DATA: Young Muslims in the West Are a Ticking Time Bomb, Increasingly Sympathising with Radicals, Terror

Every group should ask itself if it is a blessing to those around them.

Raheem Kassam writes: On the back of the Brussels terror attack it is worthwhile remembering that while a majority of Muslims in the West appear to have no truck with terrorism or extremism, there are a significant number who sympathise with terrorism and repeatedly attempt to justify attacks on the West.

An ICM poll from 2006 revealed that 20 per cent of British Muslims sympathised with the 7/7 bombers who brought terror to the streets of the British capital, killing 52 and injuring hundreds. This number rose to one in four British Muslims, according to NOP Research for Channel 4. With a British Muslim population of over 3 million today, that translates to roughly three quarters of a million terror-sympathising people in the UK.

The number rises for younger British Muslims – a sure sign that radicalisation through schools, mosques, and prisons (often via Saudi-funded groups) is creating a long-term problem in Europe. Thirty-one per cent of younger British Muslims endorsed or excused the 7/7 bombings of 2005, with just 14 per cent of those over 45 doing so.

Twenty-seven per cent of those polled in the United Kingdom say they had sympathy with the attacks on Charlie Hebdo – the French satirical magazine that published cartoons of the Muslim prophet Muhammed last year, with 78 per cent supporting punishment for the publication of cartoons featuring Muhammed and 68 per cent supporting the arrest and prosecution of British people who “insult Islam.”

And this number pales in comparison to global Muslim population figures. According to World Public Opinion (2009) at the University of Maryland, 61 per cent of Egyptians, 32 per cent of Indonesians, 41 per cent of Pakistanis, 38 per cent of Moroccans, 83 per cent of Palestinians, 62 per cent of Jordanians, and 42 per cent of Turks appear to endorse or sympathise with attacks on Americans or American groups.

A 2013 study found that 16 per cent of young Muslims in Belgium believed that state terrorism is “acceptable,” while 12 per cent of young Muslims in Britain said that suicide attacks against civilians in Britain can be justified.

Pew Research from 2007 found that 26 per cent of young Muslims in America believed suicide bombings are justified, with 35 per cent in Britain, 42 per cent in France, 22 per cent in Germany, and 29 per cent in Spain feeling the same way.

And Muslims who are more devout or dedicated to Islam are three times more likely to believe that suicide bombings are justified — a harrowing statistic when you consider that 86 per cent of Muslims in Britain “feel that religion is the most important thing in their life.”

While just 5 per cent of UK Muslims said they would not report a terror attack being planned, the number leaps to 18 per cent amongst young, British Muslims. The anti-police narrative fuelled by groups like Black Lives Matter are no doubt contributing to this idea that people should not work with the police, with the British Muslim Youth group recently urging a boycott of police.

More recently, in 2015, it was revealed that 45 per cent of British Muslims think that hate preachers that advocate violence against the West represent “mainstream Islam.”

Forty per cent of British Muslims say they want Sharia law in the West, while 41 per cent oppose it.

Despite the fact that “Islamophobia” did not rise after the Paris Attacks, there remains a grievance industry across the Western world which targets young Muslims especially, urging them to feel victimised by Western governments for taking a stance against Islamism – and scarcely a tough stance at that.

No more was this evident than in the case of Tell MAMA, a government-backed Muslim grievance group which saw its state funding removed after it was found trying to artificially inflate statistics on hate crimes against Muslims in the UK.

CRIMINALITY

Earlier this year it was reported that one in five prisoners in the United Kingdom’s top security jails is now Muslim, a rise of 23 per cent from just five years ago. In total, a 20 per cent increase in the jail population in Britain has been outstripped by the rise in Muslim inmates — up 122 per cent over 13 years.

The same disproportionate figures are borne out across the United States, where Pew data from 2011 revealed that Muslims made up 9 per cent of state and federal prisoners though at the time Muslims made up just 0.8 per cent of the U.S. population.

In 2008, the Washington Post reported “About 60 to 70 percent of all inmates in [France’s] prison system are Muslim, according to Muslim leaders, sociologists and researchers, though Muslims make up only about 12 percent of the country’s population.”

ANTI-SEMITISM

“An average of 55 percent of Western European Muslims harbored antisemitic attitudes. Acceptance of antisemitic stereotypes by Muslims in these countries was substantially higher than among the national population in each country,” an Anti-Defamation League (ADL) report found in 2015.

A Swedish government report from 2006 found that that 5 per cent of the total population held anti-Semitic views, with the number surging to 39 per cent amongst adult Muslims.

In Germany in 2012, a study of the country’s burgeoning Turkish population revealed that 62 percent of Turks in Germany said they wanted to only live amongst each other, with 46 per cent wanting the country to become a Muslim majority nation. This report also found that 18 per cent of the Turkish population thought of Jews as “inferior.”

