Romney seems to have it all but he hasn’t gathered any excitement. Rudy Guiliani is going to be the Republican nominee and he has the best chance to knock off Hillary Clinton. If election 2008 is fought on terrorism, the Republicans will win. If it is fought on health care, the Democrats will win.
