Seventh-Day Adventists Who Know How To Negotiate

* So the building took away the hot chocolate mixes because I was drinking too many of them. I would ask for their return but I was raised a Seventh-Day Adventist. Jews told me to email the building and ask for the chocolates on their behalf but I just can’t do it. “Seventh-Day Adventists Who Know How To Negotiate” is a slim volume.

* My therapist wants me to develop empathy for others and says that will help me develop empathy for myself. My default mode for reacting to people who cause me aggravation is to say that they are big fat jerks and dismiss them. My therapist wants me to feel their pain, to understand their emotional prison, and to have empathy for how they were raised and the choices they made to narrow their lives.
