The Germans Welcoming Refugees Into Their Homes, Hearts & ???

From the UN Refugee Agency:

German Asylum Seekers

Spare rooms are no longer vacant and home offices have become bedrooms. Meet the Germans opening their doors to refugees arriving in Europe.

Many ordinary Germans are opening their doors to asylum-seekers in a year which has seen large numbers entering their country.

Wael and Ibrahim sleep in their hosts’ home offices, while Homam and Samira are sharing an artist’s home studio. Mohamad has his own room, and Mecid’s large family has been given an entire house to call their own.

For hundreds of thousands of new arrivals to Germany, home is currently a mass shelter – a temporary solution while they wait for their application results to come through. But a lucky few are kick-starting the integration effort, living side-by-side with Germans in their homes.

Meet a few of the many German hosts helping them land on their feet.

Speaking just a few words of English, Samira and her teenage son Homam rely on a lot of hand waving to communicate with their German host family.

But through the universal language of eye contact and smiles, the two Syrians have forged deep friendships with German hosts Andrea and Alex, who took them into their Berlin apartment.

“It was a huge surprise that these people would invite us to stay in their home,” says Samira, 45, speaking through a translator. “But there was a moment when we arrived and Andrea picked up my bag and took it inside for me. I could feel her humanity. I felt she was a kind person.”

Spot The Cuck

From the Chateau:

reichcuckibrahimbody

Background. The story is nominally about Germans “adopting” Syrian refugees into their homes, but in reality it’s about German women with the thousand cock stare welcoming Syrian schlong into their godless holes and effeminate German betas sitting legs-crossed in the corner pretending to be oblivious to their literal cuckolding. I mean, look at the mischievous smile and crazy eyes on this woman. She’s got that lit-up face that says this might be the first time in her life she’s felt excited thinking about getting fucked through the floor boards.

As for the kraut cuck, he’s looking into the middle distance trying to beat back the bad thoughts creeping up on him with happy thoughts of all the unctuous flattery he anticipates from his pozzed social circle.

Germany: seventy years to go from sheisselord fearsome to scrotally fallow. What a ride.

***

For a migrant from a war-torn hellscape, that Syrian looks surprisingly well-fed and robust. Not at all like the half-starved and frightened widows and orphans president Butt Naked claimed filled the ranks of these refugees.

Spot The Child Sacrifice

From the Chateau and the same article featured in this post.

German Asylum Seekers

The antiWhite race cuck child sacrifice is that little blond German boy front row second from left, looking like he just spent a tour in Fallujah. Dad (far right) looks pretty damned pleased with himself for inflicting this mud world misery on his son just so he could status whore for antiracism points.

Really, this photo says it all about the spiritual dissolution of the West. German parents: 2, Syrian parents: 8 (pending arrival). Guess who will have to bust his balls footing the bills for these YUGE migrant families? The German beta. He pays to prop up the reproductive vitality of invading foreigners, he pays to deal with the psychological problems his multikulted son will start to exhibit in a few years, and he pays for the bullet he’ll put through his brain after he spends a month hearing the sex sounds of his live-in girlfriend fucking their hairy Syrian house guest.

The entire West has become a roaring parody of itself, with no apparent bottom to the depths of the absurdity.

Where The Left And Sane Americans Can Find Common Ground

From the Chateau: Americans are more ideologically and culturally polarized now than at any time except perhaps the decade before and after the Civil War. A shared vision for the future seems impossible, but there are issues, if you search hard enough, that can bring together the Left and the Sane, allies for at least one important cause.

That common cause is the malignancy known as the Surveillance State. The Chateau has been against the emerging Surveillance State for a long time. Post-Snowden, it’s no exaggeration to say that Orwell’s vision of a Big Brother watching your every move has become a reality in America. It would not have been too long ago when most Americans would’ve been creeped out and enraged by giant corporations collecting personal information to deliver tailored advertisements through home entertainment devices, and by government snoops recording everyone’s phone conversations. But here we are, that dystopian scenario come true.

The Surveillance State is a direct consequence of the additive powers of Diversity™ and SCALE. The more competing, often antagonistic, ethnies and races within the borders of a nation, the lower the inter- and intragroup levels of trust, and the greater the need, real or perceived, for monitoring potential flash points of violence/corruption/terrorism/rebellion/crimethink. SCALE is simply a nation and its attendant governing bureaucracies that have gotten too large to benignly manage. An overly large and contentious Diversitopia like the US, where everyone feels like a stranger in their own land, will slowly succumb to various illiberal intrusions into personal freedoms. (This trend accelerated with the Civil Rights Act which supplanted the right of free association with a right to equal opportunity and then to equal outcomes).

