When Does Judaism Push For Diversity?

Where does Judaism celebrate racial diversity and cultural diversity among non-Jews? Where does Judaism say diversity for the goyim is great for the goyim?

Nobody can give me any examples of Judaism pushing multiculturalism.

A Jew rooted in Torah will tell you that diversity destroys community.
