It sounds like Jerry Seinfeld and his wife might be getting into Scientology. They’re hanging out with Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes. Also, Jerry praised Scientology recently. And Will Smith says he’s now a Scientologist….ugh! About ten years ago I wrote an expose on Scientology… I interviewed quite a few people who quit the cult and feared for their lives. They told me that some members who "disobeyed" Scientology rules were punished and chained to pipes in a basement in their Florida headquarters. It was a great story…but my editor ultimately decided NOT to publish it because she feared retribution. Part of my story focused on Priscilla Presley and her "conversion" to Scientology. John Travolta’s son supposedly has autism—but he keeps the kid hidden away and won’t get help for him because Scientology doesn’t believe in treating or acknowledging autism. It’s really creepy. Google the words autism with Travolta and a lot of stories will pop up. He’s about 14 and his name is Jett Travolta. Apparently the kid is very overweight and is never photographed with his parents. They are ashamed of him and it’s against Scientology “rules” to have autism, anyway!
