Since when is rodent infestation kosher?

Ellia Kassoff (CEO of Strategic Software Resources, Inc.) emails:

It’s upsetting that we can’t have decent clean, kosher at decent prices and great service.

By the way, have you noticed that Chick-n-Chow has had a “B” rating from the health department for three years now and according to them they don’t want to fix it. And yet.. it’s still considered kosher and certified? How? I asked my Rabbi and he agreed. They stopped buying food there.

Be sure to read the health violations on the health department website. They score has been getting worse and worse…once again, kosher places don’t care.

Since when is rodent infestation kosher?

By the way, I called the kosher certifier last year and asked why they still consider it kosher when the health department says it’s unhealthy. They told me I was the first to complain and they would, “look into it”..

So, my question.. how can it still be kosher?

They don’t seem to care about fixing these problems and no other person would walk into a place with a “B” rating, why should a Jew? Because they don’t care…
