* The Netanyahu speech was a diversion, a way to bury the Republican betrayal of their voters on amnesty. It’s frightening how many dumbass Republicans, even when this was pointed out to them, failed to realize or care what had just happened or why.
I figured it out when I turned on Fox News after reading about the DHS vote only to realize they were giving 100% of their coverage to Netanyahu.
As for more, I think ISIS is awesome. I’m all for it, and I kinda suspect Israel is, too. You can’t do anything about a foreign enemy until they start getting really dangerous and nasty. We had the moral authority to bomb the shit out of Hitler and Tojo because they were fucking up the world. We did not have the same moral authority when it came to Saddam Hussein. ISIS is nothing we can’t beat if we ever really have to. Let them fuck things up for a while, then bomb the shit out of them and take their land. I suspect that’s what Israel wouldn’t mind doing. It would give them the perfect excuse to expand a little more, and maybe acquire a few oil wells in the process.
* Israel probably loves ISIS. Hell, the Mossad is probably supplying them. ISIS is stupid enough that it will probably eventually attack Israel, and that will give Israel another chance to expand. I’d give decent odds that, in terms of area, the nation of Israel will be considerably larger a decade from now. It will probably be thanks to a very brief, profitable war with ISIS.
* I remember when I was young and naive, I read a lot about how Vin Weber, who was elected to Congress at age 30 as a Republican from Minnesota, was a coming superstar for the GOP. Then he retired at age 40 in 1993 so he could be a lobbyist.
* Cantor’s district in fact was being rapidly impacted by Open Borders. In fact Northern Virginia has been over run by Central American drug gangs. The corrupt Republican party has bent over backwards to ignore the immigration issue in Virginia showing that they were willing to lose a both a very winnable senate seat and the governorship in order to avoid the issue.
Cantor, in fact was dogged by his fellow Jews who constantly called on him to push open borders legislation. Folks in his district finally caught on to just who’s agenda Cantor was serving.

Jews are for amnesty in America and for tough nationalism in Israel.
