Too Many Europeans Choose the Strong Horse

Anatoly Karlin writes: Often it is the extreme (nut)cases that best illustrate general social maladies. This story encapsulates most of the constituent elements of the decline and fall of European civilization.

(1) The wild age differentials. You don’t have to be one of those puritan freaks who would slam an eighteen year old’s life for having sex with someone like this at 14, but 29 and 15? That’s a bit too much, man. (Though admittedly just about legal in Denmark).

And the dude already has a wife and kids!

(2) The licentious, totally irresponsible sexual behavior of the lower half of the female bell curve under the banner of feminist empowerment.

Before, this was kept in check through familial, social, and legal strictures. Cavorting with a man double her age with that kind of name would have earned her a spanking, ostracism from the community, and maybe exile to a nunnery. But what is a single mother – she has a stepfather, but he appears to be otherwise absent from the story – to do to control a waywards 15 year old female teenager in a modern European state? Anything much beyond surly disapproval is child abuse, and will be treated as such by Scandinavia’s hyperactive social services. Trying to impart Christian values? Northern European Protestant clergymen make the Pope seem like a paragon of muscular Christianity.

As for society, suffice to say that to SJWs and even some self-styled conservatives, any man making these kinds of arguments is typically denigrated as a “weak” “loser” who is just bitter he “can’t get any,” while any woman who would nod her head to this is obviously under some kind of “false consciousness” foisted on her by the “patriarchy” since according to SJWs no woman who disagrees with them can possibly have any sort of independent agency.

As it is, her mother did try to check Lisa Borch’s self-destructive spiral and got murdered for her trouble.

(3) The avid documentation of all this degeneracy in Instagram, that social media platform most optimized for vapid attention whoring.

(4) All people seek some kind of truth, some absolute moral guidelines to live by. This impulse is much weaker amongst the intelligent, who tend to have the rational faculties and self-control to responsibly exercise freedom. But amongst the lower half of the bell curve, it is predominant.

The modern state has abdicated its responsibility to provide this truth, so people now reach out to all kinds of bizarre cults and ideologies to quench their anomie. This can take arguably positive and creative forms (e.g. transhumanism), or essentially harmless ones (e.g. the deerkin cult on Tumblr), or more malign forms such as the livid nihilism that best characterizes the social justice movement.

If there is one ideology that is most unaninimous and consistent in its insistence on having access to absolute truth, it is Islam.

Women specifically face even greater challenges to their sanity and good sense. That is because all women ultimately seek to submit to a strong man. (Higher IQ women are able to exercise more control over these impulses, while feminist women just have higher demands).

Osama bin Laden, whatever else you might think of him, was a redpilled, intelligent dude. And he said:

When people see a strong horse and a weak horse, by nature, they will like the strong horse.

Hailing from cultures propagandized by Hollywood as far more virile and vibrant than Europe, unrestricted by European mores that encourage restraint in human relations, and freed from the requirement to “check their privilege” on account of their minority status, Muslims and Islamist males in particular are enabled to act the role of the strong horse.

And thus the dregs of society, bereft of the benign paternalism that would have kept them on the right path in older days, are now clamoring to place their bets against their own nations, culture, and – yes – race (Isn’t “I heard my mother scream and I looked out the window and saw a white man running away” very telling in this respect?).

From hip-hop to jihad, how the Islamic State became a magnet for converts

She was a redheaded rebel, the singer in the family, a trash-talking, tattooed 21-year-old wrapped up in a hip-hop dream of becoming Holland’s Eminem. Then Betsy found Allah.

After her sudden conversion to Islam last summer, Betsy — a name given by her family to protect her identity — began dressing in full Muslim robes. By January, the once-agnostic Dutch woman, raised in a home where the only sign of religion was a dusty Bible on a shelf, began defending homegrown terrorists. A feud with her father over her apparent radicalization prompted her to leave home — turning up days later, her parents and Dutch authorities now say, in Syria, where she would become the bride of an Islamic State fighter. …

The profiles of converts joining the Islamic State often mirror that of Betsy. The child of divorced parents, she dropped out of school by age 14, was busted for shoplifting by 16 and was struggling with a drug problem at one point.

I really do think I understand her. I mean, at some level, it’s a choice between a broken home, chronic degeneracy, and a world of cucked faggots in empty suits always reaching new heights in combining self-importance with impotence… or the swarthy alpha male youths they imported, whose brothers are blowing shit up and cutting the throats of those very empty suits in the eastern deserts.

