Transsexual Israeli Singer Aderet

A reader writes: "She was born male and even served in the army. As a transsexual she decided to go through corrective sugary. She grew up in Jerusalem in a Frum family and as a young boy sang with her father who is a Cantor. People who knew her all these years say she is a real nice person. What is interesting is that the family supported her all the way. She is not the only one. The most famous one in Israel is Dana International. She represented Israel in the top musical competition in Europe called Eurovision."
