Do you ever read Maureen Dowd’s column? What do you think? I’m reading her book which is really just a longer version of her column. It’s sort of incongruous the way she adopts this girlie tone and talks about a date with a "guy" and shopping with girlfriends. She’s 55. She’s old enough to be an AARP member. Or a grandmother. Journalists often suffer from arrested development but this is taking things a little too far.
