Baltimore Lawyer, Isaac M Neuberger, Brother of Ner Israel Neubergers, Arrested Again For Sexually Harassing Amtrak Employee

Isaac M Neuberger is the son of the founder of Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore, and the brother of Rabbi Shraga Neuberger. He is also a founding partner of a Baltimore area law firm. In December of 2013 Neuberger was arrested on sexual contact and assault charges. According to a complaint made by the victim at the time, the victim was working as catering staff at a law firm event when Neuberger followed him into the bathroom.
The complaint states that Neuberger struck up a conversation with him, asking about his age, commenting on his appearance, and mentioning that he had a son who lived in the area. After Neuberger finished urinating, according to the complaint, and while the victim was zipping up his pants, Neuberger turned him around and kept talking to him while looking at his crotch. The complaint states that Neuberger then commented about the victim’s exercise routine, ran his hands down from the victim’s waist to his inner thigh touching his penis while he did.
Neuberger later pled on the second degree assault charge and received two years of probation before judgment.
Unsurprisingly Neuberger seems to have lost no standing in the community.
In March of 2024, Neuberger was arrested again. This time, according to a complaint filed in Philadelphia, Neuberger sexually assaulted a member of Amtrak staff on a night train down to Baltimore. The complaint alleges that Neuberger approached the employee and began commenting on his “good genetics,” and asking if he ever visited kinky chatrooms. The complaint alleges that while Neuberger was standing next to the seated employee and speaking to him, making sexual advances, he took the employee’s hand and began rubbing his genital area against it.
Neuberger has been charged with two charges of indecent assault and one charge of harassment.
