P.S.:<\/strong> Applicants would have to live in the U.S. for five years and eventually graduate from high school or get a GED. But Numbers USA claims<\/a> that the bill would "be a rolling amnesty <\/strong>drawing more illegal aliens here in the future to apply for amnesty." [E.A.] Is it possible that the bill has no cutoff date<\/strong>–no requirement that applicants have entered the country before<\/em> such and such a day–meaning that it would function as a formal standing offer to people in other countries who might be thinking of coming here illegally in the future<\/em><\/strong>: ‘Sneak across the border before your kids get too old and they will get legalized’?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