As CH wrote about the SS as one plank of a four-plank Dissident Party political movement,

We’re living in Big Brother’s world, just as Orwell described. I continue to be amazed that the average American isn’t more incensed than he appears to be by the constant surveillance. Bottom line: It needs to end. No more marketing firms collecting reams of personal data. No more Facebook shenanigans. No government snoops reading your late night pervy sexts to plate number three. Triple layered encryption should be the default condition for all consumer electronics, built right into the firmware. Eyes in the sky should be ripped from their street corner perches. I don’t want to live in a surveillance state; I want to live in a cohesive society with high trust levels that obviates the need for mass surveillance.

There are stirrings that the Left is becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the Surveillance State. (Maybe they got the hives when their online shaming and doxing SJW campaigns were turned against them.) For instance, here is a story in the Washington Post-Op about “techno-skeptics” on the Left fearing the omnipresence of Big Data and invasion of privacy.

They are right to worry. The British government is using internet surveillance powers to “unmask online bullies”. It’s easy to foresee a small hop from that superficially noble goal to the government using those same powers to silence its critics under threat of public exposure, job loss, or even imprisonment.

This is what happens when you give globohomocorps and governments wide-ranging powers to surveil private communications under the auspice of thwarting Muslim terror attacks: eventually those powers are turned against everyday citizens. (Hint: the answer isn’t surveillance, it’s closing the borders to Muslim immigration.)

The Dissident Right (including yours truly) has been sounding the alarm about the Surveillance State for years. The Left is just now hearing that alarm. Better late than never. And better united than apart when confronting a beast as tentacled and ominous as the one Edward Snowden heroically revealed when he became a necessary traitor to a country that long before him became a traitor to its own people.

Almost forgot……

On Perilous Migrant Trail, Women Often Become Prey to Sexual Abuse

Comments:

* Most weighty story of the year one would think.

On Perilous Migrant Trail, Women Often Become Prey to Sexual Abuse

How long did they fiddle with the title?

Is the migrant trail very perilous other than the rape? Prey to sexual abuse should be prey to sexual abusers, no? Is that what we’re call rapists now, sexual abusers? Basically on the trail they are what they have already become, since prey may not be caught, if we could pin down what exactly perilous encompasses.

On Migrant Trail, Women often Raped.
Migrant Women often Raped on Trail.
On Migrant Trail, Women Are Raped.

But no, what that headline most of all says is that a perilous trail often rapes women.

* Reminds me of a New Yorker cartoon of years ago: a courtroom scene, witness on stand, saying in essence, “I aimed the gun, pulled the trigger, then suddenly, shots rang out.”

* So Europe is getting war refugees with PTSD, cowards who won’t fight for their homeland, rape victims from honor cultures with PTSD, and the rapists themselves. And lots of semi-retarded products of first cousin marriage, a group overlapping with all of the others.

* This reminds me to make clear my position of the ongoing civil conflict in the Ukraine: all ethnic Ukrainian women aged 17 to 24 displaced by this senseless and inhumane barbarity are welcome to take refuge in my home.

* Do these migrant women receive special consideration for being victims of sexual violence, more likely to be approved for residency? If so then there’s a built in incentive to lie about it and make up stories. The feminists working at these agencies just love stories of sexual victimization and have a desire to believe them. I’m calling bs on all this since all of the migrants, male and female, tell the lies that they think will help them get in.

* Even if they all were healthy, the mean IQ of middle eastern countries is about 77-84. And muslims aren’t known for great engineering…

* Exactly like their American counterparts – the refugee resettlement organizations. They need to steady flow of refugees in order to make money for their churches.

The passion of Zizek

Tanisha Rowland writes: The story begins with blogger Steve Sailer’s mentioning an article of Zizek’s entitled “A plea for a return to difference (with a minor pro domo sua)”, posted in 2006 on a philosophy blog, Critical Theory. In this article Zizek summarizes Kevin MacDonald’s book, The Culture of Critique, where MacDonald analyzes the Jewish involvement in the intellectual and political movements of the 20th century, and Sailer draws particular attention to these summarized sections.

