I think we need to formally break it down so it matters if we are talking about the sort of goyim that used to live in der alte heim (white followers of yeshu) or these new duskier sorts, like muslims. But what do we call them? Given their weakness, maybe we should call the white goyim “nebechs”, and the muslims something more descriptive, like “messers”.”
