Steve Sailer: Charlie Sheen Has HIV; Ronald Reagan to Blame

Comments to Steve Sailer:

* Charlie sheen says he’s slept with 5000 women. That means a bunch of the rest of Hollywood is exposed right now. I saw him kiss, for example, Lindsey Lohan on Anger Management (yes transmission through kissing is low chance). A large part of Hollywood could be infected right now. Who else was exposed? I expect famous names.

* In addition to the differences in number of sexual partners the modes of intercourse in the homosexual community have a higher probability of transmitting the virus than the orthodox mode.

* Lindsey Lohan has the same grey-skinned, high-microbial-load look that you get when you hump everything that moves and use cocaine while you do it.

HIV/AIDS remains a disease of sexually promiscuous drug users.

* If you had sex with 5000 women in our day and age, odds are that a few of them were ringers, especially if you were blasted on drugs/alcohol most of the time and your powers of perception were a little out of focus.

* Despite continual propaganda–i.e. lying–AIDS is just not a “heterosexual” disease. I.e. not *spread* (epidemiologically speaking) heterosexually. It’s blood transferred and normal heterosexual contact just doesn’t do that. I think there’s some risk to heterosexual women having sex with gay or drug using men. (Unfortunate all the PC squashes the desire to sort out relative risks.) There’s basically no risk to heterosexual men having normal heterosexual fun. Basically AIDS requires unnatural acts to spread.

I reasoned this out in ’84 as a non-biology (physics) grad student just from info presented in the media, despite the intense propaganda to convince everyone that this was “our” problem and the greatest threat to civilization ever. The epidemiology since then has completely confirmed this simple analysis.

Rather than the greatest public health threat–heck most important public policy action item!–AIDS could have been completely ignored, not a dime spent, and civilization would have rolled on just fine. It simply doesn’t affect people who ultimately matter for civilizational maintenance and propagation. People would be a little more conservative in their sexual behavior–which wouldn’t be a terrible thing.

* AIDS infection, the rear-view mirror, so to speak, was a remarkably easy fate to avoid. You literally had to do nothing. (At least after the blood supply was screened.)

We stopped caring about AIDS because of the contradictory messages coming out of the activist element:

1) AIDS is a threat to the entire population! (Remember this?)

2) It’s extremely difficult to transfer, so don’t worry about your root canal from the gay dentist.

They were like the Cold Warriors who claimed that the Sovits, with their pathetic economy, threatened to take over the world– another contradiction Reagan wisely paid no attention to.
