Why Doesn’t Anyone Hire My Mom To Write An Article About Me?

She’d be a much better choice than that tosser Brad E. Greenberg.

Mom emails:

Any luck with the girlfriend scene? Lovely weather here since the big storm blew over. They had severe flooding up at Noosa, but not as bad as in 1992. How’s your work going? Working on any new books? I am doing an assignment on dad’s views on prophecy for [an Australian university]. I have done two long interviews with him, took 7 hours to transcribe the first one, 9,500 words and I have another about the same length to do.

I am doing a graduate diploma in local, family, and applied history and accidentally signed up for a class on church history in USA and Australia. I asked could I write about your dad for an assignment, and they said ‘Yes’. It’s only 6,000 words. It’s going to be on how his ideas of prophecy developed, which books inspired him and how it led to a separation from the SDA denomination. Really any scholar working in eschatology would find it hard to function in SDAism.

People are always after my mom to write about my dad but I’m much more important than he is. I don’t get it.