Here’s a Heartiste meme that aptly illustrates this.

Not a hard choice deciding who’s the stronger horse here! At least, not for 100,000 Brits, most of them younger women!

(5) The legal system isn’t going to cut Lisa Borch’s throat, or even imprison her at least until she’s past her reproductive age. She got 9 years, which means she will be out at 24 years at the latest. Still good for a good 20 years or so of service as a brood mare in the Islamic State.

(6) These problems are most terminal in Western Europe, but its worth mentioning that not even relatively based Eastern European countries are immune to the cancer. Varvara Karaulova is one Russian example (who admittedly doesn’t fit the usual profile for these types – she went to Moscow State University, an elite institution, where she studied Arabic and became a bit too acculturated for her own good). In Ukraine, we have the prominent case of Vita Zaverukha, who ended up committing murders for the European ISIS otherwise known as the Banderite batallions of Aidar, Azov, etc. As the commentator Glossy put it (and diagnosed correctly):

What kind of parents let their 18 year-old DAUGHTER sign up with a death squad during time of war? You’ve got to realize that the junta never had more than 70k people figthing for it. That’s in a country of 40 million. All the caring, functional parents in the Ukraine have already sent their draft-age sons abroad or bought medical papers declaring them schizofrenic paraplegics.

This is what’s left. I’m going to diagnose a broken home and romantic involvement with a Banderite football hooligan/gangster wannabe.

Ann Coulter & The Jews

* I count only 6 ‘Trump, Big Loser’ stories on the @politico home page. They’re slacking off. (Mickey Kaus)

* “There’s a momentary guilty hesitation, a tell, when Fox personalities (eg Megyn Kelly) gratuitously/insincerely say Rubio was a winner.” (Kaus)

* “Christie said the magic word that shows a candidate isn’t serious about border control. The word is “drones.” (As in “Oooooh, drones!”)”(Mickey Kaus)

Immigration Is The Issue

Ann Coulter writes: Today, the fight in the Republican Party isn’t over abortion, guns or the Sandinistas; the dividing line is immigration. Will we continue to be the United States, or will we become another failed Latin American state?

On this, it’s Donald Trump (and the people) vs. everyone else.

Trump announced his presidential campaign by talking about Mexican rapists. Immigration is the only policy paper he’s put out so far — and he’s been crushing the polls. He got his one sustained standing ovation from 20,000 cheering fans in Dallas Monday night when he talked about stopping illegal immigration.

But James B. Stewart gasses on in The New York Times about Trump’s “namecalling, personal attacks and one-liners that have vaulted him to the top of the polls.” In the entire article, Stewart never mentions immigration.

Perhaps some minority of people will vote for Trump because of his personality. But I notice that it’s his position on immigration that gets thousands of people leaping to their feet.

The media will talk about anything but Trump’s specific, detailed policies on immigration — all while claiming he doesn’t have any “policy details.” The very fact that the entire media — including most of the conservative commentariat — obdurately refuse to acknowledge the popularity of Trump’s immigration plans is exactly why Trump is exploding in the polls.

Trump isn’t trying to imitate anyone. He’s leading on the seminal issue of our time while the rest of the field practices looking optimistic in front of the mirror.

Ann Coulter Tweets: How many f—ing Jews do these people think there are in the United States?

Moshe Smith posts: “It may be true that the GOP candidates are too focused on Israel. . But once Coulter starts talking about F-ing Jews as if they are not full Americans, she crosses a line, and you shouldn’t cross it with her.”

Are non-Jews full members of the Jewish state? Technically, yes, in spirit? Maybe. So too Jews are technically full members of the USA, just as 2 million Arabs are full citizens of Israel, but Israel is the Jewish state and America is its own unique nation.

Jews are members of a wandering tribe. They (and other members of tribes such as Chinese, blacks, Muslims, etc) don’t have the same relationship to the Gentile nation state as WASPs, for instance.

From Ann Coulter’s Twitter feed:

* Good grief! Huckabee is running for PM of Israel.

* Cruz, Huckabee Rubio all mentioned ISRAEL in their response to: “What will AMERICA look like after you are president.”

* How many f—ing Jews do these people think there are in the United States?

* How to get applause from GOP donors: 1) Pledge to start a war 2) Talk about job creators 3) Denounce abortion 4) Cite Reagan 5) Cite Israel.