Breitbart News reported in January about an ongoing exodus of French Jews, with some 8,000 headed for Israel in 2015 and many others migrating to the UK or the U.S, as a result of rising anti-Semitism.

INTEGRATION

Despite hundreds of millions of pounds, dollars, and euros spent on integration projects, it appears to be a Sisyphean task – calling into question the rate at which immigration is occurring throughout the Western world and the tolerance with which our societies have operate thus far.

The BBC found that 36 per cent of 16 to 24-year-old Muslims believe that if a Muslim converts to another religion they should be punished by death. Thirty five per cent of Muslims say they would prefer to send their children to an Islamic school, and 37 per cent of 16 to 24-year-olds say they want government-funded Islamic schools to send their kids to.

The report again highlights the radicalisation of the Muslim youth in the West, with 74 per cent of 16 to 24-year-olds preferring Muslim women to wear the veil, compared with only 28 per cent for those over the age of 55.

Cruz Calls for Immediate Halt to Syrian Refugees in US

He seems a tad behind Donald Trump.

From Breitbart: Tuesday in wake of the terror attack in Brussels on the metro and airport killing 31 and injuring hundreds, Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz called to “immediately halt the president’s ill-advised plan to bring in tens of thousands of Syrian Muslim refugees.”

Cruz said, “This is not an isolated incident. This is not a lone wolf. This is a war with radical Islamic terrorism. ISIS declared jihad on Europe, and on the United States of America. They have declared their intention to murder as many innocents as possible. And it is long past time that we had a president who will acknowledge this evil, will call it by its name, and out lights the full force and fury of the United States to defeat radical Islamic terrorism, to defeat ISIS. Until they are defeated, these attacks will continue. Until ISIS is utterly destroyed they will continue to carry out acts of terror, continue to murder, whether in a subway station, whether at an airport, whether in an opera house in Paris. Whether in a community center in San Bernardino. Their target is each and every one of us. and we need a president who sets aside political correctness. In the wake of Brussels we don’t need another lecture from President Obama on Islamophobia. We need a commander-in-chief who does everything necessary to defeat the enemy, and we need to immediately halt the president’s ill-advised plan to bring in tens of thousands of Syrian Muslim refugees.”

“Our vetting programs are woefully insufficient,” he continued. “This administration has no means of preventing those refugees from being ISIS terrorists. ISIS stated its intention to infiltrate those terrorists, those refugees with terrorists come fog America to commit acts of jihad. And the time for the president’s political correctness has passed. The first priority of the commander-in-chief should be keeping America safe. It is time for us to implement serious vetting and we should not be allowing anyone to come to this country that we cannot vet to make sure that they are not radical Islamic terrorists. That’s part of the problem of not defining the enemy. When you don’t define the enemy, then you don’t have screening programs designed to keep them out.”

Halting Islamic Immigration Is Commonsense

Reverend Franklin Graham says on Facebook: Join me in praying for the victims and families of the Muslim terrorist attack in Belgium today. Islamists have told us we will see more of these attacks and we have to take their threats seriously. I have long supported a temporary halt to immigration, especially for those coming from Muslim countries, until we have a vetting program that works and we can know who these people are. If we can’t get an accurate background check, they don’t come in. It’s as simple as that. What happened in Brussels, in Paris, and in New York on 9/11 will happen again inside our borders unless something changes because the current administration has lowered the standards and our President even refuses to acknowledge this as Islamic terrorism. Our country is in trouble─we have a void in leadership. Pray that God will give us a strong leader for this nation.

Man says he slashed woman because she’s white

New York Post: A man who was arrested for randomly slashing a woman’s neck earlier this month in Brooklyn told police he attacked her because she is white, police sources said.

Gregory Alfred, 25, told police he set out to find white people to slice back on Mar. 10 because he blamed them and “the system” for preventing him from freely smoking weed, sources said.

The slasher chose to take out his anger on 53-year-old Janina Popko, and cut her across the neck as she was walking near the corner of Beverly and Rugby roads that morning in Ditmas Park, sources said.

“He’s just a sick person,” Popko told The Post on Tuesday. “I’m very lucky to be okay. I am still shaky.”

“I never was racial. I grew up in Poland , they never teach us to be racial,” she added. “I didn’t grow up with this racial thing.”

Alfred discarded a large kitchen knife, black plastic bag and an American flag bandanna after the attack. Cops were able to lift fingerprints from the items, the sources said.

“He had bought paring knives and kitchen knives and said he was going to stab people,” NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said at a Tuesday press conference at police headquarters.

Europe’s Fear Of ‘Islamophobia’ Led Directly To The Belgium Attacks

From The Federalist: These attacks come five months after the Paris attacks that shocked the world and took the lives of 130 men and women. These terrorists had pledged their allegiance to ISIS and were carrying out what they believed to be holy jihad. Although most of the perpetrators were killed during the attacks or in the days after in a suburb of Paris, one man eluded the police. That man, Salah Abdeslam, was captured on Friday after a months-long manhunt.

