Let’s try to be helpful and constructive for once. What sort of money-paying job could Luke, at this late stage in life and in this economy and given his physical condition*, actually get? All I can think of:
— Clerk in a Barnes and Noble
— Postal worker?
— Clerical worker for the City of Los Angeles?
*Luke, California has some of the elements of a generous welfare state. Isn’t there anything that you qualify for — disability perhaps?