* All GOPs = prolife, pro-Reagan, pro-Israel. Pandering on all 3 tonight was EPIC.

* How about Huckabee, Rubio, Kasich etc talk about Israel’s sturdy and effective border fence?

* I like the Jews, I like fetuses, I like Reagan. Didn’t need to hear applause lines about them all night.

* And half the GOPS would bring the Jihadists here as “refugees.” Could they have talked about that tonight?

FROM USA TODAY:

The GOP debate on CNN was full of zingers, but some of the comments that caused the most controversy were from the sidelines.

Conservative syndicated columnist Ann Coulter posted a series of tweets during the GOP debate that many are calling ‘anti-semitic.” After several candidates addressed the need to strengthen the relationship between the U.S. and Israel, Coulter tweeted, ‘How many (expletive) Jews do these people think there are in the United States?”

Coulter, who has over 600,000 followers on Twitter, said she was the responding to the plethora of GOP support for Israeli relations, during the second GOP debate held at the Ronald Reagan Library in California.

Her Twitter tirade began early in the debate and a string of tweets called out the candidates for what she later called “pandering” to Israel.

Coulter received a mixed response, with some offering support and others slamming the columnist as an “anti-semitic.” Coulter tweeted in defense of the comments throughout the night.

On Twitter Coulter responded to a tweet that said “shame on you,” by explaining that she was calling out Republicans for their worn-out rhetoric. She tweeted, “All GOPs = prolife, pro-Reagan, pro-Israel. Pandering on all 3 tonight was EPIC.”

REPORT: Conservative pundit Ann Coulter is not known for her good manners, but she seemingly crossed a new barrier of hostility Wednesday night when she tweeted offensive comments about Jewish Americans as the GOP candidates debated Israel and national security. Coulter, who seemed to be accusing the candidates of pandering to Jewish voters after four of 11 candidates mentioned their support for Israel in their closing remarks, questioned the number of Jewish people the candidates thought lived in the United States.

Coulter, who has 660,000 Twitter followers, was following the second televised Republican debate held Wednesday at the Ronald Reagan Library in California. She also wrote of former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee: “Good Grief, Huckabee is running for prime minister of Israel.” Coulter continued her Twitter rant by noting: “How to get applause from GOP donors: 1) Pledge to start a war 2) Talk about job creators 3) Denounce abortion 4) Cite Reagan 5) Cite Israel.” Meanwhile, Coulter referenced the Holocaust in her review of the debate Wednesday, writing, “The other problem with the Be Reagan strategy is: It’s not 1980 anymore. Reagan’s election is as far away today as the defeat of Hitler was then.”

Coulter has insulted Jewish Americans before. In a 2007 interview on CNBC’s “The Big Idea,” Coulter told Jewish host Donny Deutsch that she wants her dream America to be completely Christian.

Roughly 7 million Jews live in the United States. The four candidates who mentioned Israel during the debate hosted by CNN were Huckabee, Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, Sen. Marco Rubio of Florida and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.

After Coulter’s tweet, some social media users said her account had been hacked, while others slammed her remarks. Followers called Coulter “anti-Semitic,” and “desperate for attention,” calling her statement “f—ing offensive.” Others defended her, as #IStandWithAnn began trending on Twitter Thursday morning.

Google: ‘Help refugees and migrants in urgent need. Google will match your donation.’

As I was searching for Ann Coulter’s Twitter feed, I encountered this message above from Google.

I wonder if Google would ever donate to help host nation’s preserve themselves from Muslim invasion?

I wish Google wasn’t subsidizing the Muslim invasion of the West.

When I clicked on the “Donate” button, I got this:

Europe, the Middle East, and Northern Africa are facing a refugee and migrant crisis – the world's biggest since the Second World War. Google has donated €1 million (over $1 million) to organizations who are providing front-line humanitarian relief, and we invite you to join us by making a donation today.

To double the impact of your contribution, Google will match the first €5 million (about $5.5 million) in donations globally, until together we raise €10 million (about $11 million) for relief efforts.

Your donation will go to Network for Good, a donor advised fund, and will then be distributed to four nonprofits providing aid to refugees and migrants. These nonprofits are helping deliver essential assistance – including shelter, food and water, and medical care – and looking after the security and rights of people in need. Google will cover all processing fees so that 100% of your donation goes to where it is needed most.

