I tuned into the start of the Cowboys — Steelers game at 1:25 pm and there was not a commercial for the next 18 minutes. I don’t ever remember that. This must be a deliberate reaction to declining ratings. Normally, 60 minutes of football contains 20 minutes of commercials.
