust, that imparts wisdom. You don’t become more moral by surviving death camps. You simply become what is now known as a survivor.
This woman survived the Holocaust but she has little wisdom to share.
Steven Erlanger writes in the New York Times:
Ms. Loridan-Ivens, who has now written a memoir of her childhood experience in Auschwitz-Birkenau and her effort afterward to find a reason to live, has been provocative before. She shocked France after the Charlie Hebdo killings when she went on France Inter radio, in what was supposed to be a discussion of the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, and accused France of indifference to a new anti-Semitism.
The French president, François Hollande, had called a huge rally in support of the values of the French Republic after the January killings. But, Ms. Loridan-Ivens asked, “do you believe the French would have gone into the streets if only Jews had been killed?” The interviewer was reduced to silence.
In an interview in December in her Left Bank apartment, where she lives alone after the death of her second husband in 1989, she noted that previous killings of French Jews, for instance by Mohammed Merah in Toulouse in 2012, brought little reaction from the French public.
The memoir, “But You Did Not Come Back,” will be published in English this month by Atlantic Monthly Press. It takes the form of a letter to her murdered father, Szlhama (Schloïme) Froim Rozenberg, a Polish Jew who came to France in 1919 in search of freedom.
They were arrested together in 1943. She remembers him telling her, when they were at the Drancy internment camp in April 1944, awaiting transport to hell, “You will come back, perhaps, because you’re young, but I will not come back.”
She writes to her dead father, who thought he could assimilate by buying a chateau in the countryside: “You had chosen France, she isn’t the melting pot you’d hoped for. Everything is getting tense again. We’re called ‘French Jews’; there are also French Muslims, and here we are face-to-face — I who had hoped never to take sides, or at least, to simply be on the side of freedom.”
She feels French, she said in her memento-filled apartment, but has “a very complicated relationship” with France. “It’s the country that returned my father to his birthplace, Poland,” to die. “I can’t say that I’m disappointed with France — I lost any illusions a very long time ago.”
Ms. Loridan-Ivens said she appreciated that France protected her but wished she had no need of such protection.
For her parents, she said, France meant liberty, equality, fraternity. “They escaped Eastern Europe because they wanted freedom, to be able to go to school and university,” she said. “In France there was no pogrom. Life was tough, as they arrived penniless, but they worked hard, they wanted their children to go to school and become French.”
But then came the occupation, and the betrayal. After the war, the family received a death notice from the government saying that her father had “died for France.” But he died “because he was Jewish,” Ms. Loridan-Ivens said. As she wrote to her father: “You did not really die for France. France sent you to your death. You were wrong about her.”
After the war, Charles de Gaulle “said that the arrests of Jews had been done by the Germans, but it was a lie,” she said. “The French gave lists of Jews to the Germans and participated in the arrests. I was arrested by both.”
Also in the aftermath, she said she tried to kill herself twice; her sister and brother later committed suicide. After multiple examinations in the camps by Josef Mengele and others, when she had to strip naked, she never again felt comfortable with her body, she said.
“It’s as if it still bears the mark of the first man who ever looked at me, a Nazi,” she said. For a long time, “I associated getting undressed with death, with hatred, with the icy stare of Mengele,” who decided who would live and die.
Ms. Loridan-Ivens married soon after the war, to Francis Loridan, a civil engineer who traveled for his work; the marriage quickly deteriorated, as did her adherence to the French Communist Party, which she joined for about six months. But she felt the need to testify, somehow, and she was a key figure in a film made in 1960, “Chronicle of a Summer,” where she talked about the camps.
In 1962 she was a director of a controversial film, “Algeria, Year Zero,” and that year met an older and politically engaged Dutch filmmaker, Joris Ivens, and fell in love. Together, they made films about Communist China and North Vietnam, a devotion she now regards, said with a laugh, as “false, naïve and simplistic.”
Trump as a Pool Shark Hustling the Media
* Bum hunting is the media’s preferred tactic of fighting the culture war too: Westboro Baptist, that Starbucks cup controversy guy, Dylann Roof, etc.
That’s one of the funner angles on Trump. He walks, talks and acts like a bum, which draws the media to him like piranhas every time he wades into the pool, but he beats them every time. But they are so convinced that he’s a bum that they keep on coming after him. He’s the perfect hustler.
* The media cover Trump, I think, because he’s ‘newsworthy’: his statements, his behavior, his very existence outrage and offend the majority. And since they’re outraged in a manner which causes them to want to know more, he’s covered extensively, because he raises the ratings / sells the papers / generally brings in attention and money.
He’s the political equivalent of clickbait; if he didn’t exist, the media would be forced to create him.
He gets coverage for the same reason the serious problems facing our civilization don’t get coverage – the only principle the media venerate is “give the masses what they want” – with the implied corollary “don’t give the masses what they don’t want”.