Steve Sailer: NYT Caves in to Jewish Pressure to Geld Table of Useful Information on Iran Deal

Steve Sailer writes: Oren Kessler, by the way, is a deputy director of the Foundation for the Defense of Democracies, a neoconservative think tank dedicated to denouncing Israel’s enemies. Its biggest donor in 2001-2004 was subprime grifter Roland Arnall, one of the main architects of the Housing Bubble…

I lost interest in the Iran thing a long time ago. Not because it isn’t important, but because in a world where many massively important issues are hushed up, I have much more useful things to devote my attention to than one that is, no doubt, getting its full measure of scrutiny.

If I were interested in having an opinion on the Iran deal, I’d probably want to know what Jewish Democrats in Congress think about it — presumably, bright guys like Chuck Schumer have heard a fair amount of argument about it — just as this handy table in the New York Times provides.

Obviously, nobody in our society except a few idealists is, in general, against counting by ethnicity and other identity politics categories. The New York Times, for example, constantly prints detailed statistics about how white males have too much power in Hollywood. In the press today, “white male,” for example, is an uncontroversial term of derision.

The federal government just sent me a letter demanding I participate in a trial run of the 2020 Census. And, of course, just like in past Censuses, a large fraction of the preliminary Census questions were about things like race and ethnicity.

But the federal government does not count Jews in any fashion. Jewish organizations protested Census plans to have “Jewish” as an answer on the 1960 Census.

The thesis is that Jews hate “Jew-counting.”

But the antithesis is that, of course, Jewish organizations and Jewish media put a lot of effort into counting Jews for the benefit of other Jews. For instance, here’s a headline in the Jewish paper The Forward from last spring:

Who the Jewish Billionaires Are Backing for 2016
Nathan GuttmanMay 21, 2015 Image: Anya Ulinich

The synthesis appears to be that Jewish special interest groups don’t want gentiles to possess any systematic information about Jewish numbers.

Thus, when activists like Oren Kessler see “Jewish?” as a column heading in a table … in the New York Times … they throw a massive hissy fit about its “creepiness” and get it deleted.

They can’t explain by any appeal to principle why it’s so horrible to use modern techniques of quantitative summary like … a table, but they can demonize tables as creepy like crazy to activate the Crimestop mechanisms in gentile heads.

Systematic data on Jewish numbers aren’t supposed to be readily available to dumb outsiders. They’re not supposed to be able to easily find out that the reason so many Republican candidates at the debate practically sang choruses of “Israel Uber Alles” is because, even though there aren’t many Jewish Republican primary voters, about a third of all billionaires in America are Jewish and some of them are Republican donors.

Putting data in tables works against the natural, human desire of Jewish lobbies to have it both ways at all times: Jews are a tiny minority and thus should be pitied or, as the case may be, ignored; while at the same time, Jews are strong and should be feared and obeyed.

Most groups want to do this: Hispanic spokespersons want Americans to assume that they are a minority so insignificant that affirmative action requires only an immaterial sacrifice by white people; while also wanting Americans to assume that Hispanics are a vastly powerful voting bloc that must be placated or they will crush you at the polls.

In response, for years, I’ve been posting Census Bureau data showing that Hispanics are big when it comes to qualifying for affirmative action…
Granted, the tables of Census Bureau data I dig up about Hispanics numbers don’t get as much publicity as the contradictory claims of professional Hispanic activists. But the fact that I’m able to post tables and graphs of official government data on Hispanics showing that some of their claims to power are overblown and some of their rationalizations for privilege are underblown is gratifyingly irritating to the handful of Hispanic activists who play in my league.

Comments to Steve Sailer:

* Steve is funny. BUT, what Steve doesn’t exactly spell out is just what the Jewish black-out bosses exactly don’t want spelled out—regarding tables. Which is that present-day America is a statistical replica of Weimar Germany where Jewish power is concerned. Jewish Domination of Weimar Germany would make for an incredible ISteve post. But I have to think that’s a bridge too far for Steve, and I don’t blame him. The Nazis were humorless, not to mention unhinged; who would want to suggest, even indirectly, maybe they were right? What I, personally, would like to see are divisions arise about this stuff, so that some Jewish Thomas Sowell comes along and says in a syndicated column that Norman Podhoretz and Abe Foxman are hustlers, are frankly bad people who should be ostracized, as well as a Jewish Dave Chappelle who caricatures that which is egregious about self-proclaimed chosen people prone to paranoia. Let them have their money and their enterprises, but allow the public to criticize shameless bullying and laugh at obvious comedy. That’s all.

