I went to Guidestar.org and found this 990 form filed for 2013, which listed salaries as follows:

Sarah Rose (CEO): ~$120,000
Jillian Elliott (CFO): ~$128,000
Michael Hawk (operations): ~$96,000
H. Eric Schockman: ~$132,000
