Females are slow to see their marketability receding. I speculate that one reason for this is that as a female goes from 20 to 30, she is still pursued by males in their 40s. The disadvantages of their decay are slow and thus not readily noticed, particularly when one wants to remain in denial.

I must admit–I never considered this in relation to free markets and outsourcing in general. Maybe middle aged women should form a teamsters local.
I wonder if the falling value of the dollar will aid their plight.
