How Your Phone Rewires Your Brain

I’ve been taking a break from streaming. I’ve been affected by Fred Luskin, he talks about how your phone, or your epersonality, hijacks your central nervous system and reduces your ability to love real people. My 21 years of blogging and living online has probably rewired my brain and my central nervous system in ways that limit my ability to love and receive love in real life. The endorphin rushes that you are supposed to get from connecting with people, I’ve probably changed the wiring in my brain so that instead I sometimes pursue virtual things to trigger those endorphin rushes instead of real human interaction.