Why Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull is a Labor Stooge

From StopTurnbull.com: The Liberal Party is supposed to be the custodian of Classical Liberalism and Conservatism. Malcolm Turnbull is neither. He is a leftist-progressive and secular humanist, who wants to take Australia in the same general philosophical direction as the Labor Party and the Greens.

Below I have produced a timeline of just some of Turnbull’s intimate associations with the Labor Party and the left. It is incomplete and I am still working on it. Nevertheless, it clearly shows that Turnbull’s ideology is long-held and deeply-ingrained, extending right back to his mother, a feminist and Labor-supporter who worked for the ABC.

Turnbull’s gaggle of so-called “moderates” should all lose their pre-selections and be expelled from the party. We should also specifically facilitate Turnbull’s downfall in the Bollinger Bolshevik seat of Wentworth, where he might be vulnerable on the left.

Who’s Got The Smarts?

Comments:

* U.S. Science survey shows men outscore women, republicans outscore democrats, whites outscore blacks.

* Merkel shows how just one person and their party can quickly ruin an entire nation, affecting millions of unwilling citizens. Open the floodgates, get us into lost wars that cost trillions, destroy the inner fabric of the culture, there’s a lot of potential for ruin. One never knows, Jeb might be that person; some other innocuous appearing candidate could also unpredictably turn out to be a wrecker.

* That´s basically the way Morocco took over the Western Sahara. They had 350,000 unarmed Moroccans cross the border claiming for the return of the Moroccan sahara, while the Spanish troops were ordered not to shoot.

* I don’t put anything past the Bush family, the GOP establishment, or for that matter, the M-I-Complex. They are going to go after Trump, hard as hell, and they will attempt to obliterate him personally. I look forward to this because it will be a Pyrrhic victory, if a victory at all.

Because going after Trump is going after the rest of us. Trump may be a lousy messenger/leader figure but you don’t get to choose these things. He has articulated with force and some cleverness the real concerns of real people, and attempting to destroy him will not be taken lightly by us.

Stay Strong Hungary!

Comments to Steve Sailer:

* Stay strong Hungary. It’s too late to stop the current wave, but word will get back soon that Hungary is the route you least want to travel.

* It must come as a shock for these non-white invaders to see White people defending themselves and their interests.

The invaders must have expected the Central Europeans to just bend over and take it like a modern Englishman or Swede would.

* “Merkel’s Boner” has singlehandedly destroyed the de facto sovereignty of every country in the EU and it’s time they started fighting back. Invasion is invasion, and it has to stop. If anyone is reading this blog in Hungary, please be encouraged by the fact that there are many people throughout America who support you.

* Women and children don’t rush the border and break down barbed wire. To me, this smacks of a Turkish power play by Erdogan who has publicly compared himself to Suleiman the Magnificent, with Putin yet to enter the fray. It is important to remember the players, Russia and Iran are backing the Assad regime against ISIS and Turkey is basically providing ISIS military and supply assistance.

And also, probably at this point most European governments do not want say, 20 million new Muslim residents demanding stuff when unemployment is so high and a global recession is at hand due to Chinese demand cratering. I’ll bet Hungary has a lot of back-channel encouragement no matter what Jean-Claude Juncker says. Hollande has to be scared, Marie Le Pen is in it to win it, not just collect money as the honeypot for the right like Jean Le Pen (as he basically admitted in his “Lunch with the FT” interview). Marie is not the Right version of Morris Dees, with a $150 million art collection. Nor is Geert Wilders nor is Nigel Farage. Realistically, AfD could even challenge the Christian Democrats given Merkel’s likely abysmal poll numbers.

Without Hungary as a blocking piece, half the ME will be in Paris and Berlin by next Tuesday. Rapidly imposing Sharia and massive wealth transfers away from the natives to the new colonial masters. That could cause all sorts of problems, for career politicians.

* Seeing as how you think borders should not exist, I’m just gonna waltz into your bedroom and just do whatever I please.

By the way, is your wife/girlfriend home?

GOP Debate Open Thread

Comments to Steve Sailer:

* It got nasty right away. Trump v Paul then Jeb tried to take on Trump but that didn’t work out too well. It’s certainly been entertaining. Trump’s not too comfortable discussing foreign affairs.

