It’s The End Of The World

Steve Sailer:

Team by team, reporters baffled, trumped, tethered, cropped
Look at that low plane, fine, then
Uh-oh, overflow, population, common group
But it’ll do, save yourself, serve yourself
World serves its own needs, listen to your heart bleed
Tell me with the Rapture and the reverent in the right, right
You vitriolic, patriotic, slam fight, bright light
Feeling pretty psyched

It’s the end of the world as we know it
It’s the end of the world as we know it
It’s the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine

COMMENTS:

* The pundits (e.g., on CNN) are already starting the narrative that maybe the right sort of people can accept the election result if Trump and Trump supporters abjectly apologize for all of the opinions they have expressed to date.

Should be interesting.

* I seem to feel even happier about how wretched Clinton must feel than I do even about avoiding nuclear war with Russia.

* I’m sure Stipe is besides himself right now. Oh, well.

* Now the work begins. We salute the great man we have elected. He is a worker. We have been told that, and we believe that.

We are serious this time. We are jaded. We are cynical. We are experienced. We are the most accomplished people on the planet, and we are angry.

We have given him our mandate. We will support him in any fight, including those against established apparatchiks in his own party. (And they will fight him.)

* I’m absolutely giddy.

I’m also well aware that this is probably the happiest I’ll ever be for the next four years.
