Joe Biden Brings Nothing To The Ticket

I expect that Barack Obama will replace Joe Biden as vice-president. With Hillary Clinton leaving as Secretary of State in 2012, Joe Biden can take that role.

So who would replace Biden? Andrew Cuomo has to be the favorite. A darkhorse is Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Bill Kristol has more.

Obama has to do something. If nothing changes between now and Nov. 4, 2012, Obama will surely lose. An election fought as a referendum on Obama will be a loss for Obama.

Obama is now in the position John McCain was in 2008. He has to throw Hail Mary passes into the end zone. The economy is not going to be turning around in the next 14 months. It’s been decades since an incumbent president won with a lousy economy.