* Trump has the hunter empathy gene – the ability to spot weakness – in spades.

That’s not necessarily a good thing – most pimps have it too – but it’s certainly useful in politics.

* Paul made a pretty good comment about intervention.

Rubio’s personality is grating.

Why are rich politicians with cushy jobs so fat and frumpy? Famous business guys are better put together than pols.

* Trump just called Fiorina a beautiful woman with a beautiful face. He’s great for entertainment. You know she just wanted to call him a damned liar but she couldn’t!

* Trump rode Bush around like a pony for a while and that was fun. He’s Andrew Dice Clay. Most of the act is grating, but when it clicks its hilarious. You watch Trump for 25 minutes and you want to bolt the room. Then he hits pay dirt and you forget all about the 25 minutes of agony.

The rest of them are just furniture. I expected the GOP toadies to be drooling over Carson, but they seem to be drooling over granny instead.

* The moderator asked Trump about his statements regarding !Jeb speaking Spanish. Trump said that immigrants need to learn English, but then he dropped the A-Bomb.

He said that immigrants need to assimilate. He continued by saying it’s a problem that immigrants aren’t assimilating.

* Trump talked of assimilation and the need for people here to speak English. BRAVO! He’s still the only candidate to speak the truth on such matters in clear, bold, declarative sentences.

* Trump’s “look at that face” was proven true as the camera got up close to Fiorina. What does it see? A rigid, botoxed-up, school marm’s scold of a face. Winner? Trump. How many males like that face? How many women have had a woman boss with a scold’s face and her lecturing tone?

* She’s so botoxed -up that she can’t even smile or talk normally, as her upper lip is frozen. She herself acknowledged that Secret Service would call her Secretariat. (Due to her horseface.)

* I watched the first thirty minutes at the gym and it was pretty clear that there was an orchestrated assault on Trump. Fiorina is a serious candidate because she wants to go to war with Russia, which is obviously a Great Idea. My guess is Vladimir would not be too intimidated by her saber rattling. Rand Paul was actually channeling his Old Man and taking some quality anti-neocon stances on foreign policy. Painful as it is to say, Chris Christie was pulling off the whole “I’m just a regular, hot-headed, fat guy from Jersey” routine pretty well, not that I think it makes him more attractive to the electorate.

Based on just the first 3o minutes, Trump took some hits, but it’s unclear that Jeb benefitted. Rubio was sweating and fidgeting weirdly. Walker looked like a well dressed extra from The Walking Dead. Carson probably did not hurt himself, but his humble guy/ brain surgeon schtick has to wear off at some point.

The Establishment Play will be to continue to celebrate Fiorina and Kasich, all the while, still hoping that the Chosen One, Jeb, finds his sea legs. The Media will continue to be easy on empty suit, Nice Guy, Ben Carson, because he is the main competition with Trump for the protest vote.

* Trump is well ahead in the race, and it’s his to lose. He did not harm himself. His two main points in the debate were that he will fix uncontrolled immigration, and he is not controlled by the military industrial complex.

Everyone else, except Bush and Fiorina, seem to be positioning themselves as a VP or cabinet appointment in a Trump administration.

Trump said Fiorina is very beautiful. The camera showed her reaction on split screen, and all America could see how terrifying she actually looks.

Carson, bless his heart, is an obvious token.

* One thing about Huckabee, not a fan of his but when questioned about Kim Davis he states how the Fort Hood shooter was allowed to grow a beard in the brig, we make accommodations at Gitmo for Muslim prisoners but we jail Kim Davis. Said something about denigrating our own culture but exalting others. Really made a good point there I thought.

That exalting others bit got me thinking: Dearborn, MI is known for a high Arab-American population. What if a gay couple went into a county office in Wayne County MI and asked for a license to marry? Wonder how the multicultural Left would respond if an Arab or Muslim at the counter said “No”.

* There is an interesting dynamic going on between Trump and Cruz. Cruz was very complimentary about Trump’s bringing illegal immigration to the debate. And later Cruz used the appointments of David Souter by GHWB and John Roberts by GWB to attack Jeb!!! It spared Trump from having to do anything other than nod his head in agreement. Cruz is obviously angling for the VP spot, but I wonder if they have an agreement.

