I walked eight miles today! My car was in the shop. I walked to West Hollywood, caught a ride to the doctor with a friend.
I saw a sleep specialist this morning. I will do an overnight sleep study at Kaiser on Sunset soon. Doc advised me to wear sunglasses if I use computer after 11pm, to walk at 7am for 30 mins every day to get sun on my face (circadian rhythm). To go to bed around 1am to make sure I sleep. Don’t let bed be a battleground, get up if can’t sleep.