Assuming an ironic tone, Sailer writes that “a reader inclined toward deconstructionism might note that Zizek summarizes MacDonald’s controversial argument quite lucidly. In fact, the superstar professor achieves a higher degree of clarity while expounding MacDonald’s message than in any other passage I’ve read by Zizek.”

An explanation that elucidates Sailer’s suggestions came from another blogger, writing with the nickname Deogolwulf. In his online post entitled “Slavoj Zizek: Philosophaster and Plagiarist”, Deogolwulf gives glad tidings of clarity, saying: “Under the man’s name [meaning Zizek], clarity has appeared at last,” but goes on to remark that this unusual clarity in a Zizek text, discovered by Steve Sailer in Zizek’s commentaries of MacDonald, was “owed albeit not to some un-fogging of mind, but to plain old stealing”.

As demonstrated by Sailer in his side-by-side comparison of the two texts, the parts of Zizek’s article where he comments on Kevin MacDonald’s book had been stolen from an article of Stanley Hornbeck, published in 1999 in the American Renaissance magazine. His plagiarism was verbatim for the large part with a small number of passages lightly rephrased.

While plagiarism committed by such a widely recognized academic is a great scandal in itself, this case involved yet another scandal: Why did the most renowned communist intellectual of our time take so much interest in a white racist publication and its writers as to plagiarize them? The revelation that “Stanley Hornbeck” is a pen name gave the whole incident a touch of hilarity with some even alleging that Zizek assumed this pseudonym to be able to give vent to his racist views.

In a post on the internet site Critical Theory, Zizek offered an apology: “When I was writing the text on Derrida which contains the problematic passages, a friend told me about Kevin Macdonald’s theories, and I asked him to send me a brief resume. The friend sent it to me, assuring me that I can use it freely since it merely resumes another’s line of thought. Consequently, I did just that — and I sincerely apologize for not knowing that my friend’s resume was largely borrowed from Stanley Hornbeck’s review of Macdonald’s book.”

However, the problematic passages were purely informative and a report on another’s theory, Zizek claims, insisting, therefore, that what he did could not be described as plagiarism and rejecting any accusations about stealing ideas.

Zizek must have been so engrossed by the thought that for something to be regarded as an “idea”, it must incorporate some strange elements that he did not consider a report on Kevin MacDonald’s theory as an “idea”. If such a report was not regarded as an original idea, Zizek could not be called a thief of ideas as a result. However, since it is impossible for two distinct authors to comment on a theory in an exactly identical manner, any commentary on a theory and even on any piece of mainstream information is regarded as an original idea.

If this were not the case, no teacher could dismiss student assignments that contained texts copied and pasted from Wikipedia as unoriginal. Moreover, no academic journal would publish texts produced in the genre of “book review”, and even if they did, they would not put a name under them, and in this way book reviews would become a source freely looted by any person like Zizek.

Farm Boys: Lives of Gay Men from the Rural Midwest

Amazon.com reviews:

farm

* “Farm Boys” is a superb work of American oral history and sociology. Author Will Fellows spoke to rural gay Midwestern men of all ages, to draw out, record and give shape to their life stories. The result is a poignant and revealing mosaic-portrait that shows the rich intersections of farm life, gay culture and the American twentieth century. Of especial interest to me were the stories of those men born nearly a century ago – we have so little written testimony of what it was like to live as a gay man “back then.”

How to Teach Math to Black Students

By Shahid Muhammad. Amazon.com: “Intended for parents and teachers of African American students, this book provides strategies for correcting the racial achievement gap in upper-grade mathematics. Advice is provided on instilling confidence in African American students and on teaching math in a less sterile and theoretical way. Also explored is how critical thinking skills are essential in understanding math. A wealth of ideas is provided on creating relevant word problems to help students better understand basic math functions.”

Amazon.com reviews:

* Anybody can say they’ve written a book theses days because of self-publishing. This book in no way describes any special teaching techniques or even any math history to inspire black students. It has a few word problems with “African-American” names substituted for “Emily” and “Ethan.” Do NOT waste your money.

* The book combines questionable statements (Al Kharizmi is a black mathematician),wrong statements (“mathematics is prevalent in almost all careers and professions”), and mostly trivial statements (“teachers must …extinguish all negative verbal communications and interactions with the students”). Also you can find there derogatory generalizations about students (“youth occupy most of their free time watching television, listening to music, playing sports and games, or eating”)and teachers (“Educators are producing robots as opposed to thinkers”).Some advices suggested by the author are really funny, like the advice to college instructors to”have students develop songs, poems, sories, cartoons or rhymes on some math concept, pricipal,or skill”). What I couldn’t find in the book is the answer for the title question.

