Words Don’t Come Easy To Me

I’m just a music man, melodies for my best friend.

To better express my feelings and to placate my narcissism, I’ve made new video slideshows about my favorite person set to my favorite songs:

Words by F.R. David.

Drive by The Cars.

The Captain of her Heart by Double.

I made these videos at 1 a.m. I was listening to some good songs and I couldn’t sleep and I felt all emotional…

I bought a new cam that arrived today — the $130 Logitech QuickCam Ultravision. It took me half an hour, but I hooked it up and got it running. It was horrible. Both the sound and picture was worse than my $50 Quick cam. I’m sending it back.

From my live cam chat:

palestine4ever:  Luke, are the anti-war protests Good For the Jews?
User guest113 left the room.
palestine4ever:  I think they are, and I’ll explain why to you Zionists
palestine4ever:  These declasses and hippies could right now be storming city halls across the land to strike a blow at Jewish power
palestine4ever:  Instead, they’re in carefully cordoned areas, chanting god knows what in Spanish and won’t be seen again until the next Critical Mass bike ride
palestine4ever:  Anything which fortifies the status quo is Good For the Jews, in my semitic opinion
palestine4ever:  This is the kind of cutting edge content you need
palestine4ever:  ugh
palestine4ever:  BUY CUPS LUCAS
palestine4ever:  Although you have kind of a cleaned-up Noel Coward vibe going on now
palestine4ever:  it fits you better than the whole Too Poor for a Haircut and Shave vibe
palestine4ever:  he’s watching video
palestine4ever:  Luke, was the SDA convert’s attempt to bring you back into the fold wholly unsuccessful?
palestine4ever:  Well, I’m going to sit quietly and wait for Amalek
palestine4ever:  When I see a group of hasids angrily shouting and running in the streets, I’m frightened
palestine4ever:  call it genetic memory if you will
palestine4ever:  Luke, here’s a fascinating SEO story for you
palestine4ever:  http://www.financialpost.com/magazine/story.html?id=324817
palestine4ever:  it’s about "search arbitrage"
palestine4ever:  and how a company got (and then lost) $160 million in a week
palestine4ever:  it’s greek to me, but apparently they stuck a penny in Google AdSense and they drew out a dollar
palestine4ever:  and that Chris Perillo guy that was here
palestine4ever:  there’s a post on techcrunch mocking him for wasting dozens of hours on Pay to Click ads
palestine4ever:  and never getting paid from the scam
palestine4ever:  some of the most bizarre hucksters are gathered around this web 2.0 thing

palestine4ever:  We Must Create an Income For Luke Ford and Secure a Future For His Unborn Children
palestine4ever:  that is my new motto
YourMoralLeader:  yes please
YourMoralLeader:  I’m making no progress, just sinking deeper in debt
User guest115 left the room.
palestine4ever:  from what I can gather, VCs are tossing money everywhere these days
YourMoralLeader:  Everywhere i walked today, I saw women who looked like Cathy Seipp. Some had the platinum blonde thing going, others looked like a younger Cathy. She died a year ago tomorrow.
palestine4ever:  Do you miss her, Luke?
YourMoralLeader:  I was all prepared to make a touching video about my feelings on this, but I get so angry at my new cam
YourMoralLeader:  that I’m emotionally blocked.
palestine4ever:  or are you at peace with this?
YourMoralLeader:  Forget missing her, I’m just totally lost without her
YourMoralLeader:  socially lost
YourMoralLeader:  She was my social connection, she brought me in from out of the cold. I was a stray dog she adopted.
