The funny thing is there is something to what she is saying. The 1994 University of Chicago sex survey of America found that Jews had more sex than any other religious group. Jews also tend to be more blunt and less inhibited about the fundamental passions of life, including sex, money and power.
I’m not sure any other religion has the sexually explicit discussions to be found throughout the Torah tradition.

Times of Israel: Heba Kotb, a consultant on Islamic medicine and marital life, said on a recent Egyptian TV show that the Jews “have had the highest rate of sexual perversions in history.” She argued that this is due to a “psychological imbalance” caused by strict religious rules.
Kotb, a regular guest on the program “Bil-Wuduh” that airs on Egyptian al-Hayat TV, is known for giving advice on marital relations often focusing on sex.
During the program, which aired on January 16, host Amr al-Lithi asked Kotb a question — which came from viewers — regarding her opinion on whether sex is “for procreation only” or merely “as a means for pleasure.”
Rather than answering the question, Kotb goes off on a tangent of how, in Judaism, sex is only for procreation.
“In Jewish thought, sex has to be for a reason,” she said. “There are very strict rules among the Jews, it has to be done through a buffer, after sunset, without touching, and so on.” This, she says, creates a “psychological imbalance” that leads to deviant behavior among the Jews.
