Common Examples Of Pathetic Thinking

I don’t like it when I notice the following in myself and in other people:

* Other people have it easy.
* That other group didn’t have to work for its success.
* People in power are bad.
* There’s nothing I can do to improve the quality of my life because I am a victim.
* X group has no importance. They’re barely human. When I grew up in Australia, I noticed the common attitude was that non-Australians don’t matter.
* The system is rigged against people like me.
* Because I’m a victim or because I’m special, the rules don’t apply to me.
