Jewish Day Schools

Jane emails:

Perhaps you should re-consider the subject of Jewish Day Schools. You’d written a while back on Etz Jacob, and Aron Abecassis. My understanding now is that Aron abandoned the struggling school, walked away, and left them with a huge debt… because of the changes he insisted upon, like firing all the dedicated old staff. I would also like to acknowledge a true hero, Rabbi Shlomo Harrosh, dedicated and not motivated financially. I hope that you would recognize him. He of course is still there, not one to abandon his mission and dedication. Some of our heroes are the quiet women, who send their kids off every day… "A Day in The Life" of a Jewish woman, with kids, single, or married might make an interesting read.