The city has been on high alert since his arrest. They knew Abdeslam had a large network in Brussels, and that he had been planning more attacks. They feared his network of operatives would lash out. They also discovered detonators in a safe house last week before his arrest. Presumably, today’s bombings in Brussel were a reaction to Abdeslam’s apprehension, either out of concern that he would talk or that the police would soon be on to them, too.

What is shocking the Brussels police, however, is the scale of Abdeslam’s network and its capacity to help him avoid capture for so long in a city that authorities were scouring for him. On the night of the Paris attacks, Abdeslam crossed the border into Belgium with the help of a friend. Although his name was flagged as a person of interest, the border guards’ system had not yet been updated with the information that he was one of the suspects. From there, it’s presumed that he returned home to Brussels, where he continued planning more attacks.

How is it that in a prosperous European country there can be enough support within the Muslim community for a man who had pledged his allegiance to ISIS?

In the months before the Paris attacks, he and the Syrian fighters with whom he linked up were helped by Abdeslam’s family, childhood friends, and other petty criminals to remain concealed. In the months after the attacks, he was helped by what it seems is a massive network of “friendlies” who were willing to shelter, hide, and perhaps even work with him on the next terrorist plot. When Abdeslam was finally apprehended, he was living a few hundred yards from his family’s home—right under the nose of the police.

Here we come to the crux of the problem. How is it that in a prosperous European country there can be enough support within the Muslim community for a man who had pledged his allegiance to ISIS, has already successfully completed one terrorist attack and is planning others, to be protected and aided?

The answer is that this is a problem of Europe’s own creating—and it’s not going away. Beginning in the post-World War II era, Europe was in need of workers to pad its depleted work force. A natural place to look was North Africa, in former colonies of Spain and France. While it was assumed that migration would be short-term, the reality is that the men who came to work stayed, and later brought over their families. Europe made no plan for how to house and assimilate these families (see Christopher Caldwell’s excellent book, “Reflections on the Revolution in Europe,” for an in-depth discussion of this topic).

More to the point, Europe was uncomfortable asking its Muslim communities to assimilate. European leaders felt that would be too reminiscent of the colonial era. Their guilt and newfound “enlightenment” guided them to leave these people to their communities, culture, and religion. At the same time, however, they also ostracized them. What resulted was tight-knit majority-Muslim enclaves often on the outskirts of major European cities (like Saint Denis on the outer edge of Paris, where one of the Paris attackers was found).

Letter From A Los Angeles High School

Link: Dear Hillary,

I attended L.A. public schools for about half a school year, back during forced busing in the early 1970s…..

Never once, not ONE TIME, did I see a white student harass, intimidate, or humiliate a black student. However, I saw every school day, black students harass, intimidate, and humiliate white students. At least a few times a week, I saw black students beat and/or rob white students. I never saw a white student beat or rob a black student. Never. Not one time. Perhaps all these white on black humiliations/harassment/intimidation/beatings are happening in the Southern states, or some “other” places other than the LA school district.

But, as far as the L.A. school district, from my observations, it was always, 100% of the time BLACK ON WHITE. I’ve heard of many many many other whites who tell me similar things, who lived throughout the U.S., including the South. They all tell me about black on white violence, intimidation, threats, robberies, of blacks against whites, and Asians, and Latinos. I don’t see or hear the stories of WHITE on black or WHITE on Hispanic. I’m sure it happens, but I just haven’t seen or heard of any event.

WHY don’t you mention the epidemic of BLACK ON WHITE violence in this country? Could it be….No….No….could it be you WANT THE VOTES of black people, and you’re merely PANDERING to them? No, can’t be. Nobody could be that “low”.

WP: Why security experts called Donald Trump’s response to the Belgium attacks ‘preposterous’

Washington Post:

“First of all, we have a much, much tougher refugee program than the Europeans have,” Chertoff said. “The problem the Europeans have is people showed up on their doorstep — hundreds of thousands, coming directly from the region. That does not happen in the U.S. We check people very carefully before we admit them as refugees.”

…“The idea that you can identify people who are a risk based upon their religion or the way they look is completely fallacious. It’s like going after cancer with a meat axe instead of a scalpel.”

I think I’ll side with Trump on this one. What non-Muslim country has been improved by Muslims?

Most terrorists in the West today are Muslim. Islam has been at war with the West for 1500 years. Why would it change?

Low IQ people are a horror show to try to deal with in life, not just on the roads and at work, but also in the line at Ralphs. People on welfare tend to be worse behaved than other groups and they often seem to feel more entitled.

Racial diversity destroys social capital. The more diverse Europe becomes, the more frayed it will be.

