On his radio show today, Dennis Prager said: “The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that the citizens of America are not permitted to define marriage. Judges are permitted to define marriage. The state of the union is imperiled when that is how the great social questions are determined.”
“There is no comparison between gender and race. There are great differences between the sexes. There are no differences between the races. We don’t consider men’s rooms and women’s rooms and men’s sports and women’s sports to be acts of discrimination.
“If race and gender were identical, then having women’s tennis would be identical to having white tennis or black tennis.”
“If the comparison is apt, then all things that are male and female are the equivalent of racism, so obviously there is a major distinction between sex and race.”
