WP: Republican hopefuls agree: The key to the White House is working-class whites

If Donald Trump is elected president, he can appoint Southern whites to lead the armed forces, and then declare martial law to take care of otherwise insoluble problems.

Whatever it takes to take America back. Or we can continue to be the dumping ground for the world’s refuse (the position of all the major Jewish organizations). If you ever want to know what is good for America, check out what the biggest Jewish organizations support (gay marriage, tranny rights, multi-culturalism, black rights, more refugees, more Muslim immigration, immigration amnesty, banishing Christianity from the public square, no prayer in public schools, no creches on public property, “Happy holidays” instead of “Merry Christmas” etc) and do the opposite.

In the next 20 years, the South will win the Civil War. What you are not allowed to say in public now (the conventional wisdom in the 1950s) will be the reigning ideology.

Washington Post:

There has been a debate within the party — and the political class — about whether Republicans need to diversify to win or whether it just needs to attract even more of its core constituencies. So far in 2016, led by Cruz and Donald Trump, the election has moved decisively toward the latter. The exceptions, such as Jeb Bush and Lindsey Graham, are either out of the race or on the edges of it.

Trump is making the most visceral, raw appeal to people who feel left out of the economic recovery and ignored by the political establishment. He espouses hard-line views on immigration that border on nativism, protectionist trade policies and a tough approach with countries like China, Japan and Mexico that he portrays as thieves of U.S. manufacturing jobs.

Trump New Favorite to Take Republican Nomination, Betfair Says

Bloomberg: Donald Trump is the new favorite to win the Republican presidential nomination, Betfair said, less than three weeks before Iowa caucus-goers cast the first votes of the 2016 election.
The odds on a Trump victory are 15/8, or 34 percent, putting the billionaire real-estate mogul as favourite in the market for the first time, Betfair said in an e-mailed statement in London on Wednesday. Previous favourite Marco Rubio widened to 11/5, or 31 percent, while Ted Cruz is 7/2, 22 percent. Betfair didn’t provide earlier odds in its e-mail.

I Was 4

fiona

I was about four years of age in this photo. I lived for about a year with Fiona (above) and her parents Ken and Eleanor Barrett, in Shepparton, Victoria, Australia before my family got back together after my dad married a second time (in November of 1970) and we all moved to England. My mom Gwen died of cancer just before I turned four. So while she was sick, her last three years of life, all of us Ford kids lived with different families most of the time.

Kritarch Ursula Ungaro-Benages: Another Candidate for Impeachment

VDARE: Judges will use even the most absurd rationales to enable illegal aliens to remain in our country. As our own Allan Wall recently revealed, an illegal alien homosexual from Mexico named Jose Crespo-Cagnant was allowed to stay in the country because of the nonexistent persecution of gays in Mexico. But the enablers of this kind of fraud have names. And one name patriots need to remember is Ursula Ungaro-Benages.

ungaroThe judge in the case Wall examined, Ursula Ungaro-Benages, (contact her here ever so politely), a George H.W. Bush appointee, has a checkered history. She was accused of having an affair with a key witness in a trial she was presiding over, an affair which her ex-husband reportedly said ruined the marriage [Sexual affair between Miami judge, witness alleged amid tainted U.S. court proceedings, by Dan Christensen, Florida Bulldog, February 26, 2015]

In another case, after discovering she had Jewish ancestors, she asked then Chief Justice William Rehnquist to appoint a special judicial panel so she could cash in on a family fortune lost during the Holocaust [Holocaust suit raises foreign policy issue, by Ron Grossman, Chicago Tribune, July 7, 2003]

But Ungaro-Benages also has a certain contempt for the Constitution. The illegal alien Jorge Crespo-Cagnant had been previously removed from the country under an Expedited Removal Order. Under Section 302 of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IRIRA), this is the legal process by which an illegal alien can be removed without judicial or administrative review.

Now the paper of record for Miami had reported the removal of Crespo-Cagnant was “unconstitutional.” Actually, Ungaro-Benages simply vacated the Expedited Removal Order.

Rebeca Sánchez-Roig, the attorney, recently won the case when U.S. District Judge Ursula Ungaro threw out an immigration agency order against Crespo-Cagnant that sought his expedited removal.

