The value of Colin Flaherty

Ben Cohen writes: Reform is an ambiguous word, open to interpretation.  Groups that support amnesty for illegal aliens and groups opposed to amnesty for illegal aliens both claim to support reform; one man’s reform is another man’s folly.

This September, the House Judiciary Committee will release its proposals for criminal justice reform.  The committee will likely suggest a number of measures, such as reducing mandatory minimum sentences, with the aim of reducing the United States’ burgeoning prison population.  In our era of hyper-polarization, reducing the prison population is a rare area of common ground among Republicans and Democrats.  Republicans want to cut costs, and Democrats want a less punitive judicial system.

Efforts to reduce the prison population have focused on nonviolent drug offenders, but as Oliver Roeder pointed out, releasing all drug offenders from state and federal prison would reduce the prison population by only 14 percent.  In other words, it is unclear how deeply we could cut into the prison population without endangering the public.

Enter Colin Flaherty, stage right.

To his detractors, Colin Flaherty is a 21st-century D.W. Griffith, portraying blacks as inherently dangerous and criminal.  Flaherty denies having a racist agenda, describing himself as a journalist reporting politically incorrect facts.  (One of his early achievements was a series that helped free a man unjustly jailed for murder, who happened to be black.  How many of his critics can claim as much?)  Regardless of his motives, Flaherty’s YouTube channel is one of the few places one can witness the reality of violent street crime.

Ignoring the racial angle, the fact that Flaherty can find new footage of innocent people being brutally attacked by criminals demonstrates that street crime remains a major problem.  Particularly sick and disturbing was the death of seventy-four-year old Larry Brown, robbed and beaten to death by three teenagers.

Violent street crime of the type that claimed Larry Brown’s life imposes a cost on society beyond its direct victims.  Will other senior citizens in his neighborhood venture outside, or will they be incarcerated in their own homes by the fear of crime?

Many on the left believe that America’s high rate of incarceration stems from racial bias and overly punitive sentencing.  Conservatives looking to trim fat from the budget have become increasingly receptive to such arguments.  Seeing actual video footage of violent street crime makes it impossible to ignore the cost that crime imposes on society.

Time spent behind bars is a waste of life, and when that time results from excessively harsh sentencing, it represents an injustice.  However, in trying to correct the excesses of the tough-on-crime era, conservatives have to be aware of the consequences of getting this wrong.  As far as Colin Flaherty is reminding them of these costs, he is doing a public service.

Colin Flaherty vs. YouTube

By Colin Flaherty

YouTube sent me an email the other day saying it was putting me on notice for violating its Terms of Service and that I would not be allowed to post new videos for two weeks.

The reason: I posted a private video from a parent of a child who filmed an episode of black mob violence against a white child.

The local news blurred it, while I presented the original. YouTube did not like that.

In my version of the video, I said anyone who blurred this story is guilty of child abuse because he or she is aiding and abetting this violence.

Two days later, I awoke to find my account terminated.

My YouTube channel was getting one million views a month. Generating about 5 to ten million minutes of viewing, with 25,000 to 50,000 comments a month along with 15,000 subscribers – and all those numbers were growing 20 percent per month.

This channel satisfied a craving for real information about black-on-white crime and black-on-white hostility that has reached epidemic levels.

There is nothing racist or separatist or nationalist or supremacist about it.

Neither do we apologize for pointing out the obvious: black mob violence and black-on-white crime is wildly and sickly out of proportion.

And we also document how the media ignores, denies, condones, excuses, encourages, and even lies about it.

That is what that YouTube channel did every day, and the response was fantastic.

We produced videos, 911 calls, police reports, eyewitness accounts, and statements from victims who all said the same thing: something very wrong is happening here, and we have to pay attention to it.

Now my YouTube channel is down. Temporarily.

I’ll be back on YouTube, or somewhere else.

In the meantime, many of those videos are still up on my Facebook pages, and they are easy to find.

But here is the big picture: we do not need to get angry at YouTube or anyone else.

We need to get more determined to expose this insanity behind the violence and denial.

That will not stop.

Today I have received hundreds of emails from fans who want to know what is happening.

I am easy to stay in touch with by subscribing to my email newsletter at WhiteGirlBleedaLot.com.

I’m not going away.

More importantly, neither are they.

Confessions Of A Public Defender II

Chateau Heartiste: …the buzzy AmRen article titled “Confessions of a Public Defender” is a harrowing read, and provokes some illicit thought about where we are heading demographically. The impression one gets from this titillating exposure to the minds and values of the zoo animal underclass is that the moral senses… fairness, reciprocity, empathy, guilt, even a basic conception of right and wrong… may very well be unevenly distributed not only among members of the same race but between the races in general. If you quake at the idea that average IQ varies by race, how badly will your bowels shake if it’s discovered that some races are more, or less, morally evolved?

CH has gone out on limbs before that have proven to be supported by trunks of strong empirical oak, and we’ll go out on a limb again, one so far up the tree that few if any will have the balls to venture out with us. Morality and empathy are evolved traits, and like many human traits they will be found in varying degrees and complexities of expression among the world’s races. Given this, the civilized nations would do well to consider that their jurisprudence systems are incapable of impartially subsuming the less morally evolved in a manner that suits their own elevated moral sense. If you cannot or are unwilling to grasp that the defendant sitting across from you is closer in temperament and moral evolution to a feral beast than to your kin, you will forever be stricken with crippling doubt about the nature of your race’s achievements and philosophies.

