Nathan’s (fast food place on Pico Blvd) has closed and will be replaced by a glatt kosher italian restaurant.
Chabad/Rabbi Cunin is suing the Arnall estate for $18 million. Cunin claims Roland Arnall promised him the amount. When it did not show up in the will, he was upset. Dawn Arnall’s response when he threatened a lawsuit–"take a number (considering all the subprime lawsuits)." Then again considering all the subprime lawsuits, he probably would not leave that amount.