“The court finds defendant’s expedited removal order was invalid,” Ungaro wrote in her Nov. 13 opinion. “Accordingly it is ordered and adjudged that defendant’s motion to dismiss [the removal order] is granted.”

Crespo-Cagnant, 36, won the case because his attorney demonstrated that immigration officials had failed to consider her client’s plea not to be returned to Mexico for fear of persecution because he is gay.

“What this means is that he is free out of any kind of criminal charges,” Sánchez-Roig said. “That hopefully the Border [Patrol] will vacate the expedited removal order that the judge ruled was unconstitutional and José will get an opportunity then to adjust his status.”

WP: The telling way white Americans react to pictures of dark-skinned immigrants

Nature has color-coded people so we can make instant decisions for our well-being. It’s a great tip for who is more likely to be a friend or an enemy.

Washington Post: It’s the lashing-out theory of Trumpmania. President Obama, Sen. Bernie Sanders, and others have speculated that working class whites are signing on to Donald Trump and his inflammatory anti-immigrant rhetoric out of a deepening anxiety over their place in the 21st century American economy.

Some political scientists, however, say antagonism toward immigrants is being driven by a more primal instinct: mistrust of outsiders — or even racial prejudice, either of the conscious or unconscious variety.

A body of academic research has tried to deconstruct why some Americans are skeptical about immigrants. Are they driven by policy concerns, about economics, or security? A general dubiousness about foreigners? Or a deep-seated aversion to people of a different skin tone?

A study forthcoming in the journal Political Psychology sheds new light on these questions. Political scientist Mara Ostfeld, who will be an assistant professor at the University of Michigan, randomly assigned white, non-Hispanic people to read different fictional stories about an immigrant family.

In one version of the story, the immigrants are sitting at a diner eating buffalo wings and discussing baseball. In another, the immigrants are at an ethnic food market eating spicy goat meat and talking in their native tongue.

After seeing the stories, the people were asked broad questions about immigration policy.

People who read about the American-acting immigrants expressed more positive feelings about immigrants and immigration policy in general — they were more likely to believe immigrants are helping America, more likely to support increasing the number of immigrants, and less likely to support building a fence on the Mexican border.

In other words, Ostfeld showed that people’s attitudes about immigration can be nudged just by having them read stories about immigrants who behave in traditionally American ways…

On all these measures, respondents shown the darker-skinned immigrants were less likely to be accepting. Asked for their feelings about these scenarios a scale of 1 to 10, people given the darker pictures were about half a point less enthusiastic on average.

It’s hard to detect racial prejudice in surveys because people tend to censor themselves when a stranger asks directly. But by comparing subjects who were randomly shown different pictures, Ostfeld got to measure people’s knee-jerk biases.

Ostfeld’s study shows that context matters to the immigration debate. “It’s really important we understand that our perceptions of threat are different, whether we’re thinking about immigration in the abstract or in our own communities,” she says.

When the discussion is about immigration policy in general, people are mostly concerned with way immigrants act, not the way they look. Will the newcomers fit in? Will they adopt American ways of life, or change what it means to be American? But if you get specific — if you talk about immigrants moving in next door — then people’s racial biases also start coming to the fore…

This issue has become particularly salient as immigration takes center stage in the GOP presidential primary. Trump has rallied supporters by inflaming their anxieties about immigrants, calling some Mexicans rapists and Syrian refugees terrorists. Trump’s platform makes this a local issue, talking about the impact of immigration on “communities, schools and unemployment offices.”

Earlier this month, the New York Times published data suggesting that the most racist places in America — where people tend to make the most “racially charged” Google searches — are often the same areas where Trump has the strongest support among conservatives.

Researchers have found that racism tends to predict anti-immigrant views. Public opinion surveys, for example, show that whites who hold negative stereotypes about blacks are also more likely to oppose immigration, and to support making English the official language of the United States. This is a “surprising” result, the authors note, because most immigrants these days are not black, but Latino or Asian.

While many have blamed economic stress for causing Trump voters to direct their anger at immigrants, these and other studies show that views against immigration are often guided by deeper instincts.

