I expect this will come out in a month.
The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles has a kosher meals-on-wheels program.
They started out under the supervision of the RCC. Then they dropped the RCC because they could not afford the pressures to buy only glatt kosher meat.
For a while, the meals won’t kosher. Most of the people getting the meals didn’t care.
Then Rabbi Yehuda Bukspan took over the supervision for many years.
An official with the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles, Vivian Sauer (the wife of Rabbi Nachum Sauer of the RCC), didn’t like this. She agitated for the supervision to return to the RCC. And that is what happened about seven years ago.
