My biggest daily struggle is with fatigue. I’m just exhausted most of the time and discouraged from 20 years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
So to start myself up through the day, I have various tricks that work at times: Action films, highlights of the Dallas Cowboys triumphs, Emergen-C, cottage cheese and lots of pop music. I find energetic music gets me pumping and blogging. Seeing people I like also sparks me up.
I was walking through the heat Shabbos afternoon when I ran into Dr. Don on Beverly Drive and suddenly I felt great.