* Metro Detroit Arabs are about 50/50 Christian and Muslim, but the Christians are smarter, richer, better connected, and have been there longer. Wayne county is liberal, so it pays its employees very well, and in economic and population decline, meaning openings for those jobs are rare and require very good political connections to get.

As a consequence, there are likely very few, if any, county clerks who are Muslims.

Turnover and new positions are so low in Detroit public sector jobs that even when Detroit schools reached 95% black students, the large majority of the teachers and admins were still white. Not the best place to teach perhaps, but $50,000+ jobs with very good benefits and no summers is a great deal in a depressed area with low living costs, so they held onto those jobs with a death grip. Since the schools were steadily closed, the numbers of teachers actually declined most years, so not even retirements created open positions.

While in theory blacks might have an interest in pushing out the white public employees, in practice government employee unions run the city, not blacks, and an ambitious and educated black would realize it is better to wait her turn for her chance to milk the dying cow than risk tipping Elsie over.

* Fiorina did well again, and, as Breitbart’s Katie McHugh presciently predicted, the media is primed to exaggerate her success. She’s a terrible candidate though, the negative ads would write themselves. Also, proposed provoking World War 3 with Russia.

Rubio has very good vocal modulation – sounds like he’s spent a lot of time at Toastmasters. Would be a good keynote speaker for liquor wholesaler’s national sales meeting.

Paul had one good moment when he said if you want more wars there will always be a Bush or Clinton to vote for.

Christie did well – the only one to smack down Carly. Probably too little too late for him.

Cruz was Cruz.

Trump said beforehand he’d try to tone it down and did. Wasn’t at his best but landed solid blows on Carly and Jeb.

Jeb looked weak.

Carson sounded drugged.

* I bet Donald Trump can win a higher percentage of the Black vote than Rand Paul. Chris Rock’s brother Tony Rock referred to Donald Trump as a gangsta with swag. In the Black community that is considered a compliment.

* Given how much she has always been a Zio-bot, boy am I pleasantly surprised by Miss Coulter’s twitter feed.

* The airplane looked great.

A tighter setting, more time, and better questions yielded something more substantive than debate number one.

Most all candidates “did well,” and improved upon their last “performance,” while still reciting prepared remarks in an obvious manner. Some will gain polling points soon.

Many questions were loaded opportunities to attack candidate Trump. Like when a volleyball player pops the ball up in the air near the net so his teammate can spike it…

while…

No questions concerned our suicidally unbalanced trade practices.

Yeah. Lots of time spent talking about Planned Parenthood, but none on the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

The debate was a good show, and it won’t make a whit of difference with regard to who actually wins the nomination. Appropriately, Mr. Trump congratulated CNN on a long and profitable program which, as he pointed out, must have given them a lot of good commercial time.

* The second Republican debate was much better than the first one. Everyone stepped up his game, but that means you have to step up your game even more to stand out.

Best overall performances: Fiorina, Rubio, Cruz

Worst overall performances: Paul, Walker

Performed above expectations: Fiorina, Christie, Trump

Performed below expectations: Kasich

Best fight scene: Bush vs Trump on casinos in Florida. Jeb must not be our candidate. He’s another Romney. Worse, he’s a Romney named Bush. Remember how Romney let the moderator lady shut him up about Benghazi in the third presidential debate? That’s what Trump did here.

Best sense of humor: Trump easily this time. Last time, it was Carson but now he’s trying to seem all serious and knowledgeable.

* Like the alt-right twitter “poaster” says:
“It’s who wins the post-debate debate that wins the debate”

Drudge is showing Trump at 62% and Ann Coulter pissed off the Jews. A lot of the post debate Twitter is directed at her and not the debate. Politico asks, “Is the Summer of Trump Over?” after publishing the screed from “former” GOP consultant Rick Wilson “It’s Time To Go To War with Trump”. This is after getting all butt-hurt by Alt-Right Twitter and declaring a war between the GOP and The Troll Party. So interesting that lib writers keep up this “It’s over!!” and then it isn’t. Rick Wilson maybe better get a job over there with the Shitlibs because his career is probably doomed on the right.

So given the responses, maybe Carly takes some of Carson’s support and becomes the horse the MSM puts their ink and airtime behind now. Trump stays where Trump is. There was nothing that would cause The Troll Party to go, “Never mind”. The Twitters say Jeb-low energy, Jeb-beta, Trump Alpha for saying No to “apologize to my wife”, Carly botox face, Carly Broomstick, Carson Clueless, Good Surgeon-Bad President, Cruz sucking up to Trump, Mario-Amnesty Traitor.

