I’m Having A Hard Time Leaving The House Today

I don’t want to die before I see myself tomorrow on the cover of the Jewish Journal. I don’t want, before my time, to get hit by a car or shot in a drive-by or raped by a group of urban parolees. I have so much that I want to give to the world. I want to learn to love others and myself.

Brad A. Greenberg blogs:

I spent about six hours with Ford last Thursday for this story. I ate with him; I prayed with him; I got way more material then I could ever fit into the paper. Tomorrow I’ll drop on The God Blog some of the good quotes that didn’t make it into print.

I want to emphasize that we did all this talking, eating and praying in a decidedly hetero way.

PS. I saw a couple of dogs fighting over a Michael Vick jersey.

About Luke Ford

I've written five books (see Amazon.com). My work has been covered in the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, and on 60 Minutes. I teach Alexander Technique in Beverly Hills (Alexander90210.com).
