Jewish genetics? Why are Jews obsessed with their genes? We all know that there is no such thing as a Jew, genetically speaking.
* The LA Times is running a depressing multi-part series on the bankrupt city of San Bernardino with lots of hard-to-look-at photos.

Not surprisingly, the “immi” search turns up nothing in the story, but according to City-data.com, San Bernardino’s population is 60.8% Hispanic.
“Between 1979 and today, the city has almost doubled in population, from 117,000 to 214,000, and it’s still growing, with more than half of its residents — 54.3% — on public assistance.”
* The whole exclamation point thing is very non Anglo.
