Joseph Shereshevsky A Rabbi?

FYI: Joseph Shereshevsky was never a rabbi. Rabbi Chaim Shereshevsky was his father.

I found the link you probably wanted to send me (re: Tranquility Bay):

He is referred to as Rabbi and research will tell you that it was a mistake.

The original article (see http://www.vosizneias.com/2008/03/new-york-son-of-ceo-hatzalah-rescued.html) used the title R’ which is short for Reb, which is different than Rav or Rabbi.
