The number two [Marcus Castro] at the Los Angeles County office of employment discrimination has impregnated an employee of his [Destiny, the blonde]. He tried to get her promoted but one of our employees complained becaue that was wrong. She was transfered to risk management. All this was done before her being pregnant was known. He is being investigated by the county but it will all be swept under the rug. He is hispanic and she is white and blonde. He is separated from his wife. Many employees in our office or angry because she is gettting treated different and better. He is just like the mayor and it is disrespectful for somone being in his position.
How is this guy supposed to prevent sex harasment and discrimination do it and everyone looks away.
How can Destiny live in Beverly Hills and drive a corvette and Hummer working for the county? How did she get a fast transfer to risk management? There are people in affirmative action who should get promotion but Destiny is getting special [treatment]. [Does] Destiny want money?
Marcus Castro, the number two guy at the department of affirmative action, did not respond to my email inquiry. His boss, Dennis Tafoya, did not respond either.
