Steve Sailer: You’ll be Amazed by This Money-saving Tip

Steve Sailer writes: A friend texts about a much better idea when being pulled over for a ticket than telling the cop you are a Sovereign Citizen: instead, act undocumented.

I witnessed it on a ride-along in Nevada and just this second spoke to two NYPD officers about it. Yes, they do let undocumented people go when they’re stopped for a traffic violation.

The only other option is arresting them and getting their car towed and there’s too much paperwork and it’s boring so they just let them go.

I said I ought to put on an accent and try it, they smiled and said, “yeah, I mean it could go horribly wrong and you get arrested but pretty much yes, no documents and we don’t give a ticket and just let you drive off.”

I swear this is true and occurred less than a minute ago. The coppers are still in the store.

So why risk declaring yourself a Sovereign Citizen and getting whomped on with the cop’s flashlight for your troubles, when you can declare yourself a Sovereign Noncitizen?

He also says you might try this when you need some unbilled Emergency Room care.

Comments to Steve Sailer:

* This practical approach to an encounter with the police made me think about “The Speech” that black parents supposedly give to their children.

If I was black I would tell my kids to act as white as possible if they are in a police encounter. Draw on all the TV shows, movies, observations of white classmates, etc., and act so white that when you part ways that cop is thinking, “That crazy black kid thinks he’s white.” I would do this because I would love my child and it would be to that particular child’s benefit to leave the attempts to solve political and racial conflicts to a later time.

* Even better, have your black sons dress in the Mormon missionary outfit: black horn-rimmed glasses, white short-sleeved shirt, thin black tie, black polyester pants, and black shoes.

Maybe carry a Book of Mormon for added mojo.

* Legal immigrant foreigners really have a leg up on native born Americans when it comes to frauds, ripping off the IRS and food stamp programs etc. All they need to do is:
a) set up a limousine company or convenience store or ethnic restaurant. IOW a cash business
b) skim gobs of cash
c) deposit this money in a bank in their homeland
d) when things get too hot head back home (what has always been their real home)
e) if arrested skip out on bail and head home to Lebanon, Pakistan etc etc
f) Koreans loved them cash business such as dry cleaners and corner stores with fresh but high priced produce. They skimmed like crazy, paid as close to nothing taxes as they could get away with and rumor is they would put it all into gold. This rumor is 25 years old. Their children are mostly professionals today. I suppose they pay their taxes.
g) another part of the above scams is to pay slave wages to more recent immigrants (illegals usually)from your wretched third world homeland. See the Chinese restaurant buffet model which has proliferated all over America by now.

* Howie Carr, WRKO Boston talk show host, has been saying this for years. He had as standard line, “I don’t want preferential treatment, I just want to be treated like an illegal alien.”

* Cops are instructed by their superior officers not arrest or ticket illegals because illegals are no-shows in court and police departments lose a lot of money paying officers to sit around in court for nothing. And despite this, the court dockets in the area I work as a government investigator are full of Hispanic surnames (and the crimes include disorderly conduct, A&B, theft, armed robbery, et al.). But Ron Unz says Hispanics don’t commit much crime, so it’s not a problem.

* This tip has worked for many years (but not for me, in my neighborhood). I was hit while driving in Detroit several decades ago, and after confronting the other driver he told me he had no driver’s license, no insurance and no plate on his car. After he drove off in his badly dented land cruiser, I called AAA from a gas station (no cell phones yet) and was told to get out of that area (I didn’t need to be told). The agent also remarked that this happened all the time in Detroit, and that residents were routinely released after stops and accidents, for the reasons stated in the article.

I was a bit shocked. In my neighborhood, any one of those offenses would get me a $150 ticket and probably points on my record. I guess that’s what they call “flexible policing” or something like that. I was, in fact, “amazed”, as you put it.