The Brilliance of Black Children in Mathematics: Beyond the Numbers and Toward New Discourse

From Amazon.com: This book is a critically important contribution to the work underway to transform schooling for students who have historically been denied access to a quality education, specifically African American children. The first section of the book provides some historical perspective critical to understanding the current state of education in the U.S., specifically for the education of African American children. The following sections include chapters on policy, learning, ethnomathematics, student identity, and teacher preparation as it relates to the mathematical education of Black children. Through offering “counternarratives” about mathematically successful Black youth, advocating for a curriculum that is grounded in African American culture and ways of thinking, providing shining examples of the brilliance of Blacks students, and promoting high expectations for all rather than situating students as the problem, the authors of this book provide powerful insights related to the teaching and learning of mathematics for African American students. As is made evident in this book, effective teaching involves much more than just engaging students in inquiry-based pedagogy (Kitchen, 2003). The chapters offered in this book demonstrate how mathematics instruction for African American students needs to take into account historical marginalization and present-day policies that do harm to Black students (Kunjufu, 2005). Empowering mathematics instruction for African American students needs to take into consideration and promote students’ cultural, spiritual, and historical identities. Furthermore, mathematics instruction for African American students should create opportunities for students to express themselves and the needs of their communities as a means to promote social justice both within their classrooms and communities.

* All teachers of Mathematics should have a copy of this book in their classrooms. Not only does it give background information on how history has pigeon-holed African Americans in their mathematics education, it also includes a paradigm shift on how teachers need to tap into the brilliance of all children through successful teaching/ learning strategies. It is a must-read for any pre-service teacher considering education as well as parents who can get an inside view of why their mathematics learning was stagnated, unless you had a teacher who was able to uncover your natural brilliance.

The Rise Of Populist Parties

John O’Sullivan writes:

If you think this argument is vaguely familiar, that’s because throughout the 1990s and early “Noughties” I was one of a handful of conservative writers who were “banging on” in National Review’s pages about the danger to mainstream conservative parties posed by the rising “fringe” parties to their right. Those parties were small in the 1990s, and their sting wasn’t very painful.

The major parties continued to prosper. But the fringe parties didn’t die. In all the countries listed above — and even in countries of stultifying conformity such as Holland — the outsider parties just kept rolling along, gradually winning a rising share of the vote and a much larger share of the headlines.

Thus, from 1992 to 2002 Pim Fortuyn went from being an obscure gay libertarian Dutch sociologist to become the leader of a fringe free-speech party that was on the verge of getting a fifth of the national vote when he was shot by a pro-Muslim animal-rights activist just days before a general election. Fortuyn was gone, but he had permanently changed politics in Holland where a successor “freedom” party now regularly runs third.

Less dramatic versions of that story occurred right across the advanced world. How did this happen? The short answer is that these fringe parties occupied the large empty spaces on the political Right that the mainstream conservative parties had abandoned. British Tories, French Gaullists, Swedish Moderates, and other parties elsewhere increasingly narrowed their appeal to that of superior economic management in a capitalist economy than their countries’ respective Leftist parties. They adopted what Marx called “economism.” They were embarrassed by the patriotism and traditional moral values that had been part of their original identity. They wanted the approval of the metropolitan liberal opinion-formers in which their leaders moved socially. They tailored their electoral messages accordingly.

That would have been fine if their voters had been treading the same ideological path. But the difficulty was that economic conservatives were (and are) a minority of potential conservative voters. We can estimate the size of that minority by looking at Germany where, since the early Fifties, the conservative vote has been split between the socially conservative Christian Democrats and the economically conservative Free Democrats. While the Christian Democrats repeatedly won around 40 percent of the popular vote whereas the Free Democrats struggled to keep above the 5 percent threshold needed to enter the Bundestag (at present they stuck outside Germany’s federal legislative body). Even so the tail succeeded in wagging the dog. What made matters worse is that insofar as mainstream conservatives did move into new ideological territory, their movement was towards such policies as adopting mass immigration — and an accompanying multi-culturalism — and surrendering sovereignty to supranational bodies over trade and economic policy. These approaches were even less appealing to many of their supporters than a cold financial “economism” which, after all, had long been only one thread in the larger conservative tapestry.