“In fact, the evidence suggests there’s more to the view that it’s all about culture — that people are threatened by different ways of life, different religions, and different languages,” says Shanto Iyengar, a political science professor at Stanford. “You have a bunch of other people speaking other languages, with brown skin, going to temples and mosques, and that is what is making people oppose immigration.”

Multiculturalism Trumps Protecting Women from Rape

Dennis Prager writes:

Since the scores of New Year’s Eve sexual attacks on German women by hundreds of men identified as Arab or North African, the left in Germany has faced a dilemma: which to fight for first — women’s human rights or multiculturalism?
This was the same dilemma that faced British authorities between 1997 and 2013. During those six years at least 1,400 girls from the age of 11 in just one English city (Rotherham, population 275,000) were raped by gangs of men, nearly all of whom were immigrants (mostly from Pakistan) or their sons.
But British authorities kept silent. Why?
In 2014, the reason finally was revealed: The perpetrators were Muslim, and British authorities were therefore afraid to publicize — or often even investigate — the crimes. They feared being branded Islamophobic and racist. Politicians on the left and right acknowledged this fact.
As I wrote in a column in 2014:
“In 2002, a Labor Party MP from nearby Keighley, Ann Cryer, complained to the police about ‘young Asian lads’ raping girls in her constituency. In her words, she ‘was shunned by elements of her party.’ And note, that as is demanded by the left in the UK, she didn’t even mention that the rapists were Pakistani, lest Muslims be blamed for this evil. They were ‘Asian lads.’”
The British Home Secretary, Theresa May, told Parliament that “institutionalized political correctness” was responsible for the lack of attention given to the mass rape.
In other words, between protecting over a thousand girls from repeated gang rape and protecting Muslims from being identified as the rapists, British authorities chose to protect multiculturalism and “diversity.” In the competition between multiculturalism and one of the most elementary instincts and obligations of higher civilization — the protection of girls and women from sexual violence — higher civilization lost.
The U.K. is of course not alone in having multiculturalism and the fear of being branded racist or Islamophobic take precedence over protecting girls and women. Some German authorities’ reaction to the events of New Year’s Eve in Cologne exemplified this.
After the attacks in Cologne, the mayor of Cologne suggested, in the words of The New York Times, “that women can protect themselves from men on the streets by keeping them more than an arm’s length away.”
In the mayor’s words: “It is always possible to keep a certain distance that is longer than an arm’s length.”
Aside from the moral foolishness of the comment, it is factually incorrect. It is often impossible to keep an arm’s length distance from others — as, for example, on a crowded bus or train, or, as in Cologne on New Year’s Eve, on crowded streets.
It is important to note two things about the mayor. One is that she has been among Germany’s most vociferous advocates of accepting 800,000 Syrian refugees into Germany.
The other is that she is a woman.
One would assume that a woman would instinctively wholly condemn the sexual predators rather than lecture women on the distance they should always keep from men in order to avoid being attacked. But the mayor, like the British authorities, has opted for multiculturalism over human and women’s rights, for fighting Islamophobia over fighting to protect women.
A related example is Ralf Jaeger, the interior minister of North Rhine-Westphalia state, the German state in which Cologne is located. The left-wing minister said: “What happens on the right-wing platforms and in chat rooms is at least as awful as the acts of those assaulting the women.”
All the isms of the left — multiculturalism, feminism, environmentalism, socialism, Marxism, egalitarianism — distort the individual’s and society’s moral compass. But, as the minister’s comments make clear, none do so more than the left’s loathing of conservatives and conservative values.
As with multiculturalism, a left-wing priority — in this case destroying the right — has distorted the left’s moral compass. How could anyone in his right mind write that right-wing platforms and chat rooms are “at least as awful” as women being sexually attacked and even raped by gangs of men? The answer is that you cannot be in your right mind; you have to be in your left mind.

Faking Disability

It’s not unknown for children and adults to fake injuries to get attention. A parent might pick up a child who’s been running free at daycare and then once the mom arrives, the child goes back to limping to get attention.

I think this unhinged thirst for attention is a big warning sign of trouble ahead. This faker is likely to fall into addiction. We have to connect to something, and if we can’t connect normally to other people, we’re likely to connect to alcohol, drugs, sex, porn, video games and the like.

Someone who can’t connect normally with other people is less likely to abide by communal norms. They are more likely to grab what they can.