* It works for illegals because they are willing to risk a quick trip home once every several years on the taxpayer’s dime. It works because the elites view criminal invaders as fungible commodity and one is just the same as another. They would take a dim view if legal citizens began trying to avoid their taxes or the consequences of laws. It works because even if you give an illegal a ticket they can just throw it away and use a different alias. Most of us can’t do any of those things. Places that let illegals go are not safe places nor have good neighborhoods.

One of the keys to good policing is keeping the riffraff moving to a different town. You do that by enforcing the law equally and diligently dirtbags hate that and move on eventually. Then you can have nice stuff and live in a community that goes maybe a year with one or two felony calls tops.

* Why are you paying so much attention to crime, migration and stuff like that?

The Queen of The Matter and Anti-Matter Universe got her ass whipped by a smart, unseeded Italian woman of normal size and musculature. The Black Lives Matter More Than Anything Else Times is covering this as if it were the end of the world, spinning the story madly: she wasn’t feeling well. Did they say that about Nadal?

Nope, Serena got beat because she came up against a highly intelligent, mentally sound shot maker who figured out a way to beat Ms. Intimidation incarnate: move that big body around the court and get her tired. Disrupt her timing. Tennis is a game of centimeters and the errors followed, inevitably. Oh, and don’t get rattled when Serena aces you. That’s part of playing Serena. She really is a great server. But she can’t play every point on serve.

Why the other players don’t do this, I don’t know. Maybe they don’t care. Making money and walking red carpets is enough for them. Girls!

* It definitely works in the ER. ER’s are required to treat people regardless of identity or ability to pay. This is a massive issue in ERs in communities with illegals, because they tend to use emergency rooms as their primary care provider.

* If you’re an average middle class person, then your encounters with police consist of paying a speeding ticket every five years or so. Taking a risk is not worth it. Just pay it.

* I once met an illegal who worked as a janitor in the building my office was in. The guy was nice and wanted to practice his English, so I would talk to him after hours. He told me that the cops in my area were very nice compared to the Federales because they did not solicit bribes. He told me he was caught going too fast once and the cops let him go. I asked him if he had a license, and he produced a Bank of America debit card with his photo on it. The funny thing was that he also had a Mexican voter ID card, and BoA had just used that photo to put onto his debit card. But he said after he flashed that card, the cops let him go and told him to slow down.

Now I knew a cop in that department and relayed the story. He told me it was probably true. He said that when they stopped illegals for minor violations like not wearing a seat belt, they usually let them go if they were not a threat or wanted for something serious. He said it was too much time and paperwork involved in processing them and would take a cop off the street too long for what it was worth. And he said the illegals would never pay any ticket, so it wasn’t even worth writing one.

So yes, illegals are already skating certain laws that citizens like you and I would be issued fines.

* Don’t forget they are all ‘socially disadvantaged’ and thus able to step ahead of YT in line for government contracts. Here is the United States Gov’s Regulations on who needs help based solely on the color of their skin, with complete disregard for the contact of their character.

13 CFR 124.103 – Who is socially disadvantaged?

§ 124.103 Who is socially disadvantaged?
(a) General. Socially disadvantaged individuals are those who have been subjected to racial or ethnic prejudice or cultural bias within American society because of their identities as members of groups and without regard to their individual qualities. The social disadvantage must stem from circumstances beyond their control.
(b) Members of designated groups.
(1) There is a rebuttable presumption that the following individuals are socially disadvantaged: Black Americans; Hispanic Americans; Native Americans (Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, or enrolled members of a Federally or State recognized Indian Tribe); Asian Pacific Americans (persons with origins from Burma, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei, Japan, China (including Hong Kong), Taiwan, Laos, Cambodia (Kampuchea), Vietnam, Korea, The Philippines, U.S. Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands (Republic of Palau), Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, Samoa, Macao, Fiji, Tonga, Kiribati, Tuvalu, or Nauru); Subcontinent Asian Americans (persons with origins from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, the Maldives Islands or Nepal); and members of other groups designated from time to time by SBA according to procedures set forth at paragraph (d) of this section. Being born in a country does not, by itself, suffice to make the birth country an individual’s country of origin for purposes of being included within a designated group.
