Brazilian Law Declares Racism Illegal

Reader writes: According to the Brazilian Constitution, Article 5, paragraph 42: “the practice of racism is a non-bailable crime, with no limitation, subject to the penalty of confinement, under the terms of the law.” In other words, holding and publicly expressing any non-egalitarian, race realist view is a criminal offense in Brazil. That’s exactly where the American Left wants the US to be in terms of “free speech”.