Demographically, then, it becomes imperative that advanced peoples act to limit the fecundity of relative moral degenerates in their midst, or barring that to erect barriers against the incorporation of the upwardly moral and the downwardly amoral. And yet the exact opposite appears to be the rule of the land currently. Evolution is failing, thanks to a warped altruistic impulse that has provided and sustains a fitness advantage for morally infantile, and thus exceedingly dangerous, humans. Again, like the sperm bank scenario above, the state of nature has been upturned and bifurcated by a middleman — in this case, misplaced leftoid equalist generosity towards lesser people who would impulsively kill them without losing a wink of sleep — and traits that would normally get culled due to the dual pressures of sexual and natural selection become instead numerous and widespread.

Who Do Some Men Marry Older Women?

Chateau Heartiste: The younger man was a beta male to the core. This is the explanation for 90% of younger man-older woman marriages. You take a lesser beta with little experience bedding women, add an older, sexually aggressive broad with her talons out for contractually locking down an indentured servant a husband, and you’ve got a combustible situation the beta has no hope of exerting any control over its direction. These couples flout natural law because the beta male has few sexual market options, or believes in his heart he has few options. Scarcity mentality is the soulkiller of masculinity.

The Destructive Clergy Flowing From R. Avi Weiss’s Yeshivot

I notice that many of the Orthodox Jewish clergy joining the “Black Lives Matter” campaign come from the yeshivot of R. Avi Weiss, such as Chovevei Torah and Yeshivat Maharat.

Why I Was Arrested in St. Louis
August 13, 2015
by Rori Picker Neiss

The hardest part about getting arrested was when they took away my necklace.
I had not mentally prepared myself for it, probably because I forgot that I was even wearing it. It is a gold chain with three charms, each bearing the initial of one of my children. The necklace, and subsequent charms, were given to me by dear friends upon the birth first of my daughter four years ago, then added to after the arrival of my second daughter, and finally my son.
The U.S. Marshal was unaware of the significance as she silently unhooked the chain without any warning. Admittedly, I am sure that she was used to far more invasive encounters with people. Moreover, as she collected my earrings, cell phone, driver’s license, and all other non-clothing paraphernalia, one necklace likely seemed inconsequential.
Yet, in that moment, I felt as if my breath had been knocked out of me.
It is because of my three children that I was paraded into jail that day. It was because of them, because of their innocence and their love, that I locked arms with fellow clergy and people of faith to march to the federal courthouse in downtown St. Louis and protest the treatment of blacks and to demand reforms to the criminal justice systems in St Louis, and in America. It was them that I was thinking of as I chanted about democracy and sang songs of freedom. It was their future that I was thinking of as I climbed over a police barricade onto the plaza. It was their world I hoped to change as I walked past the police line to sit in front of the courthouse…

The Sharing Economy Depends Upon Social Trust

Homogeneous white and asian communities have high social trust. By contrast, racial diversity destroys trust.

Most people prefer their own kind.

The sharing economy (Uber, AirBNB, etc) depend upon social trust. They simply won’t work well with low IQ people who have less of a future time orientation. Morality is generally proportionate to IQ. Conscience requires the ability for abstract thought, which is measured by IQ.

I know of people who avoid blacks for these reasons. Of course many blacks are law-abiding, but if enough are not, why take the chance?

LATIMES.com:

Police say three teens used a fake handgun to rob an Uber driver early Thursday in Hermosa Beach. But rather than call police, the driver chased the alleged thieves himself, leading to their arrest.

The driver was standing outside his car about 1:20 a.m. in a grocery store parking lot when a teenager approached him, brandished a gun and ordered the driver to hand over his phone and cash, according to the Hermosa Beach Police Department.

The thief fled in a vehicle with two passengers, and the driver chased the trio from the 700 block of Pier Avenue to Lawndale, about four miles away.

At some point, the Uber driver waved down a Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputy, who stopped the suspects.

Common Cuckoo chick ejects eggs of Reed Warbler out of the nest

From the Youtube.com comments:

* It’s the same as all these 3rd world parasites coming to America and getting all the welfare programs from the whites.

* One of the craziest things is that it’s only the common cuckoo that never builds a nest. Other cuckoo species actually rear and care for their own offspring.

* I hope all the cuckoo dies. They are so disgusting and ugly, plus they are parasitic. I don’t even know how the hell they evolved like that, dropping random eggs into the nests of other birds then the babies hatching to kill off the unborn.

Jewish Support For The Iran Deal

Pini Herman writes on FB: You may not see most of these people at the LA Jewish Federation….Could it be that they know its not the “big tent” it claims to be.
The LA Federation machers even sidestepped it’s own Board of Directors by having it’s Exec Jay Sanderson send out a letter attacking the Iran deal with only the backing of a small, insular executive committee. The insular, undemocratic common perception by the larger Jewish community, which supports the Iran deal, was confirmed. The Jewish backbone of secular Zionistic identified Jews of this community have gathered together to declare that they are are a legitimate Jewish leadership also and a rump group who have steered the LA Federation for years don’t represent their views.

Part of Orthodoxy is a low level of trust of non-Orthodox and civil society. Actually, no one expects the Orthodox establishment to be open to a Iran deal, least of all the Orthodox themselves. Orthodox relate to the non-Orthodox as “babies who were captured” and therefore ignorant of “appropriate attitudes” such as distrust of the non-Jew or non-Orthodox.