My therapist once said to me, “When you talk, I get this image of a child sucking on a breast for all he can, sucking until it goes dry, because he has no assurance of being able to find more sustenance. You suck people dry.”

Foyle’s War

Series eight of Foyle’s War is now streaming on Netflix. Episode “Trespass” is described on Wikipedia: “When a young man is assaulted in the grounds of a university, Foyle wonders if the attack is racially motivated as the victim is the wealthy son of a high-profile Jewish businessman. Tensions are also starting to run high in London with a charismatic right-wing leader, but it looks like there may be more to his prison release than meets the eye, and he is in fact being set up to take the spotlight off a dangerous espionage operation. Sam meanwhile is determined to help a young boy she meets in hospital suffering from whooping cough; the NHS is still to come on line and she sees that Adam’s constituents are in need of greater state care after the deprivations of the war.”

The Jewish rituals in this episode are far from reality. They are like a Christian guess at what a Jewish meal is like.

That makes me think about English Jews. They are the most polite Jews in the world and among the most assimilated. The more generations a Jew has lived in the West, the more likely he is to conform to western norms of ethics and courtesy. On the other hand, the more likely he is to be far from the Jewish tradition.

When Jews left the shtettle and entered the West, it must have been an “Ordeal of Civility.”

Lonely, Bitter Spinsters Will Be The Death Of The West

From the Chateau:

This is a video of Dutch women at an airport singing a song welcoming Muslim rapefugees to their homeland.

A reader helpfully noted that most of the women are middle-aged hags and depressed-looking hippie retreads who probably stink of patchouli and practice cat yoga. The one young girl in the video glances around wondering wtf is going on.

From the very beginning of this blog, there’s been a propelling theme carrying culture discussions: The sexual market in the West has changed, in many ways radically changed, over the past half century, and this has had profound impacts on how men and women relate. Technology has driven much of the change, but social patterns and government intrusion have also contributed to the reorganization of mate choice habits.

One outcome of the modern sexual market which was predicted here (although not stressed as much as it should have been, given the nature and primal urgency of current events) was the growth of the demographic of unmarried, unloved, childless, aging, bitter White spinsters who sacrificed their prime fertility years riding the cock carousel (or riding its close cousin, the social media attention whore carousel). The French author Houellebecq has also tackled this theme of a fractured, and fracturing, sexual market, most notably in his book The Elementary Particles.

When women reach a certain age, and the lustful leers of men have abandoned them for younger lure, they realize the best is not yet to be, and a nagging sorrow settles on their hearts. For aging women who don’t have the comfort of a husband or children or supportive family network, this sorrow is very near grief. Some women will respond to this insult to their femininity by turning inwardly, finding release through self-help books, gardening, or arts and crafts. Others will vent their rage at the world, despoiling the political sphere with nonsensical feminist boilerplate.

And then there are those spinsters who react to their dispossession and displacement from the sexual market – and the maternal market – by exacting revenge on their outer world (homogeneous White Europe) with a summoning of succubi from their inner world. These are the women in the video above: benumbed, loveless rejects throwing open their butthurt hearts to trashcanistan migrants, expressing through their imbecilic kumbaya chanting a dual longing for sexual and maternal satisfaction. Merkel falls into this category, but unfortunately her psychological spinster distress could mean the destruction of Germany.

Childlessness greatly exacerbates this state of despairs. A societal decline in fertility means fewer children to care for, watch after, and guide through life, either one’s own children or the children of relatives and even close friends. After an unkind dismissal from the sexual market robs women of their instinct to arouse desire in men, a kinderfrei society robs women again of their other awesome love and yearning: fulfillment of their maternal instinct.

And make no mistake, the spinster’s pain doesn’t require a woman to remain unmarried. Weak, enfeebled, sycophantic beta male husbands can trigger this crisis of femininity just as assuredly as unmarried solitude, for the resentful wife of a pathetic beta feels as isolated as the single woman with her cats.

The title of this post is half-glib. I don’t think spinsters are solely responsible for the West’s present insanity. But they are a piece of the puzzle worth putting into place. The only way stone cold patriots will defeat the evil descending on their lands is first through understanding the nature of their foes and the elements of their culture that breathe life into the evil.