As Jason Richwine wrote in 2009:

[Robert] Putnam began by telling us about one result he encountered that was thoroughly upsetting to him—the more ethnically diverse a community is, the less social capital it possesses. When a person lives in a diverse community, he trusts everyone less, including those of his own ethnic group.

So how did Putnam come to conclude that ethnic diversity is so problematic? The answer begins with the notion of “social capital,” which Putnam defines in simple terms—“social networks and the associated norms of reciprocity and trustworthiness.” Social capital turns out to be an exceptionally valuable commodity. Building complex networks of friends and associates, trusting others to keep their word, and maintaining social norms and expectations all grease the wheels of business by enabling cooperation.

But the value of social capital goes well beyond economics. Many of the activities from which people draw the most deep and lasting satisfactions are stronger and more prevalent in areas with high social capital. People living in these places tend to have more friends, care more about their community, and participate more in civic causes. Where social capital is greater, Putnam says, “children grow up healthier, safer, and better educated; people live longer, happier lives; and democracy and the economy work better.”

Gypsies have lived in Europe for hundreds of years and they still have not assimilated. Is that Europe’s fault? Gypsies, like Muslims, have low IQs and are not assimilable.

Christians have been struggling with Jews and Muslims for over a millennia because these individual groups have different interests that repeatedly clash with each other.

Rabbi Cooper writes:

There is one other gaping hole in the leadership of the EU: 70 years after the Shoah, rabid anti-Semitism and hate for the Jewish state infect an estimated 150 million Europeans. Seven decades after the defeat of Nazism, European governments and nongovernmental organizations have been silent over the ethnic cleansing, murder and serial rape of tens of thousands of Christians and other minorities across the Middle East.

No group likes to comes to terms with its distasteful past. I don’t recall much of an effort in Jewish life to come to terms with the millions of Jews who supported communism. Jews played a big role in carrying out Stalin’s genocides. All of the Americans who illegally passed nuclear secrets to the Soviet Union to build their first bomb were Jews.

I’m not listing this off to say that Jews are rotten. Jews, like all peoples, have good and bad in their history. I just don’t understand how this rabbi gets away with bashing the goyim for acting as Israel does with unwanted refugees. Rabbi Cooper rips Europe for not coming to terms with the Holocaust but he never says a peep about Jews not coming to terms with the genocides they helped carry out for Joe Stalin.

Reviews Of The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority

Perhaps it is not intrinsically that Metro is so horrible but that many of the people who use it are particularly horrible, and most of the bus drivers are surly.

Reviews on Google:

* US has done a better job because Muslims are still a very small percentage of the population.

A very small minority assimilates better than a big one does. In some European cities, Muslims are the MAIN minority. Also, ultra-liberalism of EU tries to make whites assimilate to diversity than other way around.

Also, US has less culture and history than Europe. It’s easy to ‘assimilate’ to eating Big Mac and watching Hollywood movies if that has indeed become the essence of American Culture and identity.

If black population had been 1%, who knows? They might have melted into rest of America.
But being much bigger, assimilation has been difficult.

More Muslims that US has, more Muslims will assert themselves and assimilate less.

Also, Neocons certainly didn’t assimilate well into the GOP base. Had they done so, people like Boot wouldn’t be throwing a fit because many white conservatives don’t want to be bossed around by Jewish conservatives who make up less than 1% of conservatives.

One thing for sure, Israel hasn’t done such a great job in assimilating Palestinians. Walls seem to keep going up on the basis that assimilation is futile.

* Their website sucks, the tap webaite sucks. You can not reload money quick, takes time and its way outdated. I complained about this 5 years ago and site still a dump. MTA is overrated it claims to save money, but at 100$ monthly pass is not worth it, driving short and long distances is way cheaper and time saving.

* The bus service is better in Downtown LA; in south LA, the time between buses can range from 20 – 30 minutes apart. Most drivers are very rude, but some are quite nice.
I’ve seen people tell a sob story to drivers, and ride a few stops for no cost; yet, as a disabled rider, I was chastised when the idiot driver couldn’t count change properly. Or when I didn’t understand his “ghetto English.” The rail in SoLA can be taking your chances riding among drug dealers, users, and the general population of the mentally ill. Overall, the buses serve the area well, but riding them can be a nightmare. They’ll let almost anything ride the bus.

* I love the trains, they are very reliable and save so much time over walking, the busses on the other hand, not so much, a 15 minute ride plus a half hour wait equals might as well have walked. Plus, I’ve seen a few drivers who almost ran over a few pedestrians with walkers just because they were in a bad mood. Blowing horns in the faces of the elderly is a very common practice amongst metro drivers, especially on Wilshire blvd in Koreatown where of course, nobody knows how to drive. I can’t tell you how many times people have tried to run me over in the cross walk when I had the walk sign and therefore, the right of way.