If the majority of German’s citizenry really wanted to know the effects of their immigration policy, not only would the censorship fail, the government wouldn’t even be trying to impose it. Most people don’t want to know, and therefore it’s worth the government’s while to try to keep the facts out of their awareness.
Same phenomenon here in America, if less overt.
* Sometimes he even says things that sound frankly dubious (“getting schlonged is a perfectly normal expression in New York politics”), that inevitably turns out to be 100 percent correct. Yet all the little Noahs and Madisons who work for the dominant press, just can’t conceive of the existence of an unPC, older White man who is smarter than they are, and so they keep falling for it, time and time again. And I don’t think they’re adaptable enough to break out of that pattern before Election Day.
* Trump is having a positive impact on the whole political culture. The Governor of Maine just told the truth in a speech, saying that gangsta thugs are coming to his state and impregnating the girls and then leaving. Without Trump, this governor never would have had the courage.
Israel’s Deputy Foreign Minister Wants To Restrict Speech
Following the Charlie Hebdo attacks in France, it became popular to cite George Bernard Shaw’s famous words: “Assassination is the extreme form of censorship.” But the continuation of the phrase, less quoted, is equally significant: “…and it seems hard to justify an incitement to it on anti-censorial principles.”
Shaw’s point is related to the well-known fact that any liberty, taken to extremes, ceases to be a liberty when it intrudes on another. As the famous adage puts it, one person’s right to swing his fist ends with another’s nose. The need to define online incitement and act against it, even when this involves delimiting the bounds of free speech, is a case in point.
The recent terrorist attacks that have seized world attention have a definite connection to the abuse of online platforms. As facts about the shooting of 14 people in San Bernardino emerged, it became clear the extent to which the terrorists, Tashfeen Malik and her husband, Syed Farook, had contact with terrorist elements via social networks long before carrying out their act of mass murder. Significantly, on the day of the attack, Malik pledged allegiance to ISIS in a Facebook post.
Following the November 13 attacks in Paris that killed some 130 people, it became clear that the attackers, a group of ISIS affiliates, had used social media to communicate and coordinate. It goes without saying that social media has been a very significant platform by which ISIS gained world attention to begin with, in the series of shocking beheading video clips that spread virally across the internet, starting in 2014.
Does anyone really doubt the connection between such grisly videos and the subsequent rapid spread of ISIS-affiliated terror attacks around the world?
Similarly, the wave of Palestinian terror that has been striking Israel in the last few months has been strongly influenced by online incitement. Since September 13, 2015, 24 people have been killed by Palestinian terrorists, and 259 injured, by stabbings, shootings and vehicular ramming attacks.
During this entire period, Palestinian social media has been rife with pictures, videos and explicit messages calling for such attacks against Israelis, some even containing anatomical charts explaining where on the body to stab for greatest effect.
If ever there has been a clear and imminent connection between incitement and actual violence, this latest wave of Palestinian terror is it.
The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is one of the best known and most celebrated statements of the principle of free speech. Yet, even this right, which is so central to democracy and freedom, has its limits.
The US Supreme Court prohibits “advocacy of the use of force” when “such advocacy is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action.”
A similar approach has been incorporated internationally, as in Article 20 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which stipulates that “Any advocacy of national, racial or religious hatred that constitutes incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence shall be prohibited by law.”
Recognizing the prominence of the Internet as a means by which terrorists inspire, recruit, incite and train adherents, significant international cooperation and dialogue has been ongoing for many years, both bilaterally and under the auspices of multilateral bodies such as the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), in an attempt to formulate agreed criteria on what counts as incitement, and on how to fight it.
Democracies are understandably wary of limiting free speech. The dangers of taking such limitations too far are well known and need to be always kept in mind. This is especially true of the Internet and cyberspace, given its tremendous potential as a tool for empowering the underprivileged and for leveling the field between more and less developed areas and communities.
But like all technologies, the Internet can be abused. Such abuse has already turned it into a battlefield, whose victims have been vividly displayed in the recent spate of terrorist attacks we have all witnessed.
Thus, concern for free speech cannot be used as an excuse for inaction. Criteria need to be developed to separate legitimate free speech from abuses of online technologies which pose a clear and imminent threat to the lives and well-being of others.
Moreover, just as newsprint and broadcast media are expected to act responsibly by not serving as a means for inciting to violence, so too must social media platforms, and the companies which stand behind them, be bound by the same sense of social responsibility.
Innocent people are losing their lives in places as far afield as San Bernardino, Paris and Jerusalem because of violence driven by fanaticism and intolerance. Adherents of such fanaticism are resorting to different means for promoting it and for recruiting the terrorists who act on it.
Social networks and online platforms are just the latest technology through which the age-old practice of incitement to violence is being carried out today.
Responsible democratic governments need to develop the legal criteria and technical means of defining and enforcing the online boundary between free speech and incitement towards violence. Not to do so endangers the lives of innocent people and amounts to the ultimate act of censorship, by forever silencing the voices of terrorism’s victims.
