A Lukeford.net correspondent reports that at an Orthodox shul in Los Angeles on Shabbos morning, when the time came to say a prayer for the American government and the president, one Jew loudly said, “Not that Muslim!”

Not that anybody in shul would take Obama’s life… Orthodox Jews didn’t like Bill Clinton but supporting Clinton was not viewed as betraying your Jewishenss as it is now with Obama. It’s the peace process in the mid-90s in Israel. Reasonable minds could not differ. If you were for the process, you were out to destroy Israel from within.
