Someone should be asking the Mayor’s office that question because Mayor Villaraigosa said this week he thinks voters base their decisions about trust on the things you do in public life, the promises you keep. I seem to remember promises to clean up corruption at City Hall and the appointment of well-qualified Commissioners.
