What Is Political Correctness?

Dennis Prager said on his show in February: Political correctness is entirely a matter of truths that can’t be said because they’re painful.

Political correctness is the inability to state certain truths because they may offend or cause pain to certain people and certain groups.

This is a difficult hour to do because it will entail offending certain sensibilities.

The issue about stereotypes is whether they are true and whether you apply the generalization to every member of the group, which is totally wrong. This is how you can live with stereotypes and not be a bigot.

The biggest example of truths that can not be said are the differences between men and women.
