Persistent Spiritual Practice

Guru Singh writes:

This entire event of our worldly existence receives its definition and then stimulation for its design via our perceptions. Perception is a matter of clarity vs obscurity, focus vs diffusion, commitment vs impulse, and on and on . . . the combinations and permutations of which cause our view to be our view. Balancing ‘these’ combinations comes from a consistent and persistent spirit practice . . . a daily personal sadhana: yoga stretch; yoga angles; meditation; contemplation; breath work while sitting, walking, running or swimming; prayer work; Bhakti yoga work—the worship of an ascended master— e.g. Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, etc.

The more we are consistent with such a spirit practice the greater our result . . . magic numbers are 40 days, 90 days, 120 days, 260 days (human gestation) 1,000 days and the rest of your life. Find a reason and a way to get started and then keep up . These Inspirational Blessings are like mantras . . . reminders that cause us to think at a new angle . . to shake up old patterns . . . to renew and rebuild our vision and purpose. We then gain insight to ignite and inspire an opening to manifest our conscious focus through conscious action. CLICK HERE FOR THE BLOG
