My trusty source Morris emails: "Once again, an RCC rabbi, Rabbi Nochum Kosofsky is promoting gambling through his shul Shaarei Tefila. Should we be relying on the hashgacha from the RCC? Rabbi Kosofski is listed as an officer of the RCC."
