They have a major problem because the Lubavitcher Rebbe was against building an eruv and yet you will go to Melbourne, Sydney, and there it is, built by world-famous Chabad Hasidim.”
“The minute Reb Moshe [Feinstein] permitted an eruv in Kew Gardens, in Detroit… you are not going to have an Orthodox community in the world that will not have an eruv because the people are demanding it.