I see the witch memes coming out very soon now. She’s gonna have a rough Halloween season.

But the GOP Kingmaker here is Sailer. One tweet said “Alt-right Twitter has more influence than GOP journalists”. And everyone of those guys Tweet links to Sailer. So Sailer is like some King Henry saying about Beckett, “Won’t someone rid me of that troublesome man.” and then the alt-right tweeters send out minions. The Right Stuff has huge numbers of active trolls. And Vaughn is getting huge views and NYT references. And I am positive Vaughn is a Sailer disciple. So then they go forward into their own blogs and into comment sections all over the internet and drive the conversation.

So then whatever Sailer posts tomorrow will drive the post-debate debate. It doesn’t even have to be directly about any one of the candidates. If he keeps driving immigration then Trump scores. So we’ll see tomorrow. My bet is the posts will probably be on immigration, directly or indirectly.

* At this point I don’t know why anybody here wouldn’t vote for Trump. Even if all of the other candidates parrot or even actually believe in his clear and concise position on immigration it seems pretty obvious that only Trump would have a hope of actually enacting it.

He’s running against the billionaire class and their media and winning. That is amazing in itself.

* Must read:The Daily Mail interview with Carly Sneed’s first husband Todd Bartlem. He describes Carly Sneed as a merciless MBA Corporate psychopath devoid of humanity. Frank Fiorina’s ex-wife got their two daughters after the divorce. She stated emphatically in the Daily Mail interview that Carly Fiorina had very little contact with Frank Fiorina’s late daughter. She claims that Carly Fiorina is just using her dead daughter as a campaign prop.

* I’m totally puzzled by Carson’s high standing in the polls. Your suggestion is as good as any: white guilt. I thought it was because of his modesty and religious demeanor which seems to really impress evangelicals. I thought his proposal of making illegals do agricultural work was silly. I interpreted his remarks to apply to all illegals, in which case he would discover that it is not just Americans who don’t want to do that kind of work but a large percentage of illegals as well. One good thing about his idea is that it might start a lot of “self-deportation.” I don’t see any qualifications to be president: no substantial executive experience, no prior political experience, not exactly a wiz when it comes to mastery of political issues. Since he is not qualified to be president, he is not qualified to be vice president (“a heartbeat away”). I expect to see him start to fizzle in the polls. Looking ahead, I see nothing after Iowa where he likely to do well. I don’t think Trump would like having him on the ticket. It’s too soon to be speculating about possible VPs anyway. That will have to wait until we see how the primaries go. I have previously said it is unlikely that Trump will pick Cruz as his running mate, for he doesn’t need Cruz to carry Texas. Another poster suggested that Cruz is looking to be appointed to the Supreme Court, which makes a lot of sense. He’s very bright, conservative and young, sort of like the Justice he clerked for, William Rehnquist, when he was first appointed. I also previously threw out the names of Walker and Kasich as possible running mates, but Walker looks much less likely in light of his big drop in the polls and Kasich would have to do well in the primaries to justify his selection. Of the two, I think Ohio counts for a lot more than Wisconsin in a Presidential race, and Kasich offers a lot more experience than Walker. So, if you were to limit VP speculation to the existing field, I would have to say that Kasich looks better than anyone. Otherwise, I can’t come up with a good candidate.

One matter that hasn’t received much attention is the dispute between Trump and Fiorina on birthright citizenship. As even Rand Paul conceded, Trump stands on firmer ground than Fiorina. Trump believes correctly that the matter can be handled through legislation, while Fiorina erroneously thinks a constitutional amendment is necessary, which indicates either that she hasn’t done her homework or is blinded by ideological considerations. Trump clearly has the better legal advisers.

* Steve Sailer: I don’t watch much TV, so I don’t know anything about Dr. Carson other than that he’s a black conservative brain surgeon. He seems like a respectable placeholder, better than Herman Cain last time, for people who get called up by a pollster but who don’t want to emotionally commit themselves yet. So they say “Carson.” Hey, it’s only September 2015.

If Dr. Carson leverages the publicity he’s getting as a Presidential candidate into a lucrative retirement career as an after-dinner speaker, well, that seems fine with me.

* It was tough for Trump because there was absolutely no applause lines for him even after his best moments.
